This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, especially in healthcare. They are not interested in helping people. They are only interested in money.

Very satisfied with how I was met all the way from the first meeting until the operation was completed. Of course I was nervous about surgery on my knee, but the professional staff were safe and relaxed and I felt seen.

I highly recommend this clinic. I had hip replacement surgery in August 2022 and spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received the best care and attention. Because I did not speak Czech, I was given a translator who accompanied me to doctor's appointments and rehabilitation. Today, 9 months later, I have no pain and have recovered fully. I am most appreciative!

I was in the one-day surgery department for 4 days because I had a more complicated operation. Many nurses took turns with me and I cannot say a word about their care and willingness. Everyone was nice, helpful and smiling. The food was beyond expectations, chicken schnitzel, steamed buns, gnocchi with meat, of course jam, butter, honey, rolls or fruit. Thank you for the procedure and for the care. I am glad that I chose the second district for the operation.

Today, October 3, 2023, it was supposed to be vaccinated to protect health against covid 19. From 1:00 p.m., approx. 40 people who registered were supposed to be vaccinated, and from 2:00 p.m., it was their turn to come unregistered. Topoľčany hospital was unprepared (one nurse and one doctor, the system did not work). Most of the registered people were elderly people. At 1:30 p.m., the nurse and the doctor started to deal with something... The two of us came from Prievidza and were unregistered. After 14.00 we left with the fact that we have a chance to get in line in 3-4 hours, as 2-3 people were vaccinated before our departure. In a word, chaos. We gave up. But before we left, we spoke to the deputy at the directorate, who, with her incompetence, only stated that the doctor could not keep up. It is possible that such incompetent people work in hospital management. We traveled 60 km there and 60 back and nothing. We will see when and where we manage to get vaccinated. At the Šumperk hospital, we have been dealing with abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, fevers and vomiting for two months. I regularly visit you for blood tests. It feels good to enter the hospital, it is clean and calm. The appointment is always fine. Everyone is polite from the entrance to the examiner. The examination assistant is kind and patient. The Chief Medical Officer is happy to answer my questions, we always part with a smile. I will receive the findings by email the next day.

This is not a review for the clinic, but rather the orthopedic store attached to it. My friend tore her ankle tendon and was treated with great care and professionalism by the doctor. We needed to buy a brace for the ankle and the consultant at the store sold us the wrong size (even after we actually tried both sizes on!). When we returned to change the brace to the proper size the consultant refused to do it and denied his mistake, saying: "I said it 'might' fit, not that it will". We had to buy another brace for $50. Its a shame that the company that has such high standards for treatment wastes the hard-earned reputation on incompetent consultants at the store.

Very nice, small hospital with very friendly staff. The equipment is nice, a large bathroom and toilet. I was here for surgery for almost a week and it's a shame that they don't behave like this in all hospitals. There are very nice doctors here. This review is really a big thanks and dedication to Weronika Sowa, my coordinator for months of preparation. Incredibly professional, friendly, accomodating to all requests, responsive and supportive with fantastic communication. Big part of my decision to proceed with Allmedica was because of the experience with Weronika. Allmedica are beyond lucky to have such an impeccable dedicated professional! (Considering coming to Nowy Targ was the most inconvenient option of all - but actually worked out perfectly) Secondly to Dr Lukasz Worchol who performed my axillary surgery. Straightforward, professional and even diagnosed other potential contradictions. I would use his services again. The entire Allmedica team were competent and supportive, even though we were reliant on translations between polish and English. Everything was super smooth and the Anesthesia team - the best, it's really down to the general anesthesia that made my Post-surgery experience shockingly great! I ended up adding additional medical services last minute (thanks to Weronika) dental work with the Dr Skrzypek and the hygienist- absolutely fantastic work. She managed to provide some insights and answers to potentially other issues outside of dental diagnosis. Super grateful. I have been to the dentist. For one filling I payed 300 euro! I know that the dentist work is expensive in Finland but that’s absurd! (One simple cavity filling!!! And it was not even a very great job done) Besides that, I payed 150 at the cash counter and then I received one more letter in which I was requested to pay 150 more because they forgot to add the doctor fee!
