Going there for the first time, getting information and seeing the Doctor was fast and easy.

Went to see a doctor who claimed he had been trained at Johns Hopkins. His degrees were completely fake. Unreal. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

I tried to set an appointment to see a surgeon. Front desk hang up on me cuz my spanish is not great.

I put five stars just so everyone can see this Dr. Jorge Eugenio Valdez Garcia who works at el Zambrano hellion is doing research with an implant in my eye and he is harassing and threatening to have some one shoot me and has hired someone to stalk me and that person has been breaking in to my truck and has been stealing from me he is trying to scare me they grafted the implant in my eye without my consent and he has been doing research with my eye for several years now!

What a shame that in a Hospital like San José you cannot buy a catheter and emergency medicine at the Pharmacy. As a town pharmacy, it was closed at midday because the person in charge “went out to eat.” AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO ATTEND. And the people I asked saw everything as very logical… “he went out to eat and was probably late.” How little brains. A Pharmacy in a hospital in broad daylight must be open so it is a good idea to have another person stay to serve while someone else goes out to eat. It really took a long time and I had to go look somewhere else (CUAN) because the medicine and the tube were URGENT.

My partner has been waiting nearly two months for a specialist recommendation letter from Anup George. We have called around 5 times, emailed 3 times and have received nothing. Not good service for someone with a life expectancy of 10 years at 27 years old.

Visited here on 13th March 2023 as my mum had wrist fracture. Overall it was a good experience. Dr Dana and her team, emergency department staff and x-ray staff were very professional and helpful. They did tell us where to make the payment. However, the amount to be paid was a bit confusing. Regardless of what the doctors did, the amount were the same for the first day and following day. If you need immediate assistance, go to their emergency department (legevakt) instead of the main entrance. Search for "Tromsø kommunale legevakt" on Google map.

Her care for patients are outstanding and her blessings hands can’t feel the needles at all.  Her charismatic is beyond excellence. I recommend her for any hospital in the globe.

A word to doctors there "You may remember one day when you are dying what you did to your patients" if you are heartless and you dealing with patients lives just for business, then you are cheapest kind of inhumane and dogs are much valuable. Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

In 20 plus years of international travel I’ve never needed emergency services until a very bad fall in CDMX left me with 3 sprained toes, a sprained knee, a bruised hip and back and a very deflated ego. Medica Sur was AMAZING. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of an emergency department. It felt like I had 3 dedicated doctors and never even saw the waiting room. Their English was way better than my Spanish and everything including the consultation with the trauma surgeon and X-rays was $550 total. That’s it. I’m paying more to get my teeth whitened at home. Having damaged the same leg in similarly stupid ways before- this care was miles above what I’ve had in the past. Don’t be worried about going to the hospital in CDMX. They know what they are doing and they are super nice about everything

This place's customer service sucks. I emailed them with questions regarding a minor surgery that I'm looking to get. I wanted to know what the price or approximate price would be for it, if they had availability in a certain part of the month, and if this surgery could be done at the same time. They responded that I would need to set up a consultation in order to get the answers I was looking for. Guess how much a consultation is? USD$150 or $3300 Pesos. Seriously? I explained to them that it wouldn't make sense for me to spend that kind of money when I may find out they don't have availability for appointments when I need it. How hard is it for a hospital to tell their patients when they have appointments available?

Dr. Bartlett and his staff were timely, professional, and courteous. The procedure was performed flawlessly and he kept the mood positive and humorous.

Want to give a shout out to the nurses and staff on the 17th floor. I was briefly there this past Thursday to pick up my uncle Juan who received treatment. It felt very welcoming and calm on the floor. I am assuming that they were nurses (I apologize if they’re not) as they were sitting in the central location and also running around taking care of patients. When we asked for a wheelchairs, they processed the request with a smile. One of the folks even asked how my day was going and asked about the Buffalo Bills. I know this may sound small but it’s the little things that can make a difference. I had some anxiety coming to visit and was exhausted from my 8 hour drive to get here, but all that went away when I entered the 17th floor of this hospital.

The nurses, admin team, patient care team I have no complaints about. I dread thinking how the doctors here have handled my Dads care since the very beginning of his AML diagnosis in April. To begin when he was initially admitted, he received his chemo and was discharged with oral meds that he was told to keep taking upon going home. Doing some basic internet research we discovered he was taking the meds for 20 days longer than he was supposed to. We had a teledoc visit with his doctor, she described it as a “misscommunication” and that he indeed took it weeks longer than he was supposed to. Also during this period, he was doing outpatient in New Jersey and never had any follow up from his doctor until weeks after discharge his initial diagnosis. I do not think this is standard. He was discharged with no Oncology follow ups scheduled or anything. When we finally did talk to his Doctor she said to move to a clinical trial that had not been successful on anyone, nor was it even available. She gave him more chemo that did not make any progress towards treating his disease. To say she was hands off is an understatement. I personally messaged about clinical trials that had success with patients with similar diagnosis and subtypes. We were told to reach out to hospitals that had them while she continuously kept stringing my father along without any real plan besides what was already not working. I asked about transplants she said it could kill him, now they have no viable plan as the chemo and lung issues (related) are too much to overcome. I continue to seek treatments for him. In short, I feel like we experienced a 1980s treatment plan, with no creativity or critical thinking applied to treating my Dad. He is a number to (most) of the doctors. They also will scheduled him for blood transfusions once a week on outpatient when he got them daily in the hospital. Extremely frustrating. Their bedside manner was also… abysmal. Offered little hope this whole time and didnt give confidence to other centers that would have been more capable in treating him. I would not recommend MSKCC and wished he went somewhere like Mayo or MD Anderson. Maybe they can be helpful for more straightforward treatment plans, but my Dad has a very rare subtype that made it complicated. Several doctors come off as thinking they are the end all be all of what is known about my father’s disease. Newsflash - we’re all capable of reading studies that show efficacy of treatments but your heads are too far up your own you know wheres to listen to family. They also give off a vibe of thinking they are the Almighty as well and it breaks my heart to see how they spoke to him and how it affects his mood, graces, and personal outlook.

I have no words for the level of care from the delightfully kind receptionist to the amazing nurse (Shira) and of course the doctor. Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.
