This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Great experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani and his complete Ortho and physio team. My mother who had knee joint problem since 4 years is feeling really relaxed and happy after the knee replacement surgery. All love and blessings to you Dr. Bhushan sir.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

This place is a scam.The surgery department’s behaviour and inability to offer a resolution for our queries.The staff is playing with patient’s life by moving them on recliner sofa instead of patient’s bed. Look like these guys don’t have sufficient beds & they don’t know how to treat sick people😞😞🥵😰 Feedback box don’t have forms, pen etc During rain water on floor The day care room should have four beds but instead 8 recliner had been setup. The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. Had to wait 3 hours to get discharge & to get a sign The billing front desk was rude & talking nonsense & was-giving excuses with no artifacts. Adding some pictures as evidence.

Went in for a full left hip replacement with Dr Jacob Drew. My interactions with him and his staff were always positive. He took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions that I had. He even called to check in the night before my surgery. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a hip or knee replacement.

I lived most of my life suffering from pain and discomfort that kept getting worse. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 month ago and underwent a surgery with Dr Gul Rana. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care, the entire process was smooth. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The surgical procedure was success, I walked out with a set date for laparoscopic surgery. I was referred by a friend to see one of your specialists, but I'm experiencing difficulties with the booking system. The staff handling the process lacks in customer service and marketing skills. They just prescribed medicines and I couldn’t control my sugar level at all. I wanted to give a try at the Canadian Hospital and I went there in August. When I visited Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist my Hba1c level was at 9.9 and yesterday after the test it was down at 6. Such a vast improvement. Dr Sarah’s aim was to control my sugar level. She is so skilled at what she does. I had a lot of health complications when I went to her and now I feel a lot better in every aspect. I never thought I could get better, but she put me on the right medications and gave me the proper treatment. She is keen to know about everything that affects the patient, and treats even the slightest problem they have. Also, she respects your phone calls and messages and replies timely. She calls personally to check up on you. I had the best experience with her, I recommend her to all diabetics who are with uncontrolled sugar levels and others who need to visit an endocrinologist. The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident. Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

The hospital staff needs to improve their compassion and empathy towards patients and their families. The customer service and facilities are below par. A dignified and respectful treatment should be provided to every individual, regardless of their social status. The families of ICU patients should be given a proper place to rest while waiting for updates. The hospital should convert dead spaces into lounges or waiting areas for families. Despite the high fees, the services, facilities, and staff attitudes do not meet the expectations.

I had a terrible experience with the gay cashier and fat male bodyguard who were assigned at that time. The guard shouted at me because I asked him for the second time the cashier's office since his instruction at first was unclear. When I went upstairs, that gay cashier was soo rude! He got annoyed because I did not tell him right away that I would be using GLs. He insulted me by saying "Di lahat ng patients dito GL ang binabayad". I apologized patiently and told him that IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE. Yet, he was still frowning. HOW COME THIS HOSPITAL HIRED THOSE AGRESSIVE STAFF? I just controlled my anger and emotions since my father had to undergo a surgery at that time. I didn't want to stress him and my mother. On the other hand, the doctors were kind and approachable. I hope this concern will be raised, anyway.

Pretty much go there monthly to buy my maintenance medicines from their pharmacy. Waiting times can be long with their new July 2023 procedures where the 4th floor pharmacy only takes cash and card sales. The 1st floor only takes GL transaxtions and only entertains cash transactions at 4pm daily. Senior discounts are applied for 30day supplies only. 😑

Yesterday I had been there for eye check up.they did the check up but kept the file with them what rights do they have to keep my file with them?? They said aapko chahiye medical records se Xerox le lo rubbish services from 9.30 am to 1 at noon I was there there was. One test they did without even asking me that test should have been done if I opt for cataract surgery there.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

Undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Well qualified and experienced Doctors. Prompt & Efficient service by Nurses and Mousis. Centrally located. Am writing this based on my more than 45 years with the hospital. Wish and hope they can do something about parking of vehicles, specially for seniors. Best wishes.

Very bad experience today , waiting time for gynaecologist almost 1:30 H:M , pregnant women had to wait for more than 90 min . Doctors timing should be informed at billing counter if not available.

Yesterday, I have visited there for an angiography test of my father in heart department. Honestly saying this is very good hospital with full of amenities and services. The most valuable thing is that all staff's behaviour is good and smooth. Doctors, nurses and other supporting staffs are behaving betterly and are giving their 100 percent to the patient. Patient attenders are also getting good services here like canteen, waiting sofa and sleeping area. I want to thank Yatharth Hospital and team for making such a wonderful staff management. Cost is high but services are satisfactory.

Located in sector 1 Greater Noida West. My mother was admitted here for Endoscopic and Gall bladder surgery. Dr. Amogh and Kushal were like a God figure for us as treatment went well and my mother is recovering well by God grace. Further also wanted to comment on the rooms and services. Supporting staff/nurses like Kiran, Oindrilla was amazing . Their services and support I would highly recommend. Keep it up The food was healthy and hygienic as well. Rooms were comfortable with all necessary things available which help the attendant to stay comfortable too.

Very good doctors and support staffs. They have done tremendous job. 1st day experience was bad due to emergency staffs unavailability and rudeness(when we complaint about their unavailability). They were busy in personal calls and gossips( but security guards of emergency ward was very supportive and helpful) but after admitting the patient everything was good. Doctors are very experienced and generous. Support staffs are very helpful and provided good support. Billing department is also very helpful in providing information and discharge was very smooth. I will give 4.5 out of 5(-0.5 due to 1st day experience).

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.
