THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING Total inconsideration! We arrived at 7:40, 20 before the shift as indicated. One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. The waiting room was already packed at that time, which shows that they give many more shifts than they can physically do. Doctors are the best but administratively an absolute disaster, lack of respect for other people's time and zero empathy

I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour. The medical professional, correct.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. United Hospital in Dhaka stands out as one of the city's largest and impeccably clean healthcare facilities, offering a luxurious experience. The upscale services contribute to its higher costs. However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. We were at Vanderbilt before transferring to Mayo. This has been an amazing experience! It’s like it’s a requirement is to be super nice; Vanderbilt, not so much. I would recommend anyone to come here, and I’m so glad we chose to switch. The doctors, nurses, and even the staff (cafeteria, welcome center, etc) were by far nicer than Vanderbilt. They are so knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. Very impressed!!!

The Mayo Clinic is such a special place! It’s a medical facility that could also be a museum of art museum, history, and architecture. People travel from all over the world to be treated here, but what makes it truly special are the compassionate, skilled, and dedicated employees. Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.
