Please remove Cynthia Solís (plastic) from this hospital. My family and I were her patients and she almost killed one of us. She is ignorant, an extreme danger to patients and commits medical malpractice for which she is currently under investigation.

My second time here in the past month…this is one of the best Hospitals I’ve ever been in. Excellent staff, World class service. No problems whatsoever like the other reviews. Blue Cross insurance was accepted and I was taken care of around the clock. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Went in to get an abscess removed on three different visits. I was scheduled at 10am but the room wasn't available until 8pm. Told to wait. I luckily asked for a written cost estimate and was told 58,000 PESOS (not including blood work, ultrasound and "hospital fees"). I said "no" and before I left, I paid the receptionist the 2,000 peso consult fee which she strangely handed over to one of the doctors. I never got a receipt for the two times that I paid. I went down the street and had the abscess removed for 2,000 pesos. BE SURE TO GET A WRITTEN COST ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY PROCEDURE. GO ELSEWHERE- THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! 30x more than the competition. Shady billing, accounting, payment, no receipts and handing cash to doctors?

I'm hospitalized, I'm going to spend a few days being treated for bacteria and I find myself in a filthy apartment, water leaking from the central unit into the apartment, flooding the floor, the bathroom walls and ceilings are filthy, water is leaking from the taps, the electric shower doesn't work. ..simply useless.I've already complained and nothing has been resolved.

It is very difficult to schedule an exam, whether by phone call (it dropped 5 times in the same morning), WhatsApp (you wait more than 40 minutes for an interaction with an attendant and if it takes less than 5 minutes to respond the service is terminated) or even via the app . I hope they observe the message, consider it, and try to at least adjust the messaging service.

I was in the emergency room on August 4, 2023 and I have never been so well attended. The entire nursing team is very dear, welcoming, providing humanized care. A million compliments to Dr. Thais, an excellent professional who comforted me throughout the service, did what she could and what she could not to welcome me. Thank you very much to all!

Stellar. professional, humaine, attentive, caring and loving. My mother was admitted 3 times and used the hospital almost daily after discharged. From the valet parking to the doctors, cleaning to nursing staff, everyone was efficient albeit friendly.

Terrible hospital! The reception on the first floor is the worst I have ever seen. Disgraceful service and attitude from employees. I spent almost an hour waiting to be seen by reception and it was after the exam time. The receptionist told me very harshly that I wouldn't be served and I showed her the time I got the password, 58 minutes before! She got up, stamping her foot and only answered me because she had no choice. The service for booking exams is even worse, if anything.

Failed to admit me, despite my being covered by my international insurance. It seems they are pricey for walk-ins, and the experience is not exactly awesome. I went over to Hospital Beneficiencia Portuguesa for a way faster, cheaper, more attentive care. Recommend you do the same.

Very good hospital!! From parking, reception and emergency room service. Polite and willing people to help and practice their profession well. My father was in the ICU surrounded by a multidisciplinary team who welcomed him very well. Everything clean and organized. It wasn't difficult to talk to the doctors, as they were there when they visited the ICU and then in the room. Dr. Giaseni (sorry if I got the name wrong, cardio), Adriana, psychologist (I suggest she explain it to the companions in the auditorium, she is great)., Gildazio, Bruna, Rodrigo, Fernanda (proactive nurse on the 6th floor), Adriana (a nurse affectionate and very professional on the 6th floor), Dr Flávia and Dr Luiz Fernando among other names that I did not identify. They were precious, attentive and precise. May you continue your missions and be rewarded accordingly. My father left and will continue his appointments with a neurologist at the hospital. I hope that the hospital preserves this organizational climate and focus on the well-being of those who seek health and human comfort there.

The structure of the building is good, but the service is lacking. In the office building there is no air conditioning and it is 35ºC hot. It is absurd that a private hospital environment does not have a decent structure to serve its clients!

I underwent a total thyroidectomy surgery on 08/17 and I was very well taken care of, from the time I arrived until I left (08/18). I would like to thank the entire team of Dr. Reginaldo Fujita, all the nurses and doctors in the recovery sector and all the nurses, physiotherapists and other employees in the hospitalization sector, for their love, care and patience. The structure of the hospital is wonderful (bedroom, operating room, recovery room)!!! My only complaint is about parking…..absurdly expensive. My mother paid 122.00 to stay 1 day with me!

I had septum surgery at this hospital and it went smoothly. Nurse Roberto took care of me with care. I stayed in room 509 where everything was organized and clean. Dr. Moacir's surgical team is very careful.

Terrible care in this hospital, I was hospitalized on May 19, I They channeled me to medicate me and left a piece of what appears to be a needle inside my right wrist where they put the channel. I am already in the city where I live. They do not want to take responsibility, even though I have to undergo surgery due to their negligence, I have to lose days of work, I have to lose time and the trauma that all this is causing me, they want me to travel to Acapulco again, generating MORE EXPENSES and more stress about the situation, so that according to them they can take care of me!!!

Terrible, terrible 😡 service We went to the emergency room for my son who was having seizures and to treat him they asked us for a deposit of 5000. Afterwards, they didn't even do a checkup as it is, they just put the oximeter on him and took his temperature and the doctor on duty told me that I had to go to the pediatrician but that he was going to charge me 1500 in addition to the 5000 deposit Because he is a specialist and that is aside, it also took about 40 minutes for the pediatrician to arrive and he didn't check my son, he just asked the doctor how my son was doing. Terrible service, they do not know how to weigh a baby nor were there doctors, the one who treated my baby was not a doctor, she gave us a prescription with another name from a male doctor and she was a woman, very poor care and very expensive for the poor care they provide.

I was seen super quickly at the doctor..When it was time to do the dressing..I was waiting for 45 minutes..Shift change..No one to be seen, just me and one other person..I thought it was disrespectful..And I had to pay plus an hour of parking..

The structure of the hospital looked great after the renovation. Access and exit very well organized. But in the emergency embarkation and disembarkation part, it was abandoned. I stopped to disembark a friend there. Very close to the zebra area. She moved slowly. It was then that an Uber, with a damaged Kwid, stopped close to the left side of my car, almost hitting my mirror. I stared at him. We have been waiting for two hours to be seen in the emergency room by Unimed. My son is classified as “blue”. This is considered not serious. All, I repeat: all the people who have arrived so far have been attended to before him. Does this mean: we arrive, register and wait for new patients to come in and go before them??? That's right? Knowing that we will always wait a long time, because another color gets in front of it. ABSURD.

I went to the obstetric emergency because I'm 13 weeks and there was bleeding. Another pregnant woman and I waited for 2 hours of service, we went to ask and the girl said that it was protocol according to the assessment, finally I arrived at 7:35 and was seen at 9:41 pm and the chairs were empty and they weren't even attending!

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. And I still had to put up with a rude professional when I asked to leave. I went in with acute pain and came out worse.

The good, the bad and the ugly... Be prepared to fight for your basic rights, it's a lottery. Hostage taking, badly behaved staff members are doing a lot of damage. It's unfortunate that dominance over helpless, vulnerable patients seems to be the main objective for some of your members. A hospital is a sacred place not a soap opera set. Mediation and management teams need to understand this. Patients and their loved ones have enough to manage as it is. You will find helpful, communicative, respectful, kind individuals working alongside abusive, rude, disturbed, unhappy, patronizing staff. Finally, a big shout out to mature individuals in this hospital who put up with churlish staff, who understand what teamwork means and do their best to help patients, heart&soul.

I am so grateful for the emergency care I received. The staff were so efficient, kind and patient with a non-French speaker. The hospital was clean and quiet. Took only 2 hours for consultation, X-ray, and diagnosis. Thank you, HUG!

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. Recently visited the hospital with patient. My experience was overall good. Staff are helpful in nature and doctor suggested us the best treatment available for my patient. The only drawback would be it's costing policy

Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. I have to compliment this hospital. I had a genuine emergency with palpitations and was diagnosed with SVT. Despite being Asian and a tourist, they kindly accepted me and admitted me immediately! The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all super professional, I was extremely impressed. Thank you for providing me with life-saving healthcare, I will be forever grateful. It was expensive but necessary treatment.

I have been here twice both emergency cases. In each one of the cases I had to wait 8 and 7 hours respectively and received very rude treatment. I would not go there as long as you are really in a life threatening situation.

The best experience in an hospital in my entire life. Came in at 13:00 with a leg injury and got X-ray, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in less than 3 hours. Every single person of the personnel I dealt with was nice, professional and friendly.
