About clinic

The University Clinic of Navarra was founded in Pamplona in 1962 on the initiative of Saint Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer, founder of Opus Dei. After 55 years, and following the formula of a single hospital in two locations, since November 2017 it has had a second campus in Madrid that replicates the same model as the one in Pamplona, a teaching and research hospital, with dedicated professionals organized in multidisciplinary teams with the patient as the center of their activity. For this reason, the model of the Clinic is different from the rest of private clinics in Spain: our doctors and the more than 2,800 professionals who work at the Clinic are dedicated exclusively to our work here. This allows us to dedicate to each clinical case all the time and all the necessary resources to offer truly personalized and quality care. Thus, the Clinic is the private center that promotes the most clinical trials in Spain. In addition, it is part of a large number of national and international research networks, with public or private organizations, in order to promote the exchange of knowledge and advances among its members.

A very impressive modern hospital with caring staff and very professional doctors. Rooms are spacious and clean equipped with everything for best hospitality: items of personal hygiene, climate control, WiFi, tv, recliners, automatic shutters etc. A variety of healthy food in the cafeteria. The clinica has a very nice and positive atmosphere which is critical for good recovery.

My parents have been getting treatment at this place since 2018 and since it's doors first openend then, the customer service and quality has gone down by a lot. They are taking on too many people and they are loosing sight of what matters most: the patient and their family. I lost my father recently and I am sure that his doctors at the CUN could have looked after their patient more in detail rather than making us wait for hours sometimes and the most difficult part was for my dad or me to get a hold of his doctors. The ER room service is also basically non existent. I will never use that Clinic again. Great doctors, latest Tecno but not attention to detail and bad administration.
