Everyone from the time my father in law was admittedly until he was discharged were exceptional. I was able to speak, at any time, with the doctor and nurses as needed. They were so helpful and caring at all times to dad. I knew at all times, if we weren’t able to be there, he was well taken care of and our community is very fortunate to have a facility of this kind to help dad recover until he was able to get to the next rehabilitation center. I can’t say enough how understanding and helpful the nursing staff are with the patient as well as the family. Thank you for taking care of dad and being so sweet and kind.

While my husband was hospitalized at PAM in Rocky Mount, NC with a traumatic brain injury, I didn't have to worry about the level of care he was receiving. They are a very caring and compassionate group of people and they had my husband's best interests at heart. Because PAM is so far from home, I recently had him transferred to a similar hospital nearby. Let me just say, I truly miss the wonderful people at PAM.

From the minute the referral was made until the successful discharge, the PAM facility and staff exceeded my expectations. I have been a nurse for over thirty years and this has been the best experience I have ever seen/had at a facility. Patient placement at PAM was the right decision. I would highly recommend it!
