One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. The waiting room was already packed at that time, which shows that they give many more shifts than they can physically do. Doctors are the best but administratively an absolute disaster, lack of respect for other people's time and zero empathy

I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour. The medical professional, correct.

I am a platelet donor and the girls serve 10. I know many people who are treated there and have had very good experiences. 100% human quality

Really odd billing experience.... Started getting weird texts saying that I owe Cabrini $12.00 with no invoice or explanation. I hadn't been to Cabrini in over a year and I thought it was a scam. After a few more texts i call them and they say they did an internal audit from my procedure from the year before and that they under quoted me and under billed me then and expected me to pay now. I know it is only $12. But I found this really odd... isn't it their responsibility to make sure they are quoting the right price before the procedure and when payment is made? Anyway... just be careful because who knows who else this has happened too and for how much!? Just felt very unprofessional to chase up $12.00 without explaining a year later!

Went for a gastroscope and most of the nurses were amazing, doctors were too! Went there in the morning and unfortunately my partner couldn’t pick me up before 3.30 pm. One of the nurses (don’t remember her name) a bit older, was absolutely rude to me and over the phone with my partner and to me again when I told her that I was happy to wait in the waiting room in front of the desk after the procedure, and let someone else come in. She was very pushy in a bad way and need me gone before 3pm. Also, when I got notified for the procedure, few weeks prior the procedure, I completely forgot to reply back to a very stressful weeks of work and family situation.. got a phone call from the same rude lady and she pretended to know “why I didn’t reply to the message” .. Not sure why she had to act like that.. but I’m sure wasn’t the first time.

The staff here have been amazing. Wonderful nurses and staff. Highly recommend. The ambience and staff are positive and happy. Loved my experience here. Thank you 💜😀

I am writing to you with a sense of sadness and deep concern because we have lost two beloved members of our family in this institution in the last year. In the first case, it was about our grandmother, who was already in advanced age and her state of health was unstable. This fact is understandable in our perception, but the second case hurts us immensely. Recently, here in this department, a young patient from our family died suddenly, without warning and without a clear explanation. We leave these experiences with a lot of unanswered questions. Despite our repeated attempts to get answers and clarity from the hospital management and Dr. Dovalova, we were ignored. At a time when we would have expected empathy and transparency, we were met with reluctance and silence. I would therefore like to express my concern and warn other families. Trust in medical professionals is key, but it is important to remember that we have a right to be informed and to demand answers. Do not ignore any doubts or ambiguities that may arise about the health status of your loved ones. Please, if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't play with fire. If you have suspicions or misunderstandings, do not hesitate to contact the relevant authorities. In moments of unexpected loss of a beloved family member, we must not be silenced. Avoid the hospital as far as you can! A congregation of butchers, inhuman herds! (Respect for the exception, but there aren't many of them...) Those who work in surgery should be ashamed of themselves. Care is worth nothing. My grandmother is lying in the dirt, the sheet is pure blood and disinfectant, the blood is smeared on her hands. At the Šumperk hospital, we have been dealing with abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, fevers and vomiting for two months. During the sono examination in the emergency room, the attending physician repeatedly said that there was no problem, despite the visible hernia. We will know the results of the colonoscopy 6 weeks after the examination, while the problems are still ongoing. Lax approach, lack of interest in patient comfort.

I had very good experience. Nice hospital, nice rooms, nice food. Very polite staff and trying to help in any way. Was refreshing to find someone who spoke in English with me. All of the staff I came across was really caring.

From October 10-12, I was under medical treatment at the hospital's urology department. I only had to wait a little over a month for the operation under spinal anesthesia. I can only praise both the doctors and the nursing staff (there was one exception). Their professional preparation and human attitude made it much easier to get through the often vulnerable and humiliating situations. Since I am otherwise in good physical condition, I tried to be a "good patient" as well, but those who were more down than me were also treated fairly patiently. Could this be the "ruined" Hungarian healthcare system? Or was I the only one being given VIP treatment without my knowledge, as part of a secret conspiracy?

Tonight will be three weeks since my adopted baby literally tore my nose off, scarred my face 2mm from my eye. Today I visited the clinic twice, I liked the good, warm attitude, and of course the services provided were 5 stars. I did an ultrasound of the veins, an ECG, and an ultrasound of the mammary glands. All doctors are very attentive. By the way, prices for many services are lower than in other clinics. I recommend!

Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

The worst hospital arrived due to an emergency of a cut finger at work since 8pm and it is 330am and no doctor or anyone shows up to take the respective points, the doctors sleeping and the worst people on the floor

Be careful in this clinic!!! Due to staff shortages, employees are prohibited from taking sick leave. Serves employees with ARVI, influenza and other seasonal diseases. There is a real risk of not only not being cured, but also of catching something contagious as a gift. For me, this is a so-so bonus program!

We had an appointment with the surgeon on October 23, 2023, paid for the consultation, and the operation was scheduled for October 24 at 21:00. In addition to the cost of the operation, the cost of the consultation was also included in the bill. When asked why there was another consultation if it was yesterday, and today we came for the operation, the administrator’s answer was that this was a repeat consultation. Actually, the doctor performed the operation, no so-called consultation was carried out, but an extra 2200 rubles. no one removed it from the bill. The clinic is what all of our medicine should be. I was lying in the ward and I couldn’t even believe that this place was a hospital and not a sanatorium. Everything is perfectly arranged. It’s convenient to take tests, the doctors are polite. The result of treatment is that all polyps are removed.

Had to go for a drip late night at emergency KPJ damansara. Had a very pleasant time with all of the professional nurses and doctor. Kudos to nurse imran, usually i had a problem to find my vain. But nurse imran got it within seconds. Great consultation from doctor anis and nurse khairi. It was late around 3am in the morning. But all the nurses came and check on my drip done or not. Kudos to all the night nurses and doctors. You all are the best..

Absolutely abysmal organisation and zero respect for patients time. Book an appointment for 830, summoned at 830, I arrive at 815 to be a bit early. They tell me to come back at 1030 because you only get to pick your position in queue for 1030. Special mention to the lady that arrived after me and tried to be put first in line. You read that right. They summon you at 830 knowing full well that doctor will be here at 1030 so "that way there isn't a lot of people arriving together at 1030". Are you kidding me? Can't you just book 15 or 20 minute slots instead of making your patients waste AT LEAST two hours of their time? Doctor arrived at 1100, not a word of apology or anything. Overall, I arrived at 815 and saw the doctor at 1115. Just go somewher else, they don't deserve to have patients.

Done some renovation works. The front desk and more welcoming. Hospital is a place I get lost all the time: in terms of where to go and what to do (the paper works). The admin staff are very helpful as I am a noob in hospital paperwork. Would like to request KPJ to improve it is the waiting time to see specialist. The average waiting time is always >2 hours even with appointments. Please relook into this. We understand doctors are busy, but there should be a system to improve this as well.

Nobody likes to be sick, but when they are, they wish they had a hospital like this. Top staff, fully motivated and friendly. It's the same with doctors. These people more than deserve my rare five stars. Only the food could be better. Otherwise, hats off and respect.

Terrible service, absurd delay at reception of more than 40 minutes. Unprepared employees with no information on service protocols. Both for scheduling by phone and in person. I scheduled an MRI and confirmed the information before making the call and when I arrived to be seen on the second attempt (as the first time I was unable to be seen because the exam was 2 hours late) the attendant gave me completely different information, stating that I would need to change the order on behalf of the council, and I confirmed it with the telephone attendant twice regarding the council. Anyway, on top of that, I agreed to take the exam because I was urgently required, but it was 1h30 late, which ended up being a little longer. The hospital used to be excellent, but it has lost its quality, I don't recommend it.

Terrible in terms of hospitalization... I arrived at the hospital with my daughter with blood in her stool... DON’T HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE😡😡 Worst experience possible, we signed a maternity plan at this unit, everything was wonderful when presented, I thought it would be a good place for my wife and daughter. My wife went into labor so we went to the hospital. Arriving at the location, my wife went to the service. There was no room available, so we did the whole process by pushing our bags around the hospital. I asked the receptionist who informed me that this is quite common at the place, as it happens every day and so I asked someone from management (both rude) and said that I would only have a room around 9 am and at that time it was around midnight. night and a half. Of course it didn't happen, he only got to the room around 2:30 pm. In short, my wife had our daughter, I continued through the hospital pushing suitcases, all of this was nothing close to what my wife went through. THEY SIMPLY LEFT MY WIFE FOR 5 HOURS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM ALONE WITH THE BABY AFTER A RACHI BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD HER CRYING TELLING ME Several women passed through the recovery room and went to their rooms, and they remained there with no one to help. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Apollo Hospital. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service she has received. On multiple occasions, including today, she was served food infested with rice weevils during her stay at the cancer day care center in Apollo Hospital, Bhat. To make matters worse, my mother even contracted typhoid last month while undergoing chemotherapy. As her son, I am deeply concerned about her well-being. It is crucial for cancer patients to have access to proper nutrition and a sterile environment, and Apollo Hospital has failed to provide this. I urge potential patients and their families to think twice before choosing Apollo Hospital. The recurring issue of rice weevils in the food and the subsequent health risks are simply unacceptable. The trust we placed in this hospital has been shattered. I kindly request the hospital administration to take immediate action and address these issues. Patients deserve the highest standard of care, and the fees charged should reflect the quality of service provided.

To all ONGCians, Don't go APOLLO HOSPITAL Bhat if you have life threatening disease as they will make a case as ONGC provide free medical and even temporary doctors in ONGC dispensary are involved in this. Special Note: Don't take treatment from Dr Vishal Choksi as before Biopsy he spoke very rudely with my father who was 4th stage cancer patient at that time and this doctor talk very badly with him. Dr Vishal Choksi did blunder during biopsy too which we can understand doctor are humans and they can make mistakes but this doctor is not good human as he don't know how to talk with patients. I am writing this review at 3:37 am you can understand how I am going through even after a year of my father's demise. All cancer patients need utmost care esp from doctors and staffs. Please choose wisely and don't seek treatment if that doctor name is Vishal choksi.

My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

B. Shanmugam I am doing my chemo therapy treatment at saveetha hospital. The hospitality atmosphere it's too good. The staff r doing very well. Nurses r treating very kindly to the patients.And the admin team r guiding us very well.

Few nurses are not well trained, no bedsheet and pillow for one relative that stay with patient. I will update my review later also.

I am a cancer patient . I thought the name CBCC is very huge but this hospital is very bag. I dnt know who these people are giving them 5stars they are all fake . I had worst hospital experience hence I am changing it. * Nurses here are not well trained, nurse dint know how to flush my chemo port , she didn't do dressing afterwards.( Very basic thing which a cancer hospital should really note) * Dr dabkara was treating me , suddenly he left the hospital without notifying. No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. I have wrost experience in past few month 5-7 patient died in front of me. His management is rudely behavior with patient colleges it is very dangerous hospital.
