On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. Because he is a doctor from whom everyone should take an example. Responsible, tactful and, in general, professionally treats his patients and people in general. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. I only visit the hospital emergency when it is very urgent, unfortunately I have never left satisfied. They didn't give me proper examinations, the drugs prescribed for inflammation in the body had side effects of "possible formation of inflammation in the body". If you have to call for the results after 3 days, you have no chance to call. When I passed out in the corridor, the lady from the cafe upstairs had to help me, because two of the sisters had a lunch break, so why should they help me, and the third one preferred not to see me. There is no point in solving anything with management - they will always turn everything against you and sweep it under the carpet.

Recently I took my friend from Poland to this hospital, the doctor demanded 3000 Czech crowns, explaining at the same time that if she was Czech, the service would be free. I’m wondering how much funding for the construction and ongoing maintenance of such a resource in the region comes directly or indirectly from EU resources?

On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

I then waited two years for an operation. After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. In addition, the one who operated he took me under his care for the third time, this also shows that I have the utmost confidence in him as his patient. However, I'm sorry that the doctor didn't have enough humanity to even ask if everything was okay after the operation. I understand that we only want a piece of meat at the slaughterhouse, but I don't like it. I had no problems with the nurses. They do their job as best they can. That's why I was lucky with other doctors here, who do excellent work, and a bit of humanity was squeezed into them, which, let's face it, doesn't hurt if you have it, it's half a cure for the patient. Unquestionably, I trusted him to the fullest.

Always busy but always proper treatment.

I recently had a consultation at Dr Rose. I was told several times before going in for the examination that the price is 210 EUR. I even confirmed at the reception again before going in. After the consultation I was told it is now 360 EUR as the doctor did an ultrasound. I did not ask for this extra test nor was I told during the consultation that this test will add an extra cost to the agreed 210 EUR. After querying this I was told that I should’ve asked what my consultation includes as it’s my first time at the hospital!! I find this very bizarre as I book for what I need and confirm the cost before and they just take it upon themselves to add extra tests without asking the patient first and then request payment as the test is done now.

The ENT missed everything possible to miss .. probably bc he barely looked into my nose and mouth due to being scared of covid which is utterly reliable but he accepted patients yet I had my covid test so I refused to pay a penny more than 210€ which I assumed will take longer than what I had... missed my sinusitis in 2022, constantly felt ill and since the ' prestigious dr rose said nothing is wrong with my nose or throat ' I went to everywhere else..ended up having GERD from post nasal drip for months ....literally the ghettoest place for hight price..the view is beautiful but that's it...

I had an eye issue (retina) and Rose was the only place in Bp. willing to give me an eye specialist appointment. Excellent eye exam, assured me that I can safely travel back to the US for further treatment..

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Posting on behalf of my unwell partner, Helen. I had an email on 21st September cancelling her appointment in the ‘long covid clinic’ (she doesn’t have long covid…) and assuring a deposit refund in due course. It’s now two weeks later and no sign of the refund, which is not an inconsiderable amount of money. Very concerned about why they can’t seem to access our money (and other peoples by the look of it) to return it to us. We also thought it very bad practice that the cancellation email was a ‘no reply’ address and they don’t appear to have another email address. I have contacted them via their website contact form but of course have received no reply. I will now be contacting Citizens Advice regarding how to progress with this issue. In Conclusion: BEWARE.

This clinic is appalling. The only good thing about this clinic was the doctor who I saw who has now left - speaks volumes! My appointment was cancelled weeks ago and I STILL haven’t received a refund. I never received a copy of the doctor’s letter and neither did my local GP surgery which is partly what I paid for in my initial fee.

Couldn't fault any of the staff for their professionalism, friendliness and reassuring manner they showed me during my short time with them. Everyone from the receptionist to the consultant were absolutely fantastic. Only one gripe I have is the limited parking on site. We were lucky to get a space but the alternative was a pay & display at a local supermarket. I find this a bit off considering the money I was paying for the treatment!!

The whole team at HCA Wilmslow are absolutely amazing. They quality of care and attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. Special mention to nurse Rachel who was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of me both before and after my surgery.

Rude staff and uncommentable reception.... I had to do rehabilitation but then I was in a small room with two other people, one of whom was very ill and should have been sheltered elsewhere, but instead it was always a huge mess, when I called the nurses at least half an hour passed. now and no worries about turning off the TV at a certain point. I ran away after one day, a nightmare!!! Terrible food and rehabilitation done in the room together with two older people but I didn't see the shadow of a cardiologist, where there was always the person who was very ill..... It goes on only due to conventions... Put the rehabilitation in Papardo!

Visit carried out a year ago for an operation on the hand and still without an answer.. but 90 euros for the visit immediately taken.. very little professionalism from the nurses to the doctors not to mention the switchboard service.. poor!!!

Good treatment center. The doctors and medical staff are wonderful. They performed an operation on my husband and gave him back the ability to walk. My great gratitude. There is a minus, but it relates to the city authorities; parking spaces have not been thought out. This is some kind of horror!!! Parking is impossible. A line of cars along the road from stop to stop and beyond. There are no places for disabled people at all.

26.10. In 2023, I had an operation to remove a neuroma (neurosurgeons Kakaev A.M. and Stankevich S.K.), everything went well and I am very grateful to them, professional, polite and attentive doctors. All the service staff are good and know their jobs. Thanks to this center for its work.

The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.

Drink water taste is terrible. Food is disaster. Often I got completely different meals than the one I ordered or miss a lot of options like fruit or vegetables. You can’t even have proper hot water for tee. Coffee is too privileged to be discussed here!!! All this would have been solved if i wasn’t locked in the nuclear medicine station, but since I’m not allowed to be visited or to go out, i couldn’t provide myself with proper water or nutrients. I really hope when i come back in 6 months from now, that you improve the situation. If i can give you negative star i would have done.

The care provided to our child before, during, and after birth was exceptional. Both my wife and baby are now in excellent health, thanks to the dedicated team's utmost care. We appreciated the English-speaking doctors and nurses, which made it easy to understand our family's health progress during our 5-day stay. While there was a minor concern about the lack of a doctor's visit for my wife, it's worth noting that doctors were regularly visiting for our baby's health. Overall, we are grateful for the excellent service and care received at Helios Hospital. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

The worst hospital ever, if you’re planning on visiting them you will need to wait hours to see the doctor and while you’re waiting a lot of patients will just get in before you even when you came first! There’s no communication or coordination between the doctors and the nurses and the receptionists, if you’d like to spend all your day in here waiting to get it then it’s the right place for you, otherwise might as well go to another hospital

Shout out to Ward One. Spent two days there after surgery. From admitting to discharge everyone was knowledgeable, capable and kind. I found the rooms were amazing, far exceeded my expectations. Special acknowledgement to my nurses who went above and beyond.

Its an amazing 👏 hospital. I had day surgery and all the staff treated me with great care and respect. I was always updated on what was happening and how long each process would be. Food was yummy too 😋. Tip: they usually give out WIFI password at admission but if forgotten, just ask and they'll share.

Not the first time I've been in here but as previously even though it was for an operation all the staff right through from reception to orderlies, nurses, doctors and anaesthetists all made the experience stress free and even, although it might be a strange thing to say, enjoyable. As someone who unfortunately had to use the services of your clinic, I am appalled by the treatment. There is no price list, prices are given to users arbitrarily. The services of the nurse were charged, and not even a flasher was attached. Transportation services and if I didn't ask, they wanted to charge me. A very bad experience of a clinic that should definitely be avoided. The doctors and nurses are good people, but the management is thieving and over-bargaining. They haggle as if we were at the market.

NO ORGANIZATION AT ALL!!! Especially in the clinics area, very bad attitude, very rude!!!! ... I have never seen a dentist like Amr Taha Ahmed who has a bad attitude and one of the worst personal experiences with dealing with this doctor. It's my last time to visit and I won't recommend it to anyone..

Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

Very poor customer service, I called asking about lab tests, before I could finish I was put on hold and transferred where nobody answered. I have then called 6 times but no one answered. You should better.

Horrible experience. They dont treat Emergency patients as emergency at all. No matter how bad your health is, you will have to wait for the "ticket" system and the fact that there is only 1 nursing station for emergency patients, before you go to the actual doctor does not help at all. We faced 2 doctors after about 1 hour of waiting in the emergency. The doctor was vague and rude, did not help at all and even after doctor checkup, even getting a saline drip you have to keep reminding the nurses about it. Not to mention every step you have to go back to the reception to pay some amount. Can they not just total the amount and let us pay at the end? So very inconvenient. Definitely never going back. Also to mention the Pakistani doctor Majed, or Wajed, was horrible. Did not give any opinion to the patient and kept going "yes i see" the whole time. Horrible doctor. should be ashamed
