Totally disappointed. They made an appointment for me to see a doctor on Saturday at 15.00, and when I arrived, the clinic was closed. Then they rescheduled me for Monday, and when I arrived, it turned out that the doctor was sick! They didn't even warn me about it! I came to the clinic TWICE for nothing. Also, one time the receptionist did not send me the MR results. Terrible disrespect for patients' time.

My mother took cancer treatment here. Doctor GANGOTHARI gave chemo tablets to her. She has very worst attitude and treating patients very badly.I agree doctor should not hide anything regarding treatment. But we said doctor you can tell anything to us but please don't tell infornt of my mother. But she hasn't hear anything, she told my mother that we are giving tablets to make you survive for next 2 or 3 months. Her confidence level is completely broken and my mom was shattered. Now we lost my mom 10 days back. This is not a right way to treat patients. Doctors like her should learn how to speak with patients firstly before to treat.

Husband went in for a minor procedure with an epidural. The admission forms were filled out accurately but once we were admitted the nursing staff did not understand what the term “ as required” meant when associated with a dosage regime even though we explained it twice politely. The senior nurse was aggressive and hostile tried to gaslight us, accused us of not knowing what we were talking about, effectively implying that we were stupid. So after the staff trying to insult, demean and belittle us, without success by the way, we foolishly assumed the matter as settled. Silly us! The next day, post surgery, a hostile nurse charged into my husband’s room and “told him off”. Unfortunately variations of the disrespectful behaviour continued. I arrived to find my husband upset, agitated and distressed. I came to the conclusion that it would be in his best interest to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience which we would not recommend to anyone. Needless to say we will never go to a St Vincent’s Hospital again! My husband felt disrespected, bullied and harassed. He was right. That is exactly what happened. Leaving resolved the problem with a minimum of fuss.

After staying overnight with my son for an Adenotonsillectomy surgery, I'm afraid to say that I was extremely disappointed with our overall experience.
Although St Vincent's was not our first choice, we did not have the option of going to our preferred hospital due to the surgeons availability and the urgent nature of our request. Needless to say, I was not all that fussed initially as I have been an inpatient at many private hospitals and have never had a bad experience. However, unfortunately, St Vincent's did not live up to it's expectations and I've received better care at public hospitals over the years.
For a start, the "room service" which requires the patient to phone the kitchen and place the order of their choice sounded like a fantastic idea to begin with however, they failed to advise that the kitchen won't always answer when you call and upon placing your order, there is up to a 45 minute wait to receive your meal. Too bad if your child is hungry or thirsty as we were trying to get through to them to order our breakfast for 1.5 hours with no success only to be told we could not go home until my son had something to eat - not sure how they expect that when there is no food for him to eat?! There's also no set meals so if you can't get through on the phone to place your order, you simply don't eat!
Also, the food in general was of poor quality. All the "hot" meals we ordered were served cold and utterly tasteless.
My son was in severe pain following the surgery and vomited during the middle of the night which warranted the call for a nurse as his bed sheets were all soiled. Whilst a nurse arrived promptly to our call for help, to clean up the mess, she simply pulled off the soiled sheets, threw a towel on the floor to cover the vomit which spilled off the bed and left the room, leaving my son to sleep in a half made bed with hardly any blankets.
The next morning on our discharge day, there was only one nurse rostered on for the entire paediatric unit and she advised that her shift finished at 11am and she has to close the ward down which means all patients had to be discharged by 11am. Too bad if there were complications and your kid was required to extend their stay!! I don't blame the nurses as it's not their fault they are the only ones rostered on and the one who was, was doing her best considering. However, I am incredibly disgusted with the deplorable service provided by the hospital in general, considering we pay an arm and a leg for the best possible health care - it's a disgrace.
I will never go back to that hospital and will stick to our preferred option in the future.

THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING Total inconsideration! We arrived at 7:40, 20 before the shift as indicated. One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. The waiting room was already packed at that time, which shows that they give many more shifts than they can physically do. Doctors are the best but administratively an absolute disaster, lack of respect for other people's time and zero empathy

I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour. The medical professional, correct.

Really odd billing experience.... Started getting weird texts saying that I owe Cabrini $12.00 with no invoice or explanation. I hadn't been to Cabrini in over a year and I thought it was a scam. After a few more texts i call them and they say they did an internal audit from my procedure from the year before and that they under quoted me and under billed me then and expected me to pay now. I know it is only $12. But I found this really odd... isn't it their responsibility to make sure they are quoting the right price before the procedure and when payment is made? Anyway... just be careful because who knows who else this has happened too and for how much!? Just felt very unprofessional to chase up $12.00 without explaining a year later!

Went for a gastroscope and most of the nurses were amazing, doctors were too!
Went there in the morning and unfortunately my partner couldn’t pick me up before 3.30 pm.
One of the nurses (don’t remember her name) a bit older, was absolutely rude to me and over the phone with my partner and to me again when I told her that I was happy to wait in the waiting room in front of the desk after the procedure, and let someone else come in. She was very pushy in a bad way and need me gone before 3pm.
Also, when I got notified for the procedure, few weeks prior the procedure, I completely forgot to reply back to a very stressful weeks of work and family situation.. got a phone call from the same rude lady and she pretended to know “why I didn’t reply to the message” ..
Not sure why she had to act like that.. but I’m sure wasn’t the first time.

As the year is long, I don't go to the doctors. Therefore, I do not know what the procedures and approach of doctors are today. Anyway. Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. Raising your voice, And I was nice. According to them, the three-day head impact associated with headaches is probably not essential to solve, only 3 minutes. It was enough to advise where to call at such a time, since I need to leave on Monday and we also had a public holiday here. I am sick of it.

4 months ago surgery in this hospital for surgery, nightmare and trauma you don't want to experience. Nurses behaving arrogantly, reluctantly, unempathetic, the very bottom of humanity. When you have problems after surgery, they make a person into a psycho patient, that they make it up. Doctors are reluctant but happy to get noticed for nothing. After months of suffering, I went to a clinic in the Czech Republic, where they immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis and did not claim that my pain was in my head. Rather, they thought that I came from some developing country. Our healthcare system is a complete mess both professionally and humanly. Honor to the huge exceptions that sooner or later get trampled out of sk and thanks to which I didn't give up and kept looking for my dg. If you have a problem, go to Šaca and the emergency room.

This review is about the surgical department.
I want to thank the surgical department for the human approach to patients. It helps a lot when they see how they treat people well.
They give answers to all questions, calmly, without any aggression.
I was there at the end of April, for a pilonidal cyst operation. MUDr operated on me. Peter Varga. I am satisfied with that doctor. As well as the overall department is good.
As for patient rooms, it's fine. Other times, it may be that many of you will already have an occupied drawer, but that's not such a big deal. Food, like for a hospital - fine) after surgery it can be)
When you go to the surgical department, don't worry, everything will go as well as it can be. Because good people cause it 🙂

"Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him.
The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients.
But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

A beautiful modern hospital with modern fixtures a mall-like atmosphere. The main thoroughfare is lovely but some waiting rooms are small and the multi-stage waiting room system often seems somewhat unnecessary as it is less efficient now that you are unable to check yourself in for an appointment. Instead, you still have to line up to speak with a receptionist - just like you did at the old hospital.
The outdoor plaza and the garden areas are a nice touch; hosting community events and providing patients with some much needed respite, and fresh air.

Worst ER I have seen, the nurses show zero compassion, waiting time is endless, no proper process for taking patients in is in place, not clean, every time I go there’s blood on the floor which is not cleaned right away. People are left to die, some bleeding some in pain & no one cares. Twice now that I go & I wait hours even before I make it to Triage to get my information taken & i end up leaving.

I was delighted with the treatment I got at Joe Brant last Wednesday, the 18th of October. I arrived around 4PM with a finger I had cut off (I had it with me) and one that was basically dangling. It was a table saw accident. I was greeted immediately and directed to the waiting room. I did have to ask if they should put my finger on ice with the hopes it could be reattached. That was done. The triage nurse was great (sorry, I didn’t get her name) and the person who wrapped my hand the first time equally as great.
I eventually got to the back (it was a busy time) and Dr. Terry Hatch came in and assessed my fingers. He told me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. And then set the wheels in motion. I was re bandaged, sent for X rays given tetanus shots, and then Dr. Hatch came back in and began to work on shaving the bone etc and stitching up my fingers. It was decided that the one would not be reattached, but the other one was to be repaired.
I felt very well looked after by the main nurse assigned to me, Dr. Hatch and pretty much everyone else. Dr. Hatch was calm, professional, pleasant and excelled at what he did. All my questions were answered simply and calmly, no matter how silly they may have been. I had some prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, and a referral for an appointment for a plastic surgeon (follow up) before I left.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and the nursing team in Emergency.
Thank you so much for what you do, and the way you do it.

If I could give zero star I would. This is for the emergency service. I woke up this morning with pain in my right hip joint that gradually got worse to the point where I could not sit, bend over, or walk. I could only use the toilet standing up, and could not make any movement from that hip joint and leg at all. My whole leg would feel numb when attempting to walk. Around 10 pm the pain got so bad, I almost called the ambulance. I have been a nurse for 9 years in the hospital setting, I know something is very wrong. I took some pain medications and laid down for 4 hours to have the pain decrease enough to go to the hospital. Thankfully this hospital is across the street for me, so I thought I would use the little strength I had to walk over and be taken care of. The lady at the desk looked at me, checked me in, then called me back up to tell me the doctor will not see me because it is not an emergency. And gave me a list of doctors offices that I could go to. I was not given the decency to be seen or assessed by a doctor, or even a nurse. My hip literally feels like I have dislocated it. What is the sense of going to a doctor’s office when they don’t have xray or any imaging machines? This hospital/ and it’s staff should be ashamed of itself. I would not recommend anyone going here. You will not be taken seriously.
I work at Erasmus MC, it is further away, but I will try my luck there in the morning.
PS: I just moved to Netherlands a week and a half ago, and started work a week ago. My insurance has not yet been activated but I explained that I could pay out of pocket and had no issues doing so. I would like not to think this could have been a reason I was turned away. But my interaction with the receptionist and the questions she placed emphasis on has left me wondering.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE.
I had a terrible experience at SMIH. I thought that I would be in good care as the embassy and my university recommend them as the best place to go while abroad in Rome. I had little to no translators the entire time and was very confused as to what I was being given and uncomfortable about it in all honesty. I have NO privacy at all in my room as nurses would come barging in whenever they needed to without a knock which was also very uncomfortable to me. They did not accommodate to me and I had to practically beg for water and help as my fever started to rise. They were also not helpful when I called translators to help me during the process. The nurses were very vague and rude. I used the best Italian I could and would use google translate to help me with the rest and it still unfortunately not good enough. I was fortunate enough to find a Spanish speaking nurse and it was the first time I had some form of comfort. The main doctor seeing me only saw me once and it was an u pleasant visit as it was just to scold me for wanting to leave. Then when I finally was able to be discharged the nurses and staff were rude, did not give me my diagnosis, my results, follow up or discharge papers. They literally told me “no go home”. Already being frustrated with the treatment I received, alone and confused being in a completely different country trying to revive help I did as they said and just left. Which then later caused me a lot of issues when trying to revive help else where.

It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit.
The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed.
Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

I recently had the privilege of working with Linda as my physiotherapist, in Burjeel Hospital - Dubai Branch, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her dedicated efforts in helping me fix my shoulder problem. From start to finish, Linda displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that made my journey to recovery a smooth and positive one.
Linda's extensive knowledge and skills in physiotherapy were evident from day one. She was able to accurately diagnose the root cause of my shoulder issue and develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. Throughout the process, Linda took the time to explain each step of the treatment, ensuring that I was always well-informed and comfortable with the exercises and techniques she recommended.
Furthermore, Linda's warm and friendly personality created a comfortable environment that made me look forward to each appointment. Her positive energy and genuine interest in my well-being truly made a difference in my overall experience. It felt like visiting a close friend who genuinely cares about your recovery journey.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire ophthalmology department of the State Institution RCMC. Namely, doctor Irina Arkadyevna Puchkova, Lyudmila Leontyevna Kaplich and all the medical staff.
Ya, Gorbachevskaya M.E. 06/27/2023 I had surgery to replace my lens.
All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people.
Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved.
The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally!
The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind.
The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals.
Advice:
1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address.
2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time.
3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it.
Good luck

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. Thank you all.
