I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

Went in to get an abscess removed on three different visits. I was scheduled at 10am but the room wasn't available until 8pm. Told to wait. I luckily asked for a written cost estimate and was told 58,000 PESOS (not including blood work, ultrasound and "hospital fees"). Terrible money scam. People were nice, but not professional. My mom had a heart issue and was sent here by Xcaret Hotel Mexico (this is a partner hospital with the hotel, says something about the hotel too). She was given EKG and blood test, which was charged 1300USD. The emergency doctor couldn't give any diagnosis with these results and wanted to refer an internal medicine doctor to continue with more procedures (for more charges). The whole time we were there there was no monitor of vital signs, the IV stopped working. We ran away without continuing with any procedure. Stay away from this hospital if you can!

My son hurt his knee pretty bad after landing awkwardly trampolining at our resort. He couldn’t bare weight on it and had a lot of pain so we researched a few local hospitals and decided on Amerimed based on some of the Google reviews. While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

When I went to the room, a doctor asked me to take off my underwear and open my leg in front of more than 5 residents (I was bleeding). The experience was so bad that a year passed and I'm still angry about it to this day.

Worst experience of my life I had in this hospital. I was 23 weeks pregnant + 5 days pregnant, a high-risk and cerclated pregnancy, when my water broke on Sunday night, 17/09/23, I went straight to the maternity ward at the mater dei hospital, where they immediately came in with a medication and I did not remain hospitalized there, because my obstetrician assured me that in Vila da Serra I would have better care, especially because she works in that hospital. He guaranteed that my place in the bed, along with that of my baby who would later be born, were guaranteed at the hospital, and so I left the house and went straight to the village, who already received me with the news that they knew nothing and that there would be no No bed was available, but, due to my partner's position in the situation, they freed up a bed for me, even so, with my water broken, no medication was given to me. After a long wait, I was seen by 2 doctors who explained that I could get an infection that would pose risks to my life and that my baby would have to be born anyway, even so, I went to an observation room to wait for a bed and no medication. When it was the next day, 09/18/2023, they started taking medication due to the discharge that was coming out of me, which by the way hurt my entire arm due to the inexperience of the nursing team. When it was afternoon, they took me to the emergency room and found that the umbilical cord was out (cord prolapse). The doctors immediately sent me to the surgical suite, but when I got there, I was surprised by the information that I I didn't want to invest in my baby's survival, since I would never say that and that was not said by me or my partner, in that moment of tension I had to take a stand saying that I wanted a cesarean section and I would like to invest in my baby and I wanted the same to be true for uterine birth, given that 3 years ago I had a natural birth at 22 weeks and my baby was stillborn, I wanted to have a different experience! They performed an emergency cesarean section, my baby was born and went to the neonatal ICU, I went to bed to recover and receive medication. I underwent tests and they medicated me saying that I had an infection in the uterus, but then the torture show began, I felt very ill with the strong medications, I was barely willing to see my baby in the ICU, every time the team was asked to None of them were attended to by the doctor, the nursing team often didn't come, I even registered a police report while still in a hospital bed in the situation I was in, all the treatment coming from the nursing staff was grotesque and inhumane, they even hurt me at the time of doing an ultrasound on my stomach, when the nurse went to take off my pants and shaved my pants on my scar which was swollen with a seroma. After being discharged and spending a few days, on one of the days that I went to visit my baby in the ICU, I was feeling ill with a seroma in the cesarean section scar and I could barely move, we kept moving back and forth in search of care and nothing. meet! On 09/28/23 I received the news that my baby had died in the neonatal ICU, the responsible doctors only issued the death certificate and did not want to give us a verbal and personal explanation, all the doctors hid it, it was very painful to have to Facing this chaos at the most difficult time of my life, even when they reported the death of my baby they were completely rude and inhumane, I am disgusted with this hospital, I will never set foot in it again and I will not recommend it to anyone! But justice will be done!

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

I was very welcomed by the entire medical and nursing team. In the emergency, I particularly thank Dr. Elieber, his clinical evaluation led to a correct diagnosis even before the laboratory tests. Congratulations. For the nursing technician, Wendy, the affection and welcome made me feel protected. Thank you very much. I stayed in ward 202. Everyone was very attentive. I thank the nursing team in the Nurses. Pamela and the nursing technician Ana. I mentioned names but I was very well attended to by everyone.
