this is the only hospital that has ever made me feel comfortable and cared for. went in thinking I had heart problems and they connected me with a psychiatrist as it turned out to be stress related. they took my concerns seriously and made me feel cared for ❤️ even staff that weren’t caring for me were comforting as they passed by and this is coming from someone who has extremely bad experiences from hospitals. our healthcare system is flawed but these people did their best to help me today and i appreciate it.

I was at Urgent Care at Concordia Hospital and be transferred to St-Boniface Hospital for a treatment of a group of specialists. I was very well taken care of by the doctors, the nurses and the staff. I’m very grateful and would not hesitate to recommend to any patient if you are admitted to St-Boniface Hospital. At the entrance door, the patient list is not updated and it can take more than 1/2 hour for the guard to communicate with the floor to verify if the patient is there or not. Don't let your patients be taken there. It seems that the service was alms. I can't explain how health allows the operation of this type of services and does not monitor the operation of the institution. When they release the patient, it takes more than 5 hours to leave because they only allow a single person to enter to do the procedures and to find the doctor who will give recommendations for the patient.

ER nurses are very friendly and doctors will let you feel you're human with feelings. They're all efficient and knowledgable. I was admitted shortly after and did not wait long. Having been here for appointments in the past, I've always been impressed with the high-quality service they provide. Parking is conveniently located near the front entrance, and there are nearby pay stations for easy access. Inside, they have hand sanitizing stations and provide masks, and you'll find plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions and guide you through the hospital. Wheelchairs are also readily available at the entrance. I have the utmost satisfaction with Dr. Lee, who consistently takes the time to address all my questions and ensures I have a clear understanding of my medical plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such excellent healthcare services.

Visited Sunnybrook Hospital as a guest of a patient. Volunteer staff was very helpful and able to guide us to the correct wing of Hospital. There is an ATM on the 1st floor close to the information desk. There are hand sanitizing throughout the hospital and at the main entrance there is also a self dispensing mask station which was very convenient. Gift store had very friendly staff and there was such a wide variety of toys, puzzles, t-shirts, stationary, greeting cards and everything in between alongside some gadgets. The areas of the hospital visited were very well kept.
