I'm hospitalized, I'm going to spend a few days being treated for bacteria and I find myself in a filthy apartment, water leaking from the central unit into the apartment, flooding the floor, the bathroom walls and ceilings are filthy, water is leaking from the taps, the electric shower doesn't work. ..simply useless.I've already complained and nothing has been resolved.

It is very difficult to schedule an exam, whether by phone call (it dropped 5 times in the same morning), WhatsApp (you wait more than 40 minutes for an interaction with an attendant and if it takes less than 5 minutes to respond the service is terminated) or even via the app . I hope they observe the message, consider it, and try to at least adjust the messaging service.

I was in the emergency room on August 4, 2023 and I have never been so well attended. The entire nursing team is very dear, welcoming, providing humanized care. A million compliments to Dr. Thais, an excellent professional who comforted me throughout the service, did what she could and what she could not to welcome me. Thank you very much to all!

Terrible care in this hospital, I was hospitalized on May 19, I They channeled me to medicate me and left a piece of what appears to be a needle inside my right wrist where they put the channel. I am already in the city where I live. They do not want to take responsibility, even though I have to undergo surgery due to their negligence, I have to lose days of work, I have to lose time and the trauma that all this is causing me, they want me to travel to Acapulco again, generating MORE EXPENSES and more stress about the situation, so that according to them they can take care of me!!!

Terrible, terrible 😡 service We went to the emergency room for my son who was having seizures and to treat him they asked us for a deposit of 5000. Afterwards, they didn't even do a checkup as it is, they just put the oximeter on him and took his temperature and the doctor on duty told me that I had to go to the pediatrician but that he was going to charge me 1500 in addition to the 5000 deposit Because he is a specialist and that is aside, it also took about 40 minutes for the pediatrician to arrive and he didn't check my son, he just asked the doctor how my son was doing. He asked me what medication he was taking and he just stared at his cell phone for about an hour, In the end they just adjusted the medication and didn't even know what the medication was. Terrible service, they do not know how to weigh a baby nor were there doctors, the one who treated my baby was not a doctor, she gave us a prescription with another name from a male doctor and she was a woman, very poor care and very expensive for the poor care they provide.

I was seen super quickly at the doctor..When it was time to do the dressing..I was waiting for 45 minutes..Shift change..No one to be seen, just me and one other person..I thought it was disrespectful..And I had to pay plus an hour of parking..

The structure of the hospital looked great after the renovation. Access and exit very well organized. But in the emergency embarkation and disembarkation part, it was abandoned. We have been waiting for two hours to be seen in the emergency room by Unimed. My son is classified as “blue”. This is considered not serious. All, I repeat: all the people who have arrived so far have been attended to before him. Does this mean: we arrive, register and wait for new patients to come in and go before them??? That's right? Knowing that we will always wait a long time, because another color gets in front of it. ABSURD.

I went to the obstetric emergency because I'm 13 weeks and there was bleeding. Another pregnant woman and I waited for 2 hours of service, we went to ask and the girl said that it was protocol according to the assessment, finally I arrived at 7:35 and was seen at 9:41 pm and the chairs were empty and they weren't even attending!

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. And I still had to put up with a rude professional when I asked to leave. I went in with acute pain and came out worse.

At the emergency services you can hear load noises from plumbing work inside of the hospital! Wow! Do not come here when they have done their job finished.

We arrived today via the emergency area, my 1.5 years old son fall into glass. We had to wait over 40minutes, I understand there is a waiting time, the real issue was the rudeness and lack of empathy of the staff, whom after we check how long it will take the answer was “the doctor will come, when he will come, the nurse checked and its not deep” it turns out it is deep, so much he will get operated in 4h. My feedback here is to train your staff, specially in the emergency area, where people its full of worry and stress, be kind and empathetic, next time it could be you on the other side.

Nice and friendly staff ( even ask you to use their first name ). competent doctors and nurses. You don't feel like just a number. Can be crowded at times and appointments therefore can run late. Nice modern and spacious rooms.

Great doctors, nurses are hit and miss. Sometimes nice and sometimes very mean. It seems they have very long shifts and it depends on when u catch them.. which is a shame. Treat ur nurses better or pay them more it seems their morale is low. Otherwise great healthcare.

There is no time management. An appointment is only for you to pay the charges. After that, you are at their mercy. Patients recommended jump the que and are seen beforehand. Staff are impolite, and there is no courtesy. As a fellow medical professional, I see a total lack of dignity and respect when talking to patients. The lady who did the ECG literally manhandled me and threw the report on my jacket. Bottom line, no one was smiling. Would rather go back to the UK for treatment. Paying for a low class derogatory service. Punctuality means nothing.

Taking appointment is completely useless. We had an appointment at 12:10 and we had to wait until 14:30. When you ask about when they are gonna take you in, they are making fun of you. Worst healthcare experience that we ever had. And we missed an important business meeting thanks to their irresponsible behaviour which cost us a lot of money. Never again!

The good, the bad and the ugly... Be prepared to fight for your basic rights, it's a lottery. Hostage taking, badly behaved staff members are doing a lot of damage. It's unfortunate that dominance over helpless, vulnerable patients seems to be the main objective for some of your members. A hospital is a sacred place not a soap opera set. Mediation and management teams need to understand this. Patients and their loved ones have enough to manage as it is. You will find helpful, communicative, respectful, kind individuals working alongside abusive, rude, disturbed, unhappy, patronizing staff. Finally, a big shout out to mature individuals in this hospital who put up with churlish staff, who understand what teamwork means and do their best to help patients, heart&soul.

Recently had surgery in the Frauenklinik. Was really well looked after, even though I speak no German and majority of nurses did not have a lot of English- they still were able to look after me really well. The doctors were great, fluent in English and had great bed side manner. They took a huge amount of care when explaining the results of the surgery and made me feel very well looked after. Would recommend using this hospital.

Extremely long waiting hours, lack of patient follow up and communication. Everything is disorganised and doctors act like they don't care much about patients. And at the end they send you huge bills for a service that I would rate zero stars. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I have to compliment this hospital. I had a genuine emergency with palpitations and was diagnosed with SVT. Despite being Asian and a tourist, they kindly accepted me and admitted me immediately! It was expensive but necessary treatment.

I have been here twice both emergency cases. In each one of the cases I had to wait 8 and 7 hours respectively and received very rude treatment. I would not go there as long as you are really in a life threatening situation.

The best experience in an hospital in my entire life. Came in at 13:00 with a leg injury and got X-ray, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in less than 3 hours. Every single person of the personnel I dealt with was nice, professional and friendly. Never again! I took my girlfriend to this hospital because she was having strong abdominal pains on 07/02/21. The two doctors were recent graduates v. inexperienced. One of them actually told me that Coca-Cola was a good drink for hidration!!! Today we spent most of our day worrying that we may have contracted Covid seen as one in every 5 staff members were either not wearing a mask or wearing them inappropriately. We had complained to the night manager, who didn't care less! To pay for the treatment they tell you to go to talk to a manager in his glass office. This guy not only charged us 5000 Reais which is an obscene amount, but had zero empathy or people skills. And to think that the doctor actually wanted her to stay overnight, probably to be able to bill me ten times as much!!! This hospital has some serious issues.

Everything was excellent, from the operating team (special thanks to the amazing doctor Alexandre Santa Cruz, the best orthopedic surgeon there is!!!) until the nursing staff (impeccable and extremely professional, available and kind), the cleaning service (very effective) to the food!!!! (I never ate so well in a hospital!!!). The medical and customer care are so good that you enjoy being there and feel extremely safe and protected until you are ready to return home! Congratulations to all parties!!! I fully recommend this hospital!

Hospital is not well equipped to attend cold symptoms at the emergency. You will have to wait for the arrival of an specialist at 10 AM so that he can look inside your ear canal with an otoscope.
