Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. It is a place where I have had several experiences. More good than bad. It has good transportation, access roads. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. Hopefully more will be invested in the sector to improve the quality of life of patients.

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

As a student, I was always welcomed by hospital professionals, especially for admission to the hospital. However, after some changes at the hospital, there is a DISTURBANCE with students, delaying our entry and jeopardizing our classes at the hospital. They just gave her IV During those two days, My wife she's with high blood pressure and other high risk issues.... ❌ This place must be the worst hospital in Thailand. Many comments want to give minus star , so do I. Hospital is the place for service all patients. But this place bullie and boss around customers like a whole bunch of numbskull. The owner must be very stupid and have the 3rd world attitude. .. Don't know why Thai Government won't shut this crazy place down. So many unhappy customers like this should close it down ASAP. ...

Staff talks like they rule the world there. The reception/registration staff are fine but X-Ray scan and CT-Scan staff are just pure garbage of an attitude. If you don't know what you're doing, get trained, or get out.

This has been an amazing place to get recovered from my unexpected infection. Being from Canada is difficult but their understanding and attention to my healthcare has been very excellent. The staff is helping better than before. My appointment is at 1 o’clock but when I arrived the pediatrician clinic is empty so I went down to ask. One female staff is helpful and ask me to go to outpatient clinic. Then everything is working smooth and quick. One of the staff Sahar is also very helpful and friendly.

Dread coming here every time. It’s close to home so that I always think it will be an easy trip. Nope. Always waiting on reception to actually show up. Spend 5-7minutes with the doctor once we actually get registered. Takes more than hour to deal with insurance and get approval for very basic services. This is the most frustrating part. Horrid service and the people handling insurance aren’t even remotely hospitable. What should be a short visit will take hours by the time you are done waiting for reception and insurance. Have yet to have even a remotely decent experience coming here.
