I had a good experience with Mayo Clinic's cardiology service. From my initial inquiry, the cardiology team provided thorough explanations and reassured me about every procedure. The communication with the nursing and cardiac physiologists was excellent. I'm grateful for their professionalism and look forward to my tests next year.

Doctors are nice once you get there, but the administration is horrendous. Sometimes I have had to wait over two days to just receive a call back about booking an appointment. This is not something I would expect from the NHS, let alone an expensive private clinic. I have to call multiple times just to remind them to call me back, and god help you if you miss their call

Very expensive for not a full suite of tests. You just get told to exercise, take vitamins and reduce your weight and they may well not get to the bottom of your problem, unless you're happy to pay 'the sky's the limit' for all the extras. Communication is poor, staff foreign but pleasant.

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

Would like to say huge thank you to all the personal. This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Recently I had to admit my mother here in an emergency. The staff is very rude and they didn’t allow me to be with mom as a primary caregiver. In fact they didn’t inform me anything about my mom’s health condition what treatment was going on etc. they treated us all as if my mom was put in a jail. There was no emergency help staff who could guide and explain us through all the protocols. We were restlessly waiting in panic until the morning to wait until doctors consult. The staff didn’t even give the basic information like her BP stats and what food she had eaten. I believe we have the right to information and doctors are supposed to give us the periodic updates on the medical conditions. They kept everything under the wraps in the name of hospital protocol which we were never informed before admission. We had to forcefully take discharge and move her to another hospital where her health improved significantly

Doctors of course were good, nurses n ward boys r also nice. Main is d rooms n hospital maintenence as compared to what they are charging per patient is in absolutely pathetic condition. I wonder in our country we never get quality as compared to what one is paying for.

My mom was admitted to this hospital on 16th May for AVR & Ascending Aorta surgery. Surgery was successfully done by Dr. Ramakanta Panda. Best part of the hospital is Dr. Panda and the nursing staffs. The nurses took care of my mother like their own family member. Sister Sape, Pranita & Pallavi are few names that I remember. All others were equally good. Sape is missing from the photos but I will always remember her. Hoping for the best.

Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

I have a great doctor there, and I'm well taken care of. I can call the department, leave a message for my doctor, and I'll get a response within 24 hours, from her personally if necessary. Parking can be a problem, so arrive early, have someone drop you off, or take public transportation.

Always treated well and have had multiple surgeries with the highest level of compassion and care. Couldn't recommend any higher. World class facilities, Doctors and med students/residents, nurses are extremely respectful of patient wishes and exceed professional standards. All support staff I've encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming and would ask you in the hall if there was anywhere specific you were trying to find and if they can help in any way. The Doctors and nurses were extremely accommodating of my specific (non cardiac) issues and needs at the time and worked with me on them for a comfortable experience. The surgeon it's named after actually operated on my Opa (grandfather in Dutch) and the surgeon who did my open heart surgery was studying under the Facility's namesake and remembered assisting on Opa's surgery because it was one of their first surgeries he assisted on. So he opened up and operated on my Opa and myself. Working on 2 generations of 1 family decades and half a Province apart is quite the interesting thing in my opinion. If you or your loved ones are required to be here you're in very good care under MANY VERY SKILLED hands.

Experienced two months with the institute. The Doctors and Nursing staff were awesome. The panel of doctors managing my case were very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest advances in cardiac treatment and rehabilitation technologies.

Best Hospital in surroundings

The level of nurses is high compared to other hospitals! I think this is a trustworthy hospital because the doctors explain everything in an easy-to-understand manner. After paying the bill, I realized that my change was a pin note every time! I don't want to have to take care of you again, but if I do, I think this hospital is the best!

My elderly mother, who is 86 years old, underwent surgery to replace an artificial valve. The reason why I went to a different hospital than the first time was because I judged her to be at high risk due to her age. I was looking for a heart specialty hospital that performs many surgeries and ended up here. It was a little far away, but people came from Shimane and Tottori prefectures, so it was still close. The surgery was a great success. However, there were some difficult times due to complications, but now, almost half a year later, I am doing very well. The reception desk is efficient, and although the doctor's office is quite busy, the examination and payment process are smooth. Everyone is relatively kind, and I feel that the hospital is well-trained to handle the situation properly. The surgeon was also wonderful.

I would like to thank the receptionist and many staff members for their courteous service. I am very grateful that not only the medical care provided, but also the highest standard hospital is nearby, and I truly rely on it. I look forward to working with you.

We tried to get a consultation with an arrhythmologist, but the organization of registration in the clinic is worse than probably in a separate village. We made an appointment at 1:30 p.m., paid for the service, the doctor arrived at 2:00 p.m., and a line formed out of nowhere. Why then set an appointment time? 2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. The hospital staff needs to improve their compassion and empathy towards patients and their families. The customer service and facilities are below par. A dignified and respectful treatment should be provided to every individual, regardless of their social status. The families of ICU patients should be given a proper place to rest while waiting for updates. The hospital should convert dead spaces into lounges or waiting areas for families. Despite the high fees, the services, facilities, and staff attitudes do not meet the expectations.

I had a terrible experience with the gay cashier and fat male bodyguard who were assigned at that time. The guard shouted at me because I asked him for the second time the cashier's office since his instruction at first was unclear. When I went upstairs, that gay cashier was soo rude! He got annoyed because I did not tell him right away that I would be using GLs. He insulted me by saying "Di lahat ng patients dito GL ang binabayad". I apologized patiently and told him that IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE. Yet, he was still frowning. HOW COME THIS HOSPITAL HIRED THOSE AGRESSIVE STAFF? I just controlled my anger and emotions since my father had to undergo a surgery at that time. I didn't want to stress him and my mother. On the other hand, the doctors were kind and approachable. I hope this concern will be raised, anyway.

Pretty much go there monthly to buy my maintenance medicines from their pharmacy. Waiting times can be long with their new July 2023 procedures where the 4th floor pharmacy only takes cash and card sales. The 1st floor only takes GL transaxtions and only entertains cash transactions at 4pm daily. Senior discounts are applied for 30day supplies only. 😑

About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Three years ago, I had a blood vessel transplant and catheter surgery for coronary artery stenosis and angina pectoris here, and since then I've been going to the hospital regularly.It's a clean hospital, I feel comfortable, and it's conveniently located near JR Kishibe Station, which is helpful.

I have been hospitalized for 3 days for heart failure, the therapy is private and a luxury. The gastronomy is a 10, the attention of the nurses is excellent. Cleaning 4 times a day. The place is wonderful.

I was hospitalized for 2 days in this clinic for an operation and the truth is that everything was a ten! The clinic is a luxury, at least on the floor where I was (9th) with nurses on duty all day, nutritionist, surgeon, a whole team of people on top of everything. An excellent human group at work and not to mention the food where you can choose your own menu. Thank you all for making my stay a luxury, I never thought that a visit to a clinic could stop being an unpleasant experience (it will never be a good thing, nothing like the house but it was bearable) I recommend!
