The level of nurses is high compared to other hospitals! I think this is a trustworthy hospital because the doctors explain everything in an easy-to-understand manner. After paying the bill, I realized that my change was a pin note every time! I don't want to have to take care of you again, but if I do, I think this hospital is the best!

My elderly mother, who is 86 years old, underwent surgery to replace an artificial valve. The reason why I went to a different hospital than the first time was because I judged her to be at high risk due to her age. I was looking for a heart specialty hospital that performs many surgeries and ended up here. It was a little far away, but people came from Shimane and Tottori prefectures, so it was still close. The surgery was a great success. However, there were some difficult times due to complications, but now, almost half a year later, I am doing very well. The reception desk is efficient, and although the doctor's office is quite busy, the examination and payment process are smooth. Everyone is relatively kind, and I feel that the hospital is well-trained to handle the situation properly. The surgeon was also wonderful.

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Very nice hospital with top surgeons and friendly nurses. The rooms are nice and some have a swell view of the ocean. There are busses that run from the hospital to various places in Chiba and Tokyo.

I use it regularly for obstetric examinations. Personally, I am satisfied with the male doctor's treatment and explanations. I get the feeling that the female doctor is irritated because she's in pain and doesn't seem to have any time to spare. Many of the midwives are overbearing, and the nurses are unfriendly and cold, so I hate every visit. Even if there's something you don't understand, you don't feel like you can ask for advice. Even if I could do the job, I don't think I'd be a good person.

I was asked to fill out a medical questionnaire and when I went to hand it over, I was told to wait until they would call, so I was unable to receive it. However, when I told her that my baby had hit her head and was crying and that I wanted to speak to a nurse as soon as possible, the person at the reception desk said there were a lot of people around, as I saw around her. One point tension. There is a triage room, but it takes an hour and a half until you are called there. What is triage? Isn't it for determining priorities? I ended up waiting two and a half hours to see the doctor. I don't want to go there again.

Until now, I had only seen average hospitals in rural areas, but the medical technology here is amazing. Terrible hospital. I had an appointement with the Immunology department, because I may have an immune disease. On the day of the appointement, the Immunology department cancelled our appointement and referred me to their Dermatologist, who couldn't help me either. I was told that the Immunology department, who specializes in IMMUNE DESEASES, didn't know what my immune disease was. Imagine not knowing what you work with everyday. The Immunology department is just a massive bunch of incompetent people. They probably slept during their studies, just like the rest of University graduates in Japan.

Came in for an emergency as I broke my leg. They failed to administer any pain killers and insisted I keep moving around between different beds and wheelchairs. The staff kept making jokes and laughing in Japanese, all while I’m in serious pain. The doctors were all young and inexperienced. And it was clear they didn’t want me in the hospital, as I, a foreigner, would be taking up a bed. It was about their convenience, not about treating me. In my entire life, I have never experienced a worst doctor or worst treatment. Telling other doctors, Canadian and Japanese, of what transpired always results in shock. The surgeon at another Tokyo hospital was completely confused at how I didn’t get any care as I developed blisters from necrotizing skin (a major emergency). The doctor at Tokyo University Hospital told other hospitals administrative staff what I had wasn’t an emergency and so I couldn’t see a doctor at other hospitals, even when I said I had increased pain and discomfort. I had to go to a clinic to get a new referral to actually get treated. Even the city help line, which originally told me to go to back to Tokyo University Hospital, changed their mind after speaking with the doctor. This hospital and the sadistic doctor have literally permanently scared me. I was lucky to not lose a leg due to their complete and utter inhumane treatment.

They don't even accept you even in an emergency situation if you are a foreigner. Even as a Hokkaido university student I was told the doctor is busy with other patients and has no time to see a foreign patient... I was standing at the first aid/ emergency section with my hand bleeding.. I was just told to go somewhere else and was handed a printout with an emergency ph no of Sapporo city emergency services ( The irony ) I was just told to call that and try my luck.
