This by far the best hospital that I know. The nurses are so professional and the smile on their faces as they do their work ,just tells you they love what they are doing. The doctors, are never pushy or in a hurry. I can go on and on. When the nurses heard that I was from Saint Martin and spoke English,they looked for a young nurse who was an apprentice and from Saint Martin, so she could speak to me and make me feel more comfortable. Turned out the young lady was my family. This hospital is tge best.

THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING Total inconsideration! We arrived at 7:40, 20 before the shift as indicated. One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. Doctors are the best but administratively an absolute disaster, lack of respect for other people's time and zero empathy

I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. I just went there for biopsy. There is no proper communication. Absolutely greedy. Exorbitant charging. Please do not prefer the hospital. Staffs are arrogant. A 2 ml syring is coating rs. 18. Shamless hospital. They suck your blood say it is not tasty.

this is the only hospital that has ever made me feel comfortable and cared for. went in thinking I had heart problems and they connected me with a psychiatrist as it turned out to be stress related. they took my concerns seriously and made me feel cared for ❤️ even staff that weren’t caring for me were comforting as they passed by and this is coming from someone who has extremely bad experiences from hospitals. our healthcare system is flawed but these people did their best to help me today and i appreciate it.

This is a project of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and is run by a Governing Body duly formed by the representatives of sponsor organization Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS). Communication is very good as it's very near to Moghbazar Mor. But treatment cost is not average it’s comparatively high. Hard for middleclass people. Since it is a Red Crescent Society project, the cost here should be lower.

Covid Test for travel: bring cash 75,000 Malawian kwacha. This is the only government testing center. They close for lunch hour, afternoon hours until 3:30pm. They said come back the following morning for results certificate. Can be busy, doctor said they do around 500 tests a day.

Don't ever come here if you have emergency even if it's near , especially if you use bpjs. Not only they lack equipment for emergency, they also treat bpjs patients badly. Worst hospital in all of Bremen! On the evening of September 20, 2023, I was at the doctor's on-call service due to severe abdominal pain. When I got there, there was no one in the waiting room and I was taken straight away, which is actually very good. But when I described my symptoms, I was immediately insulted as to why I was coming for a stomach ache and why it was costing me unnecessary money would cause and that stomach pain is normal etc. and the doctor was extremely rude! We needed a wheelchair for a patient with a disability. You will be sent to the department where you are to be treated at the Utgen primary. In our case, the 15th floor. It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

They should burn this place and build a real hospital with real doctors. If you enter this hospital on a holiday, you will be left to die.

The international clients WhatsApp line is the worst I have experienced within the business in Medellin. I was trying to get an appointment for an MRI and responses were just like automatic system that left you for hours with no responses. If you call nobody answers. When finally someone responds your multiple messages, leaves again with no answers. I never expected such a poor service from such a reputable institution. I started around 10:00 AM and at 2:48 PM still wasn't able to get any availability for the appointment. I told them never mind and they respond to that message at 5:35 PM! I understand if the people is to busy, but so that means they need to hire more people for the job.

I paid for an Antigen COVID test and haven't received the results from the examination even as they promised to send them within 3 hours to my email address and provide access on there website! On requests I couldn't reach anyone. Thats fraud and should be a 0 Star Rating!
