I put five stars just so everyone can see this Dr. Jorge Eugenio Valdez Garcia who works at el Zambrano hellion is doing research with an implant in my eye and he is harassing and threatening to have some one shoot me and has hired someone to stalk me and that person has been breaking in to my truck and has been stealing from me he is trying to scare me they grafted the implant in my eye without my consent and he has been doing research with my eye for several years now!

What a shame that in a Hospital like San José you cannot buy a catheter and emergency medicine at the Pharmacy. As a town pharmacy, it was closed at midday because the person in charge “went out to eat.” AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO ATTEND. A Pharmacy in a hospital in broad daylight must be open so it is a good idea to have another person stay to serve while someone else goes out to eat. The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. Went to the ER one Wednesday afternoon, around 13:30. The receptionist saw I was in pain and explained I had taken the wrong password ( you have to press "Consulta Permanente"). She helped me with that and in less than 5 minutes I was called and directed for treatment. Waited about 40 minutes and was seen by Dr. Ramon Maldonado Acosta. Very kind, attentive and in no rush. At 15:00 I was already home, having been to the pharmacy as well. The hospital charged 73 euros. I think it was well worth it. I was in a lot of pain & discomfort. Staff & doctor were really nice.

Amazing service. After going to Loulé public and then Faro, neither surgeons were able to get the foreign body out of my toe and I was told to leave it despite agony and not being able to walk. I attended Hospital de Loulé in desperation for a competent Doctor to assist and I was privileged to have Dr Ruben as my surgeon. What a genius! 1.5 hours from initial GP appointment, xrays and surgery and the extraction was a success. Amazing, wonderful staff and beautifully clean, calm hospital. Staff are very polite, but to get through to the Hospital on the telephone is almost impossible. The recording is absolutely a waste of time, if you listen carefully it says ‘your call is important to us and we have recorded your number and we will call you back’ They never call back so you try again and wait for them to answer, which can be over 30 minutes .

The best experience I have had with a medical provider was at BASS. The entire staff are exceptionally friendly, pleasant, always ready to help and care for you like family. Dr Ogungbo is a wonderful neurosurgeon. I especially love how he allowed plenty of time for questions and really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. They all ensured I had a smooth prep, spinal surgery, and excellent follow-up. I received an international standard care in our local environ😊. I am so glad I chose BASS and would highly recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is that God is always on my case. I found BASS on google map and went through their videos and photos. Never knew God was directing me to the best spine surgeon I would ever meet. I was at Burwood Hospital for 2 weeks in the Rehab Ward going to Physio and working on my injured left ankle. Thanks to the fine work of everyone involved I was able to regain my independence with what I had learned. Everyone who worked there and it didn't matter who it was encouraged me with their attitude,good work ethic and duty of care.They were able to get the best out of me despite the fact the Health Sector is having various problems of it's own to deal with. Although my opinion may differ greatly from others I'm sticking to my opinion that these people who despite working under pressure at times showed me how to get the job done with a smile and I will be forever grateful to them all for the effort they all put in helping me on the road to recovery

Its an amazing 👏 hospital. I had day surgery and all the staff treated me with great care and respect. I was always updated on what was happening and how long each process would be. Food was yummy too 😋. Tip: they usually give out WIFI password at admission but if forgotten, just ask and they'll share.

Not the first time I've been in here but as previously even though it was for an operation all the staff right through from reception to orderlies, nurses, doctors and anaesthetists all made the experience stress free and even, although it might be a strange thing to say, enjoyable. 5 stars ain’t enough for this place. Had surgery here years ago and a recent one 2 months ago for my mum. Their staff is what makes this place different from others plus their facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Staff always attentive, accommodating, and takes care of you the moment you walk in that door until the day you’re released. Amazing!

A great choice out in East Auckland. The staff provided all the required information prior to the day, so we had the required information. Plenty of free parking outside, with a 5 min drop off/pick-up area too. Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. This hospital is most comfortable hospital near my house. The staff very helpful and full of smile. Nurses are very kind to patients. And it has a clean environment.

I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!

In my first two visits, I was impressed with their quite efficient system. But not today, looong wait for my medicine. Apparently, after certain time ( 8.30 or 9 pm ?) Pharmacy service for BPJS and non BPJS was combined with only one staff delivering the medicine. Kindly revisit this. People deserve what they pay for.

your procedure for KIS patient treatment sucks btw. you have that bunch of patients, so u know what u should do to reduce it. also the service of the staff to inform the schedule for surgery especially for cardiac specialist, plin plan gak jelas infonya. big evaluation for the KIS patient procedure is needed.
