Went into the ER at about 00:40 this morning with severe period cramps. It was so bad that I was shaking. The nurses were really kind but the doctor that saw to me was quite rude telling me “this isn’t an emergency”. We come to hospitals because there is something wrong and we don’t know what to do. As a young woman I felt very uncomfortable having a man tell me that MY cramps weren’t an emergency when he could clearly see I was in pain. He also made my boyfriend wait outside the room but asked me the exact same questions the nurse did - who allowed my boyfriend to stay in the consult room with me. I will never go back it was quite a disappointment especially since most Mediclinics are very good and have kind staff. The only thing that made me feel somewhat at ease was the nurses were very kind to me and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.

The most greedy hospital I have ever been to. I don't think that there is a more expensive hospital in the world! I was admitted for 1x day at Sandton Mediclinic while my son was admitted the same time, in a Life hospital. Mediclinic charged my medical aid 4.2 times more than what Life charged and my son was in hospital for a day more than me. Do you guys want to become rich overnight, how far does your greed stretch?

I had an exceptional experience at Sandton Mediclinic. I can only send a huge thank you to all the staff from the administrators to the health care workers for going above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable and pleasant at a time when I both needed surgery and I was struggling with my mental health. The admission process was seemless. I had an excellent radiology team and two world-class surgeons who took the time to answer all my questions and advocate for me. The nursing staff was attentive, kind and experienced; the cleaning staff friendly and efficient. Overall, I am just so grateful to everyone at Sandton Mediclinic who ensured I had the best possible care for my physical and mental health.

Worst experience ever I have ever had at a hospital with admin staff. I went into labour a month before my due date. While in active labour the hospital kept on pulling my husband out of the room for payment!!! Our first child, 12 midnight on a Saturday, early labour, stressing so much about our child and all these people care about is money. Wanted full payment 12 midnight while I was in labour. Pathetic service from admin staff. I mean God forbid they waited until Monday morning. As if I had control over the whole experience.
Such a pity, nurses and doctors are amazing. But the hospital admin staff has zero tact or empathy.
Cherry on the cake, when it came time to be discharged and make final payment for my baby who had to stay an extra few days, the finance lady was on lunch and we were told....oh its ok...you can pay LATER!!!
Will 100% without a doubt never in my life go back there again.

I was on vacation in Paris and was taken here with excruciating & sudden stomach pain. I had to have an emergency surgery to remove part of my large intestine due to a twist - or a “volvulous”. I was kept in the emergency waiting room overnight- part of the night in an empty hallway- with pain so severe that I almost fainted several times. I was certain I was going to die because I didn’t know if anyone would notice if I lost consciousness. The nurses and doctors I spoke with told me “we will come back with pain medication” but hours went by without seeing anyone again. Almost no one spoke English. I was terrified and traumatized.
I would give this hospital 0 stars, HOWEVER. Once I got into surgery, the doctors were kind to me. I was crying quite a bit and they calmed me down and played music for me. The surgery went well, and I obviously survived without complications. I feel so grateful they caught the twist and operated on me within 16 hours of me being there. They did save my life.
I don’t know who is reading this and if you are considering going here, but try to go to the American hospital if at all possible. I hope you get the care you need and deserve. Do not expect nurses there to care for you like nurses do in America.

Decent if you need urgent help. Extremely unhelpful staff in the registration desk, was told “you’re in france, speak french” after I asked them if they spoke English. The hospital felt very dirty and the waiting room was a chaos. Other than a long waiting time for non-priority cases, the care was acceptable.

I was just severely hurt by the staff member pictured here at emergency. I came in anxious and stressed about my condition. They were only meant to be checking my temperature in my ear but he did so forcibly it hurt me so bad, it gave me a panic attack. Then when I said something I was screamed at in French.
I will be contacting a lawyer.

A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Yet after the surgery, I do not suffer any severe pain and I recover well.

It’s been around 3 months since my second cataract operation and I’m still marvelling at going around without glasses, for the first time in almost 60 years! Summer’s coming and I can wear RayBans without contact lenses, thanks to Doctor Howard and his team.
Thanks also to the management and staff at Sungai Long Specialist Hospital for their friendly professionalism.

Good place and friendly staff here. From security guard, front desk, customer service staff, nurse and even the doctors here are very helpful, caring and friendly. Super thanks to Dr. Ng C.K who help deliver my baby. My wife have a pleasant delivery experience for our first born baby. And also thanks to Dr. Alex who really care with babies. Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. I would recommend Wooridul Hospital to anyone having spine problem. Best regards, Sumanto Hartanto

I have had the opportunity to visit Wooridul Spine Hospital for three times. I will never forget the hospitality and the effort of Dr. Sang Ho Lee and the Wooridul team at my first visit to the center for endoscopic surgery training. Dr. Gun Choi and Dr. Chanshik Shim were my initial trainers. I am so glad to have had the chance to apply all I had learned there at my own country. One of the most memorable moments of my first visit was my assistance at the operating theatre upon the kind invitation of Professor Dr. Sang Ho Lee. Later on, Wooridul Center welcomed the junior members of our team and trained them as well, as expected from a distinguished and well established institution with a high training quality. Wooridul Spine Hospital, will always be a pioneering and successful center of excellence, deserving and meeting its motto “less is more” under the leadership of Dr. Sang Ho Lee. I only visit the hospital emergency when it is very urgent, unfortunately I have never left satisfied. They didn't give me proper examinations, the drugs prescribed for inflammation in the body had side effects of "possible formation of inflammation in the body". If you have to call for the results after 3 days, you have no chance to call. When I passed out in the corridor, the lady from the cafe upstairs had to help me, because two of the sisters had a lunch break, so why should they help me, and the third one preferred not to see me. There is no point in solving anything with management - they will always turn everything against you and sweep it under the carpet.

Recently I took my friend from Poland to this hospital, the doctor demanded 3000 Czech crowns, explaining at the same time that if she was Czech, the service would be free. I’m wondering how much funding for the construction and ongoing maintenance of such a resource in the region comes directly or indirectly from EU resources?

Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Opinion on private family natural birth. Premium package.
It was my second birth. The first one was at Medeor Hospital in Łódź, which I remember much better even though I didn't pay for it. There I experienced warmth, respect and understanding that was often lacking here.
I went to the hospital after 6 hours of painful contractions with severe pain. I was seen by a doctor who from the very beginning called me "you", treating me with contempt. I don't remember his name, but I think he introduced himself as Marek (I think it was Dr. Marek Korożan, but I could be wrong because 2 years have passed since the birth). Based on the CTG results, he said that I was not giving birth at all, but since I had already come from far away, I should go to the antenatal room and go to sleep, and that I would definitely not give birth in the near future. At the very beginning, I felt like an intruder and a bother of four letters.
I spent several hours in the room with my husband - of course, not sleeping and fighting contractions. After a few hours, a midwife (Ms. Joanna Miłosz) came and asked if I should be examined. I agreed. It turned out that I was 6 cm dilated and they asked if I should give anesthesia. I remember the midwife fondly. The anesthesiologist was also very nice and tried to relax the atmosphere while administering anesthesia. Morning came and with it a change of staff. Another gynecologist was very cold and unpleasant. When the anesthesia was removed and I started to complain about my statement that it hurts, I heard that I had pain when I was lying under anesthesia, and now it doesn't hurt at all, so I shouldn't say that because it's not true :-) Childbirth after anesthesia lying down despite my willingness and strength to give birth in a vertical position. While pushing, I heard some sarcastic and embarrassing comments from this lady (I unfortunately didn't remember her name). I felt very uncomfortable. Even on the National Health Fund, I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unpleasantly.
When complications occurred, fortunately Dr. Chmyłko and Dr. Wnuk came and alleviated the unpleasant atmosphere. The birth was difficult and had complications, but thanks to them I felt cared for and safe at that moment.
I also remember the doctor fondly. med. Anna Lew-Tusk - a neonatologist who took great care of our daughter when it turned out that her test results were not good.
Postpartum care was generally okay, but despite my high temperature (infection) and the baby crying all night, I was not offered to take the baby so I could rest.
Despite the completed birth plan and my clear objection to it, an injection of vitamin K was administered, later claiming it was by mistake.
Other objective facts: comfortable beds, nice maternity room, good food. Due to complications for me and my daughter, we stayed in the ward a few days longer and I did not pay anything extra for this.
My memories of giving birth are rather unpleasant. I paid for a private birth to avoid unpleasant situations and give birth in harmony with myself - my expectations were definitely not met. I wouldn't choose to give birth at Swissmed again.

I feel sorry for the old people.
I brought my grandmother to the emergency department of this hospital on December 1, 2023. My grandmother was bitten by a street cat and needed to be vaccinated. We were told that she would be discharged tomorrow.
1. Left until Monday.
2. THEY HAVEN’T TREATED THE HAND ONE TIME IN 3 DAYS!!!!😡 Grandma asked to treat it, but no one moved. THE HAND HAS FALLED!!
Now you need to see a surgeon urgently!
3. In the emergency department, they took blood from a vein and left a huge bruise. We sent the grandmother to the toilet to give urine, it didn’t close, the plastic jars for giving urine were not new.
4. They took a very long time to process us when we arrived, but they discharged us at the speed of a bullet, without waiting for me so that I could talk to the doctor.
He can write to the Ministry of Health that in the 5th hospital there was no iodine or other disinfectants, antiseptics and bandages ♀️ 🤦🏼 and ask them to provide all this to the hospital.

I spent a couple of days in the hospital in the 1st surgical department for examination. I would like to express my gratitude to the medical staff of the department and special thanks to the doctors of the diagnostic department: doctor I.V. Goroshko and nurse A.A. Kamissarova, doctor A.S. Biruk and nurse T.N. Koloshko. After all, we patients are often capricious, with a feeling of fear before the procedure, these people, even at the end of their working day, calm us down with a kind smile and calmly do their work. Thank you very much, doctors by vocation.

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse.
Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

Well, what can I say, for the inadequate money they charge for services, the doctors are still ok, but the staff could be more polite. The attitude is as if I am in a free regional clinic. Dissatisfied faces of nurses, waiting 40 minutes for discharge and constant questions about when I will finally leave and rolling their eyes at my requests. A special gem was the cloakroom attendant who confronted me about why I left my jacket. They left me at the department because I felt bad. As if I had to run after them all, which is what I had to do

Very good medical center. The doctors are all experienced and knowledgeable. And most importantly - with a sincere desire to help people! They do it efficiently and conscientiously. They personally helped me cope with a serious diagnosis in 3 months!

Great clinic. 5 points. I have long wanted to have an operation, but I couldn’t choose a clinic... I finally settled on Sandinavia, which I didn’t regret at all! They were the only ones who offered me the support of a manager. I arranged for accompaniment during registration at the clinic. The whole procedure was so quick, simple and easy! No extra worries or hassle. In the evening I also wrote to my manager and clarified a couple of points. I felt that I was not alone)). I am very pleased that the clinic is developing and doing everything for its patients. I wish you not to slow down and keep up the good work!

I wanted to thank surgeon Kārlis Vērdiņš. After having two kids I had diastasis recti and he made my tummy look ever better than it looked before the kids. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the result! I’m extremely happy that I have chosen him to do my surgery. All the best, Daniela from Vancouver, Canada

Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.
