Great place for medical emergency

Excellent nursing team, I had problems on a few occasions releasing the medication (bureaucratic part), but something punctual. The team was very attentive and dedicated to the patient. Very happy to recognize the quality and exceptional service of the entire team.

Great service, especially from the receptionists and customer service assistant. I didn't really like the hematologist's care, but everything else was very good.

I gave priority to starting treatment at the clinic, on the recommendation of an incredible doctor. I was received very well by Dr. Clarissa and Dr. Liliana who are accompanying me in this process, but the reception team, appointments, among others, do not have the same desire to help, I believe that they are not strongly aligned with the purpose of the institution, there is no point in having welcoming doctors and the other sectors are involved in the process . Immediately they need to go through a recycling, the clinic has to be a welcoming and harmonious place.

THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING Total inconsideration! We arrived at 7:40, 20 before the shift as indicated. One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. The waiting room was already packed at that time, which shows that they give many more shifts than they can physically do. Doctors are the best but administratively an absolute disaster, lack of respect for other people's time and zero empathy

I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour. The medical professional, correct.

I am a platelet donor and the girls serve 10. I know many people who are treated there and have had very good experiences. 100% human quality

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

From my wife Christine McKinsley. Had a knee replacement done on 17 aug by Dr Weber. The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

This is a project of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and is run by a Governing Body duly formed by the representatives of sponsor organization Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS). Communication is very good as it's very near to Moghbazar Mor. But treatment cost is not average it’s comparatively high. Hard for middleclass people. Since it is a Red Crescent Society project, the cost here should be lower.

A decent medical facility is taken into account a basic would like for all. there's AN imperative would like for moderate to glorious health care facilities within the town of Chattogram. In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

There are more mosquitoes than patients in this hospital 😂, Even after 4 years of hospital construction, there is no solution to this problem.There are many types of hidden charges in this hospital which I personally faced. Lastly I want to mention that, their staff are so polite and they also have such a wonderfully decorated building.

This hospital only care about money. The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. My mother left unattended for long time and she died on the same day. These people have license to kill.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. 4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled.
