I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

I do regular medical check up with RSPI every year and as always enjoyed awesome experience in terms of cleaness, comfort environement, very good equipments and friendly services. Keep up the good work and bravo RSPI!

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone. During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions. It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat. I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor? Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand. See the further instead if only in front of yours.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. I probably should've asked if it cost more, but I also would've expected one of the doctors or nurses to tell me about the price beforehand. I never would've done the extra test if I was told about the price.

Horrible service. The nurses don’t have experience or understand patients need. The doctor doesn’t have bedside manner. Please be aware if you want to get in touch with doctors when she/he is not on duty. They will not response to you at all. No on call doctors. The worst private hospital in Thailand.

The only day I visited Bangkok, I decided to go see a doctor incase of an infection. The nurses were very professional and kind. But the doctor I consulted was extremely rude, took a picture of my wound and explain his doctor's lectures. He didn't even offer to clean my wound. Didn't even let me explain what caused it. Prescribed antibiotics which was 1900 baht, back in the country where I live, augmentin is half the price cheaper than this. I like the hospital. My family's been going here alot. But this particular doctor threw me off with big disappointment and experience.

the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

Don't get rehabilitation medicine here. The local general hospital is better. They see patients as money pots.

Some doctor professors are unkind I don't know how someone with that kind of personality became a doctor. Especially orthopedic professors are not at the level of doctors.

If possible, it is better to go to a university hospital in the metropolitan area. In the medical field, fat is less competitive. Even if I press the bell of the hospitalization room, they say no, but when I ask people in the metropolitan area, they say it's strange. Big buildings but nurses not experienced, did not use gloves for dressing, did not position me properly for the dressing and generally fumbled their way around a very simple wound dressing. Big No.

Hospital was clean and staff spoke English well, so it was easy for us to communicate. However, we went in for a simple wound dressing and they did not handle it well. One of the nurses handled my wife’s bandage with her bare hands. Also, they only had low quality gauze type bandages; we earlier got a higher quality elastic bandage, and composite wound dressing at another hospital.

Very high cost of blood tests. And there is only one reason - you are a foreigner. It is better to go to an appointment here and get tested elsewhere. But the welcome here is worth it, the staff speak English and are very polite. The hospital is beautiful and clean, nothing to complain about.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I would like to ask the relevant parties to thank her for her humanity and kindness.

It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.

Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. This hospital is amazing!! I arrived straight off my flight very sick and even though I don't speak Korean, the doctors worked fast to help me straight away and the nurses actually fly!! So blessed to have been a patient in the Inha University Hospital! A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses and regular staff on the emergency ward! You are the BEST!!

Does not accept CignaGlobal outpatient insurance. Tried on numerous occasions to get me to pay direct. I had them flagged by my insurance company and they will be reviewed as to whether they will stay in-network or not. If you have outpatient global insurance, I would advise going to a hospital which accepts it immediately with no question asked.

I visited emergency section. Really attentive, caring and professional people working there. Everything was tracked and done on time. I could see that nurses were really tired because of high number of patients, but they stayed calm and tried not to let patient recognise it. Good hospital, recommended. Service deserves the price.

Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt.
