God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

Be careful in this clinic!!! Due to staff shortages, employees are prohibited from taking sick leave. Serves employees with ARVI, influenza and other seasonal diseases. There is a real risk of not only not being cured, but also of catching something contagious as a gift. For me, this is a so-so bonus program!

We had an appointment with the surgeon on October 23, 2023, paid for the consultation, and the operation was scheduled for October 24 at 21:00. In addition to the cost of the operation, the cost of the consultation was also included in the bill. When asked why there was another consultation if it was yesterday, and today we came for the operation, the administrator’s answer was that this was a repeat consultation. Actually, the doctor performed the operation, no so-called consultation was carried out, but an extra 2200 rubles. no one removed it from the bill. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). My story is for expats and foreigners in Moscow. Yesterday night my wife had a feeling of intense burning in her chest. She just recovered from covid (having made negative test that day). So, I took her to EMC to be faster than a state ambulance. We were at their premises at ca. 22:15. The place was not busy at this late hour. We explained our situation that we fear of heart attack or stroke. A receptionist first invited us to take a sit and wait for in-house emergency doctor. But then he realised that less than 14 days gone since first positive test. He told us urgently to leave the premises, saying that they can not help us in any way. He did not bother even to offer calling state ambulance. So, EMC pushed its patient, who might have had a life threatening condition, onto a street at midnight without any help. Beware, you should always have a plan B (and C) who you call in Moscow in such situations since evidently EMC can fail big time. Luckily for us we had other options, an ambulance from a competing private clinic arrived within 30 minutes and they helped my wife, so her life is not in danger anymore.

Minimum would be 165 euro then she says even for emergency cases we have to first fill up all the forms and formats, scan passports, take all data then we will listen to your problems.
