I went to the emergency room with a referral to a neurologist, the neurologist treated me at the highest level, I wish there were more doctors like her, it would be really great. The lady could have sent me home quickly, but she said she wouldn't let me go home until I had a consultation with the surgeon. What's more, I was also seen by a neurosurgeon, a surgeon and an orthopedist (each of them was also very nice and competent), I also had a CT scan, I was at the doctor's office four times, and her concern and commitment were visible! I could happily wait for my condition with such doctors for a long time and longer!!!!! when it comes to your neurologist, it's only Dr. Marzena Tomaszewska! A doctor by vocation and, above all, a human being! Thank you very much. ❤

I recently had an exceptional experience at Signature Advanced Specialty Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

Very good experience with AHMC. Doctors were great and knowledgeable. Nurses are approachable and patient. Their room rates are also worth it.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail. However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

Awful hospital and ER! I came in at about 3 AM as a foreigner (EU citizen) in need of some antibiotics as I had forgotten to bring them with me on vacation in Madrid. Despite not even being close to being overfilled, the average wait time for this ER was about 4 hours, or even more. I sat there alongside a woman whimpering and crying out in pain, an old lady struggling to breathe, etc. - Sick people having to resort to sleep on uncomfortable old chairs and not in the slightest paid any attention to! Kind of dehumanizing, to be perfectly honest. Thank God I did not have something actually more serious. After about an hour, the nurse came to the waiting area to check on me. Two hours have gone by and I was getting impatient. Nurses told me they had alerted the doctor. Another hour goes by, still no doctor in sight. At that point, we were all sitting there waiting for the paint on the wall to dry. Finally, at about 6:30 AM (!!!) a doctor came to fill my prescription. Yet it was not until about 7 AM that I could finally go home. The others still had to wait… Never go to the ER of this hospital unless you like to be ignored. Or if you like to look at the sunrise even though you went to the hospital in the middle of the night for antibiotics. Such a shame…

Was passed around to 5 different nurses (only one of which seemed to care) over a 6 hour wait time, all to eventually be told that nothing was wrong with me despite having near-crippling abdomen pain and the only solution offered was more painkillers. Still trying to determine my ailment but I'm horrified at the "oh well good luck" attitude many of the staff have. If 0 stars were possible that's what I'd be giving here

High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

Go your way this hospital is to flee all specialties combined. Renowned for making NURSING STUDENTS MISERY, as if they had never been students before! I hope that the director of this establishment will act... one day... because it is at stake for the psychological health of students who end their studies or fall into depression because of these NURSES who think they are all powerful. Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. Thank you for all the love and care, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, they made this struggle easier, they all brought me a lot of confidence and serenity. Thanks mainly to Dr Giuliano, for all his professionalism and clarity. By ICU Techniques morning and afternoon (Karina, Karen, Carol, Larissa, Paula, Ângela, Anderson, Roberto) Amanda for all the braids in her hair before and even after cutting her hair for the surgery she took great care to wash , hydrate and make everything feel lighter after surgery. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Second time this week I spent this week in the emergency room of this hospital, because the medicines prescribed by the doctors are not relieving my pain, I have flu-like symptoms. I haven't slept almost at all this week and today in particular, I stayed up all night feeling a lot of pain. It is not possible that I will have to go to the emergency room for the third time. If I go, it won't be in this hospital. Update: I went to the emergency room for the third time this week, but in another hospital, I was howling in pain, I knew something was wrong, as I was feeling very ill and didn't get better with any prescribed medication. I was diagnosed with sinusitis in another hospital, I remember that the last doctor at this hospital said it was nothing serious and didn't even give me an antibiotic and said it was influenza. They gave me nausea dosage in the amount for a child and not for an adult and in a greater number of hours. I no longer trust this hospital and will not return again.

Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. Congratulations to the hospital, which recognizes its team and always values ​​the people who work there. I also mention the cleanliness of the hospital and the rooms, which are cleaned constantly. My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued. I noticed that all medications, all procedures that were performed, were calmly explained to her, eye to eye, realizing whether she was understanding or not. Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. Rude doctor with bad communication, clueless on what was happening with test results and was very confused about the results and did not know what was happening.Whole experience really poor!We are not sure if we will ever get over this disastrous experience.We would not even give a single star to this doctor.

The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

Great Hospital, very well-organized nursing system. Special thanks to Dr. Dennler (the surgeon) who made my dream come true. i am now walking like normal people! Thank you Hirslanden Klinic.

Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

staff is very friendly, everything is kept clean and sanitary. the nurses care about their patients and everything is done quickly. when we first checked how long the waiting period will be, it said 3 to 5 months, my gp sent a mail, agreeing to the waiting period, and around week later i got a letter with my appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later. very happy with all the help and support i got from the staff!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.
