Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

The worst hospital arrived due to an emergency of a cut finger at work since 8pm and it is 330am and no doctor or anyone shows up to take the respective points, the doctors sleeping and the worst people on the floor

I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

I was blown away by the quality of care I received! Modern facilities, dedicated staff, and the peace of mind knowing I wasn't sacrificing my savings. This place is setting new standards.

this is the only hospital that has ever made me feel comfortable and cared for. went in thinking I had heart problems and they connected me with a psychiatrist as it turned out to be stress related. they took my concerns seriously and made me feel cared for ❤️ even staff that weren’t caring for me were comforting as they passed by and this is coming from someone who has extremely bad experiences from hospitals. our healthcare system is flawed but these people did their best to help me today and i appreciate it.

I was at Urgent Care at Concordia Hospital and be transferred to St-Boniface Hospital for a treatment of a group of specialists. I was very well taken care of by the doctors, the nurses and the staff. I’m very grateful and would not hesitate to recommend to any patient if you are admitted to St-Boniface Hospital. You will be in good hands !

Terrible service. Fetus Ultrasound was half an hour later than my initial appointment. The technician was not considerable or very respectful. Sounded like she would rather order me than asked to do certain movements or change positions, she was also hurting me during the procedure pushing on the stomach too intensely.

I was hospitalized for 2 days in this clinic for an operation and the truth is that everything was a ten! The clinic is a luxury, at least on the floor where I was (9th) with nurses on duty all day, nutritionist, surgeon, a whole team of people on top of everything. An excellent human group at work and not to mention the food where you can choose your own menu. We're here now and we've had a wonderful experience. Remember with all these negative reviews that you're more likely to leave a review if you're upset, and less likely to leave a nice review if you're satisfied, like this one. We're foreigners on vacation here. We were treated fairly and promptly. We were able to speak English to two staff members during our time here. I guess I won't go into our personal medical records, but expect to pay around $50 USD (September 2022) for your initial consultation. The prices have been fair and reasonable. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone did their best to make us comfortable and helped us understand what was going on.

Like any overcrowded and messy public hospital, just a bit cleaner and better equipped. Fair enough if you go private or thru a third party insurance. Sign in the Hospital's insurance system at your own peril, a shameful scam they call Health Plan (Plan de Salud). Mind the difference, it could cost your life

Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was discharged from other hospital and was advised to wait for call after 18 hours of excrutiating pain, I was sent home with nothing just that re-assuring words from not-so-friendly nurse that "doctor will just call me" and Leukocytes already almost doubling, CT and UTZ both showing abnormalities, as a healthcare provider myself, knowing something is already wrong, decided to go to Sunnybrook. The moment you enter ER, you will greeted by friendly old lady who will assist you on their process of registration. ER nurses are very friendly and doctors will let you feel you're human with feelings. They're all efficient and knowledgable. I was admitted shortly after and did not wait long. I will be forever be grateful.

September 6, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today, I had an appointment with my MS doctor at Sunnybrook. Having been here for appointments in the past, I've always been impressed with the high-quality service they provide. Parking is conveniently located near the front entrance, and there are nearby pay stations for easy access. Inside, they have hand sanitizing stations and provide masks, and you'll find plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions and guide you through the hospital. Wheelchairs are also readily available at the entrance. I have the utmost satisfaction with Dr. Lee, who consistently takes the time to address all my questions and ensures I have a clear understanding of my medical plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such excellent healthcare services.

Visited Sunnybrook Hospital as a guest of a patient. Volunteer staff was very helpful and able to guide us to the correct wing of Hospital. There is an ATM on the 1st floor close to the information desk. There are hand sanitizing throughout the hospital and at the main entrance there is also a self dispensing mask station which was very convenient. Gift store had very friendly staff and there was such a wide variety of toys, puzzles, t-shirts, stationary, greeting cards and everything in between alongside some gadgets. The areas of the hospital visited were very well kept.

Going there for the first time, getting information and seeing the Doctor was fast and easy.

Went to see a doctor who claimed he had been trained at Johns Hopkins. His degrees were completely fake. Unreal. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. I found myself sick in Mexico City and after some hesitation I took myself to Angeles. I am from the United States and my review will be from the perspective of someone who is used to USA healthcare. Angeles was amazing when it came to everything important. My intake was awkward but the woman who helped me did everything she could for me since I was incapable at that time. The doctors where amazing and everything to do with my diagnostic evaluation was efficient and professional. (however, unlike in the USA, the doctors took there time to perform a complete evaluation and were not rushed). The emergency room care was also excellent. When I left the emergency room and went to a normal room things were not as good, in fact I was pretty angry with my nurse there. I was blessed to have a friend in Columbia to use for translation but everything to do with being in the regular room and paying my bill was extremely awkward. Hospital translation services were never made available to me. Regardless, I feel like the healthcare I received was excellent and I would never hesitate to use Hospital Angeles. I found my care here to be at least equivalent if not superior to the care I'm used to in the USA

To my fellow US Citizens I suggest this hospital but please don’t get services from Dr. Gilberto Hernandez Bautista. Unprofessional anesthesiologist. Be sure he won’t be involved in your surgery.

This is the worst hospital experience I've had in my life. I arrived to the emergency room at noon and left at 4 PM whit out being attended to. They charged me $290 USD upon arrival and then made me whit for 2 hours. When they finally call me in, the doctor looked at me 30 seconds and ordered an ultrasonic check that NEVER came. Finally I decided to leave as the lack of attention, the negligence, the lack of information, the complete disregard for my problem and obviously the time spent doing absolutely nothing and listening to the nurses laugh and joke around out side my cubicle, got the best of me. When I decided to leave they made me what another 45 minutes just to return my deposit and give me back my ID which was retained! (Yes the take your official ID and they DON'T give it back until they secure your payment. This is illegal by the way) by the receptionists. By the way, I came to the ER with an internal bleeding due to a fall. The Traumatology "Dr. Jenny" gave me 30 seconds to look at the huge hematoma I had, and then one hour later another 30 seconds to give me the "self leave paper" to sign. NEVER She gave me any indication or had the intention to help me. In fact she said "there is nothing I can do". AVOID THIS EMERGENCY ROOM AT ALL COSTS!

Worst hospitals only into making money I could have got my treatment done cheaper in the USA...they just dump what ever they want for kidney stone laser treatment and stay was a bomb 210000 pesos+80000 for doctors fees...they will empty ur pockets with sweet talks beware doctors are good you could use their services in other hospitals....the taxation department should look into these scamsters

What a slow clinic! They make him come on time but he is late in his shifts, no one comes out to give a reason. The waiting room is horrible. There are patients lying everywhere on the floor. The runners. There is no decent place for the elderly while they undergo examinations and remain under observation. I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)

Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. I have blood cancer, so I get test at other testing place and than go here for treatment. Lots of waiting, I have to go down street to pay for service. Than more waiting. Not bad place, but everyone seems to be confused. Other than that, it's fine

It is a place where I have had several experiences. More good than bad. It has good transportation, access roads. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. Hopefully more will be invested in the sector to improve the quality of life of patients.

The facilities are spacious, illuminated, with air conditioning and with staff always ready to help. The parking lot is large and free.
