One word: GRATITUDE!!! I have gratitude, a feeling of recognition. I want to thank you for EVERYTHING. Receptionists, Doctors, Nurses, Cleaning Assistants, Cafeteria, Physiotherapists, Radiologists, everyone in general who gave and is giving us support in a difficult phase, which makes it a little lighter...... GOD BLESS THEM, ALWAYS.

Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

I was very welcomed by the entire medical and nursing team. In the emergency, I particularly thank Dr. Elieber, his clinical evaluation led to a correct diagnosis even before the laboratory tests. I was seen super quickly at the doctor..When it was time to do the dressing..I was waiting for 45 minutes..Shift change..No one to be seen, just me and one other person..I thought it was disrespectful..And I had to pay plus an hour of parking..

The structure of the hospital looked great after the renovation. Access and exit very well organized. But in the emergency embarkation and disembarkation part, it was abandoned. I stopped to disembark a friend there. Very close to the zebra area. She moved slowly. It was then that an Uber, with a damaged Kwid, stopped close to the left side of my car, almost hitting my mirror. I stared at him. So I rolled down the window to explain that he couldn't go through there. The citizen still wanted to criticize me, saying that he was in a wheelchair, he went wherever he wanted and that I was completely lost. I think you should paint that zebra area better, as it's a little faded. As far as I know, you can't go over it. It would also be interesting to get someone to instruct these Ubers that are completely lost, because if he had damaged my car, he would charge the hospital!

The hospital in general is good, so far I have received good care in consultations and exams, but today in the ENT the attendants at 217 are to be congratulated for their incompetence. I've been waiting more than 1 hour to be answered, as I couldn't find a location for the website, I came here on Google, I will reformulate this evaluation after receiving an answer and make my next query here.

We have been waiting for two hours to be seen in the emergency room by Unimed. My son is classified as “blue”. This is considered not serious. All, I repeat: all the people who have arrived so far have been attended to before him. Does this mean: we arrive, register and wait for new patients to come in and go before them??? That's right? Knowing that we will always wait a long time, because another color gets in front of it. ABSURD.

I went to the obstetric emergency because I'm 13 weeks and there was bleeding. Another pregnant woman and I waited for 2 hours of service, we went to ask and the girl said that it was protocol according to the assessment, finally I arrived at 7:35 and was seen at 9:41 pm and the chairs were empty and they weren't even attending!

I accompanied my husband for knee surgery, we were very well looked after in all sectors, the nurses were extremely attentive, the rooms were very well equipped. We were satisfied.

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. And I still had to put up with a rude professional when I asked to leave. I went in with acute pain and came out worse.

I have been here several times, but today seems to be the time that this hospital's ER is the least prepared. Having passed through covid season peak now the hospital seems not being able to cope with the current influenza surge. The expected waiting time for a clinic evaluation, not considering possible needed exams or medications is of 4 hours! Seems that there is no medical staff at all right now. However the nursing and administrative staff are whatever possible. Hope somehow they can cope better with this seasonal flu...

I was at the Oswaldo Cruz Vergueiro unit on 11/24/23 at 8 pm. The service was for my mother and it was reasonable, however I witnessed the arrival of a girl with an injury to her head. The family in panic with the girl on their lap. The security guard and triage nurse were so quick that I didn't even see where they came from. The medical team was also quick and I saw the stabilized girl being taken to the upper floors. Of all this, what caused surprise was the apathy of the receptionists. They didn't help at all. Not even the family seeing the issue of documents to open the file. Even the nurse on duty was irritated with the receptionists. In March 2023, stay in the room at Jaime da Forte hospital for 5 days. Note thousand. All very good. From the cleanliness, the nurses, tasty food, for both patients and companions, the nurses score 1000. Thankful for everything.

Hospital and team of muquiranas, they are truly starving. My wife was starving from 4 pm until 8 pm, due to mistakes made by the planting team. There is a very arrogant and arrogant nurse there.

I've been a patient at Centro Médico da Cardio for years and I really like it, but today I needed to be treated in the hospital's emergency room and I thought it was terrible! Despite there being only 2 people in front of me when I arrived, I was only seen by the doctor more than an hour later. Furthermore, the doctor on duty said he would do a blood test and a CT scan. Hours after taking the collection, the employee told me that he was going to send me for reevaluation. At this point, I asked about not having done the tomography. After much confusion, it was discovered that the doctor had not made the request. When the two results finally came out, another doctor assisted me in the reevaluation, gave me the diagnosis, walking down the corridor, directing me to the exit. When I arrived at reception to leave, I realized that the access was still in place at the time of the contrast injection. And the employee even asked me why I hadn't reminded the staff to remove it... Right at a time and place where I needed attention and support, I was treated this way. I don't intend to go back!

My father was hospitalized for 5 days there last year. The hospital structure was more modern than before. The staff are generally attentive, but I had a few problems: 1. The corridors where the hospitalization rooms are located looked like a fair because of so much commotion. The employees talk loudly, laugh loudly without respecting patients and companions. We're not going to the hospital for a vacation. It's stressful for the family and it's not comfortable to sleep in a hospital!!! Companions also have to reduce the volume of their voices in the corridors. They need to put up notices in the hallways or guide them. If you want to talk loudly, go home! 3. My father spilled water on the floor so I asked someone to come and mop it up, but no one came. I asked again and nothing. I ended up throwing the bathroom towels on the floor to dry off. My father could be at risk of slipping at night. I have already spoken to the administration and I hope that these situations have improved.

Terrible service, I needed to perform a procedure with anesthesia, I had to ask God and everyone for permission, and on the day of the procedure they said that it wasn't in their documents that there would have to be anesthesia. I had to do the procedure without it and it was horrible.

I had a Coronary Angiotomography on 11/28/23, excellent service since my arrival, the doorman who opened the car door for me to get out, the reception had excellent service, a 10 for the girls at the service and the interview and at the location of the exam I was very well looked after by the Nursing Team and the Doctor who carried out the exam. Hospital Mãe de Deus was once a reference hospital in Porto Alegre, but it is currently in terrible condition. Nursing technicians unprepared to care for people, too long waiting times, information that exam machines - resonance, x-ray, are "damaged" (which would be a reason for delays and rescheduling of exams), structure is very bad (broken tables, beds that don't work), poor hygiene (hospital waste on the floor in the medication room, such as bloody gauze and used cotton), hospitalization schedules are not followed (meals are delivered many hours late to patients ), between others. Hospital Mãe de Deus currently leaves something to be desired and any possible inspection of minimum requirements should even be able to penalize them. Relatives of patients talk to each other there and the vast majority are perplexed by what they are doing with Hospital Mãe de Deus, which was once a reference entity. Currently, Hospital Moinhos de Vento and Complexo da Santa Casa de Porto Alegre are far ahead in every way.

Excellent in every measure. Was admitted for an emergency surgery and they diagnosed other ailments that needed emergency care. All the staff at the hospital are the best trained and competent I've seen. I owe my life to them.

I visited Sta Casa on two occasions as a patient and as a visitor, they provide an excellent service with trained doctors and well-prepared staff, I was well attended to and well treated by both......

Excellent service and support regarding many domains. We had a undergo and the whole staff was extremely supportive (from the first approach, passing by intensive care and ending on maternity domain). Its definitely one of the best hospitals in Sao Paulo.

Never again! I took my girlfriend to this hospital because she was having strong abdominal pains on 07/02/21. The two doctors were recent graduates v. inexperienced. One of them actually told me that Coca-Cola was a good drink for hidration!!! Today we spent most of our day worrying that we may have contracted Covid seen as one in every 5 staff members were either not wearing a mask or wearing them inappropriately. We had complained to the night manager, who didn't care less! To pay for the treatment they tell you to go to talk to a manager in his glass office. This guy not only charged us 5000 Reais which is an obscene amount, but had zero empathy or people skills. And to think that the doctor actually wanted her to stay overnight, probably to be able to bill me ten times as much!!! This hospital has some serious issues.

Everything was excellent, from the operating team (special thanks to the amazing doctor Alexandre Santa Cruz, the best orthopedic surgeon there is!!!) until the nursing staff (impeccable and extremely professional, available and kind), the cleaning service (very effective) to the food!!!! (I never ate so well in a hospital!!!). The medical and customer care are so good that you enjoy being there and feel extremely safe and protected until you are ready to return home! Terrible service, absurd delay at reception of more than 40 minutes. Unprepared employees with no information on service protocols. Both for scheduling by phone and in person. I scheduled an MRI and confirmed the information before making the call and when I arrived to be seen on the second attempt (as the first time I was unable to be seen because the exam was 2 hours late) the attendant gave me completely different information, stating that I would need to change the order on behalf of the council, and I confirmed it with the telephone attendant twice regarding the council. Anyway, on top of that, I agreed to take the exam because I was urgently required, but it was 1h30 late, which ended up being a little longer. The hospital used to be excellent, but it has lost its quality, I don't recommend it.

Terrible in terms of hospitalization... I arrived at the hospital with my daughter with blood in her stool... I was well looked after in the ER and, after carrying out the tests, the doctor informed me that hospitalization would be necessary. We were directed to the infirmary and here I have been ever since. My daughter has been on a stretcher for 14 hours and I was sitting in a chair for hours and after a lot of complaining, they put an armchair...

DON’T HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE😡😡 Worst experience possible, we signed a maternity plan at this unit, everything was wonderful when presented, I thought it would be a good place for my wife and daughter. My wife went into labor so we went to the hospital. Arriving at the location, my wife went to the service. There was no room available, so we did the whole process by pushing our bags around the hospital. I asked the receptionist who informed me that this is quite common at the place, as it happens every day and so I asked someone from management (both rude) and said that I would only have a room around 9 am and at that time it was around midnight. night and a half. Of course it didn't happen, he only got to the room around 2:30 pm. In short, my wife had our daughter, I continued through the hospital pushing suitcases, all of this was nothing close to what my wife went through. THEY SIMPLY LEFT MY WIFE FOR 5 HOURS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM ALONE WITH THE BABY AFTER A RACHI BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD HER CRYING TELLING ME Several women passed through the recovery room and went to their rooms, and they remained there with no one to help. We arrived at our room after much insistence and were poorly attended to by the staff while my wife went through what she went through. Hospital is not well equipped to attend cold symptoms at the emergency. You will have to wait for the arrival of an specialist at 10 AM so that he can look inside your ear canal with an otoscope. I broke my finger on 11/19/23 and went to the HSVP emergency on 11/20/23, I went in and was seen, the fracture was confirmed by the RX and the doctor, he directed me to another doctor and asked to come in the next morning, With a broken finger, the doctor told me to buy a wrist glove that holds the finger at the pharmacy. Come by tomorrow!" ...or... "Have you broken your head?, come by tomorrow!" ...it's not a joke because I've already been through this and received immediate care! I'm going to another hospital today, 11/26/23 because the finger is still purple and swollen and very painful!

Very clean and structured hospital, but there is a chance that the doctor who attends to you makes a mistake and the delay is certain! We had such an experience that the doctor did not see the bacterial plaque in my relative's throat, which was very visible... which made it worse and the other doctor confirmed the mistake.
