I had a Gastroscopy for a week and received very poor treatment. both doctors and nurses. showed he seems mentally unbalanced. treats people degrading situation. without explaining what they should do.

Really not recommended, felt really badly treated.

Has from previous injuries very good experience with the Ringvollklinikken in Hobøl. The choice was therefore easy this time too.. But the department in Oslo is a disaster.. I come for a consultation once and go again with the feeling of not being heard.. I go to the physio, but it doesn't get better.. Physiotherapist has tried to get in touch with the doctor / orthopedist many times.. Promises that he will call back, but never lets up.. for several weeks.. It will be exciting to hear what they say tomorrow.. 6 weeks with very poor sleep..

Was supposed to get a referral for an X-ray, it never happened.

Suddenly got an invoice for a summons that I didn't receive, and therefore I didn't show up. They say they sent a letter, which I obviously didn't receive. I didn't get a phone call or text either. When I called to explain the situation, they were very rude and insisted that it was not their fault that I did not receive the summons and that they did not have time to discuss the matter with me. Then suddenly they hung up. Now I have received a debt collection notice for an invoice for a doctor's appointment that I did not know about. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, especially in healthcare. They are not interested in helping people. They are only interested in money.

Very satisfied with how I was met all the way from the first meeting until the operation was completed. Of course I was nervous about surgery on my knee, but the professional staff were safe and relaxed and I felt seen.

Fantastic, clever and pleasant staff. Very skilled doctor, good information, follow-up and is always available after the operation. Had surgery for plantar fasciitis. I have been nauseous and sick from anesthesia before, now I felt absolutely nothing about this. Gives Aleris Rosenborgklinikken my very best recommendation.

I had an operation at Aleris yesterday, visited there another day to plan the operation as well and have returned home with a safe and good experience. The operation went well, I have been given lots of painkillers so I don't have as much pain as I might have imagined. No doubt that I will return here if I sustain such an injury again, and would also recommend it to others!

Short wait, on time, polite and friendly nurse - horrible test (but that IS the test - so would be horrible anywhere) a but effectively and expediently performed - can’t ask for more to be honest.

I had a hip replacement on 5.12.23. Mr Campion filled me with confidence and I felt in safe hands before during and after the procedure. I can highly recommend this man. My nurses Steph and in particular Julie were so kind and friendly, nothing was too much and they made me feel safe and looked after. My physio Greg was amazingly supportive and has given me confidence in my ability to do the exercises. Thank you to all.

I have only praise for the team today in the Radiology department. They were fantastic and so attentive of my concerns and fears, they kept me informed about the procedure informing me in advance of what to expect. The swift process from booking to having the MRI made things all the better thank you team, you were great. 👏🌟

My procedure, carried out by Mr Aldrich, went very well with no complications and no pain at all to date! The nurses were all cheerful, lovely and very kind. If you have to have an operation, Three Shires is the place to go! Thank you everyone, very much indeed.

Terrible rules of the clinic. Doctor applied treatment for my eye that was not working so i wasted ~80 eu + medicine. When i called to ask for a recipe for another medicine (cannot purchase without a recipe) they offerred to come to consultation again and pay +70 eu. I did not need a consultation i just needed another medicine. It would take 2 mins for doctor to issue new recipe but they refused to do so. I paid for the service that did not help, clinic rules should be more flexible and user friendly. Do not recommend. There are better clinics in Vilnius.

Was turned down as an international visitor with a medical issue (disk prolapse). Reception was unprofessional and unfriendly. I do not recommend this hospital if you need urgent assistance.

Would not reccomend. Staff is rude. After waiting for the doctor apoinment more then 40 minutes I did ask reception what is wrong. She called a doctor. Told me that there is family of 3 people and thats why they cannot take me on time. No aplogies, nothing. Neither they respect you, neither they respect your time. Did not ask me maybe I can visit other day or something. Nothing. Just canceled my apointment that I was waiting about a month. When you pay such money, you expect some kinda of good service

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

A good looking place.

The greatest healthcare experience I've had since moving here. The doctors and nurses were comforting through my eye procedure, much more than I had expected.

No complaints!! The staff were great, the clinic itself had a welcoming atmosphere. Mr Rajpal was our consultant - incredibly polite and straight to the point. I really didn’t feel like leaving!

I've arrived way too early for my physio appointment and have been sat for nearly half an hour. I can honestly say that the lady on the MRI/CT & Radiology reception is the most lovely lady. She's greeted everyone, including myself, with the warmest smile and has been really helpful to other patients. When she realised I'd been waiting a long time, she checked that I was ok and offered refreshments. Deserves a raise!

The whole experience from beginning to end has made this procedure bearable, excellent facilities, excellent surgeon, anaesthetist, aftercare staff and not forgetting the whole team of physiotherapists. The physio team had compassion and understanding and were extremely supportive throughout, as especially without them I would have taken much longer to recover. A big thank you to one and all.

Despite clamoring for treatment from this public health institution for over a year, a Brazilian woman named Wilqui Dias has so far only received a prescription for palliative medication and, as she does not receive proper treatment, is suffering a lot of pain. Please God, help this woman 🙏

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

After Salhgrenska couldn't take me in for a pediatric appointment, I got transferred into this clinic and I must say this was one of the most bizarre experiences ever. Came in, payed 100 Kr for this specialist to ask me why am I here? After I told him I have diskbråck and over 2 MRI screenings, he just nodded that I do not and that my back is not good but not bad either. He showed me one core exercise and told me to work on my legs, 2 minutes for 100 kr, the easiest money this "Doctor" ever made. I will never go here again and I will strongly recommend ppl to avoid this place. P.S. Tell the Doctor to wear a clean shirt next time, it was disgustingly dirty.

I was working with Dr Gumuscu for half a year and she's an amazing surgeon. She cares for her patients and she is very talented. I really recommend her!!

The only thing that differed from a total hotel feeling was that the clinic's staff were much nicer than I have experienced at any hotel. You really feel safe and taken care of, hence the top rating!

My sister had a major op on Monday and the care and love shown to her was exemplary, from everyone from her surgeon Mr Nakade and his team, to the nurses, receptionists, catering staff and domestics. They were amazing with her and with our family. Can not thank them enough. The room was clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone ❤️

Katie and Sam were fantastic with our 3 year old. So friendly, calm and chatty. Kept our boy occupied and feeling comfortable the whole time. They even had a little Xmas tree full of treats, ready for him to pick one at the end of the appointment. He was also very pleased with his bravery certificate! Thanks!

I was treated superbly from start to finish. Mr Singh explained everything clearly one last time & also checked up on me after the procedure. Cat was extremely attentive & very friendly whilst maintaining a very high degree of professionalism through the night & then Kayleigh took over providing a similarly excellent level of care that morning. Thank you very much to all involved in my shoulder replacement 😊. You all helped make a worrying time much easier.

The clinic offers excellent service, but they lack flexibility when it comes to rescheduling appointments. I understand the importance of their regulations, yet there should be exceptions for situations like the passing of a friend or other emergencies.

They have a designated client parking yet no instructions, I got a parking fine because of it. When I contacted them about it, i didn't even receive a response. Disappointing!

If you require a written statement of an x-ray for your personal physician, it is too much to request from them; please note that they will not fulfill the task. Additionally, if their staff cannot contact you by phone after booking a service that never materializes, they refuse to reimburse the amount paid by you. When a healthcare professional utters the words, "I've spotted something strange on your x-ray," it shouldn't be taken lightly. This statement carries immense significance for patients, necessitating immediate attention and action by a person in a position of indisputable authority. Instead, you will likely be kept in the dark regarding a possible diagnosis. Rather than providing you with crucial information about your health status, they waste their time taking snapshots as evidence of attempting to contact you. Furthermore, do not be deceived by their advertised prices, as there are numerous extra charges, such as follow-ups or additional tests recommended during the consultation, which ultimately increase your bill significantly. As someone with a medical background who has visited public and private healthcare facilities across the globe, I can confidently say that I have never witnessed such peculiar and potentially unlawful procedures. Unfortunately, some medical professionals there prioritize their financial gain over providing quality care. These doctors may pressure patients into unnecessary follow-up appointments, causing stress, anxiety and potentially wasting valuable time and resources. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing this facility, especially if one happens to be an expatriate seeking medical services abroad.

I had a minor procedure yesterday and was very pleased with the care I received. From the friendliness of the receptionist, to the person who escorted me to my room, the gentleman who served my food, and especially the nurses (particular thanks to my nurse for the day, she anticipated my needs beautifully, and provided accurate information when required). The theatre staff were efficient, and chatty when I needed it. Many thanks to you all! (From an NHS employee of 40 years)

I attended a pre-assessment appointment. While finding somewhere to park was difficult (I should have left longer to find a spot), my appointment was administered by Crista in a professional way. Everything points to a well run service, and I’m confident I will be in safe hands.

I felt every member of staff that attended to me were so lovely, taking time and care to explain thinking without rushing. Sue who was one of the nursing team was exceptional, kind and caring and I enjoyed our chats. The young doctor I forget his name but he was from Romania was extremely nice and came across very caring.

I was very pleased with the whole experience and professionalism of all the staff. I was made to feel relaxed and this relieved any nervousness I had, very well done and thank you to all who dealt with my treatment.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff involved in my treatment and stay at the Winterborne. All staff were extremely nice and caring and I felt I was in good hands. Even catering were exemplary and the few meals I was able to eat during my stay were superb. Well done everybody at Winterborne.

I am a vegetarian but because I came as a NHS patient I did not know if I could have different food but the chef came in and said she could do whatever I liked .She was lovely and so was her staff always making sure I had enough to drink and eat.They treated me the same as their private patients. I had to stay a extra day as I was having problems with my blood pressure which they did not mind after my hip operation which was under the NHS. They were kind, caring, polite and nothing was to much trouble it was the best hospital I have ever stayed in .All the staff from every department are a credit to circle health group.

I am being treated by Dr G Perera and nurse Paulina at Syon Clinic. Dr Perera is really thorough in explaining procedures and treatments necessary for my ailment. I had minor surgery and the nurse who accompanied Dr Perera was Paulina. She was really pleasant and so very helpful. Also very thorough, double-checking my bp which was quite high when she first took a reading. She also explained all that i was having done in full detail so that myself and my husband fully understood. Im very happy to recommend both Dr and nurse at Syon Clinic. I would also like to say that Dr Perera's secretary Cherie is amazing. Thank you for all your help.

Hemant, the nurse who took my blood, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He got my blood straight away whereas a lot of nurses struggle to find my veins. Thank you

I had a health screening at Syon Clinic, the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and patient to my questions and concerns. Doctor Seng is professional and he provided a lot of advice to me regarding how to have a healthier life during the consultation session. I would recommend any other people who is looking for a place for health screening.
