Recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis treatment in 130 Oncology clinics in Europe

I waited for 1h40min for an appointment and it got to the point where they wait was ridiculous, I had already had to cancel my next thing, and felt absolutely frustrated for coming all the way for a consultation, waiting so long to then desist as I don’t have more life to lose on this. The only reason I don’t give it 1 star is that the receptionist was nice and helpful and that the check in was easy. I don’t plan on going to CUF for help ever again.

They performed the surgery well. But was too expensive, they took far too long for a private hospital and they didn't explain costs. I cannot dispute the charges without making an account but I can only make an account by going in person. Not sure if it would be better than a public hospital in most countries

Just want money, no more than that. They told us to pay an amount of money regarding an appointment in the hospital and we already paid it then found a higher invoice to be paid later while we confirmed in the hospital several times that there would be no extra cost.

Once again in this awful building. 2 people almost dead, and the 3 of us are waiting for 3+ hours. You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly. How dare you calling yourselves emergency???

This place is a nightmare. I always come here complaining because you always stay here at least 4 ou 5 hours to get a simple antibiotic for flu. It's ridiculous the disorganization. It's not clear where the waiting room is, not clear what is the next step, you see a lot of people passing by and not doing anything. It's a disaster. Only come here in case of serious problem. It's very bad here.

Open letter to Profesor Zielinski I wanted to tell you that I’m very disappointed with you and your clinic. Now, after my father’s death and Mr. Suta’s (the patient from Targu Mureș) also I’m convinced that you are guided only by profits and you are not concerned about the wellbeing of patients. We have sent you translated medical reports, pet CT’s and other imagistic investigations, blood tests and you didn’t even have the decency to look over them and tell us it’s not worth making the trip giving how advanced was their condition. You could have done what the doctors from Szeged hospital did for me and say that there is nothing you could do for my father and with regrets I cannot take your money and leave our country with a negative perception about our medical services. They said that because they looked over the investigations I sent them. But no sir you were too blinded by money and we were so desperate to save our fathers that we believed you. Shame on you. I guarantee these are words well thought and not said in anger.

All the people super friendly. If something took longer, it was only because there were patients who needed to be treated more urgently. Some people probably forget that here in the evaluation. As far as you can say about a hospital stay, I had a good time there.The staff is international and with many languages. I was diagnosed with serous ovarian carcinoma and after resection of the carcinoma by a Romanian doctor, director of a private hospital in Bucharest, in a boundless desperation I contacted the best clinics in the world, specialized in oncology. The commercial representative of the WPK hospital, Mr. Alexandru Pop, was the first to contact us and was the only one who convinced us to buy tickets to Vienna. We had all the appointments made by the minute, he walked with us and empathized every moment. Thanks to him, I got to the best specialist in gynecological surgery, the most wonderful woman who rushed all my procedures in order to be able to proceed with the surgery. In the worst moment of my life, when I read despair on the children's faces and I felt helplessness and frustrated, this wonderful woman, , Prof. Dr. B. Schurz, gave us a chance. The hospitalization period was 8 days and I received the best care possible. The staff was by far very professional and very empathetic, as well as the nurses. I felt treated like a family member. The sales representative came to me twice a day, called me and asked me all the time what else I needed or if I was satisfied. Because of my diagnosis, even if I came at the very early stages, I will still have to proceed with 6 chemotherapy sessions with one of the best oncologists in the world, Prof. Dr. Zielinski. I recommend the clinic with great confidence.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. I was seen very quickly, issue addressed and I was discharged in less than an hour. It was excellent value for money for the service offered! Thank you.

I recently underwent a robotic prostatectomy at Princess Grace Hospital. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. The facilities, staff and expertise were of the highest competence and quality. All services were delivered with great empathy and care.

Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

I had a SPECT/CT scan and it was (virtually) painless and I was looked after briliantly. my only negative comment would bethat as there is a 3hour wait between the prep and the scan and the waiting room was not super comfortable for such a long wait,

Could not be in better hands. Had surgery under professor Andi Kavin and it could not go any better. Legend, absolutely professional and full of knowledge. The hospital team were exceptional. Margaret from the theatre (ICU) was exceptional too, her confidence and professionalism was second to none. Aldrin Reyes from the ward was also a true example of a real medical professional. I mentioned all these by names because sometimes it is easy to take for granted the little things that make a difference. A huge thanks guys.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.

09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. I waited for two hours, left with nothing, because people came in a stream by appointment. ))) very competent system, I'm delighted)

Many thanks to the therapist, cardiologist Dmitry Yuryevich Shchekochikhin. Doctor with a capital letter, a true professional. When other doctors shrugged and did not know what to do, thanks to the doctor, he was able to carefully analyze the medical history and build a successful course of treatment.

Really really bad Experience with this hospital. I had a visit, I told that I have card EKUZ ask also if I should give it them this later. They say no no i don't need pay anything no problem with anything. After TWO MONTHS they sended me a facture that I have to pay! Really dissapointed, never come here again. During visit with doctor they didn't check what is wrong only give me one pill that's all. Nobody answers the phone either.

Banana Republic of Croatia, nonfunctional, corrupt and messy. That is the summary of your wonderful hospitals.

They are the largest hospital center in Croatia and have the best equipment. That's the biggest plus. After that the personal is overworked and somewhat rude; and it gets worse and worse as they climb the hierarchy. Organisation overall is mediocre and dictated directly by politics, failures in organisation are then blamed on the people who work there.

The best hospital I've ever been to!!! Very good specialists and wonderful smiling nurses❤️ Everyone very helpful. I recommend the neurosurgery (7sal) department without back pain. If I had to have another surgery, it would be there. Best Regards Sylwia ( 08/02/2023 )

During our holidays in denmark we had to go to the emergency in aalborg two times. The doctors and nurses there were always very kind, capable and caring.

Today we visited the allergy department with our child. I really liked the service. The doctor spoke very nicely with my child. The inspection was good. We did an allergy test. Everything is fine and I'm very happy😊

My husband received wonderful care at A&E and intensive care after experiencing a heart attack on holiday last October 2022. Speedy treatment and attentive nursing while in CHU for two weeks prior to repatriation to the UK. Could not have had better treatment. A huge thank you to the doctors and staff who looked after him. We are very grateful.

My brother Christopher had the most excellent care in accident and emergency for a pulmonary embolism. I know he is very grateful to the drs and nurses that night. They were kind caring and amazingly speedy to diagnose and find a medication. Compared to the normal experience in the U.K. the French system that night was incredible and they also called him back for a check up in a week, again with an amazing dr so sympathetic, that would be two to three months in the U.K. The staff treated him with dignity and compassion. Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

I unfortunately fractured my arm during my holiday to beautiful Salzburg. My experience of my time in the hospital was second to none, fantastic holistic care from start to finish. All staff were extremely curteous, polite, friendly, professional and genuinely cared. Care flowed well in a very swift manner, just what you need when injured. All the worry of payment was handled from the hospital to my insurance provider which was a comfort. Thank you

I had visited this hospital with my husband for a normal check up. and upon arriving I was informed that we would have to pay an outpatient fee of 229 euro and no other fee will be charged. hence we got all the check up done that was necessary. we had visited on 3rd October and on 14th December, I receive a bill of 700 euro via email stating that I am yet to pay the over and above bill which was ridiculous of them, and upon which they state that the bill is made after 4-6 weeks and then it is sent to the patient and ideally a patient should be informed at the same moment what their bill is and then only a hospital gives discharge to any patient or writes down any medicines but we were let go and after 2 months we receive more bill from their side. this is very bad intentions from their side and kindly refrain from going here as this is only a tactic to give a bill later on.
