Never again!
I took my girlfriend to this hospital because she was having strong abdominal pains on 07/02/21. The two doctors were recent graduates v. inexperienced. One of them actually told me that Coca-Cola was a good drink for hidration!!!
Today we spent most of our day worrying that we may have contracted Covid seen as one in every 5 staff members were either not wearing a mask or wearing them inappropriately. We had complained to the night manager, who didn't care less!
To pay for the treatment they tell you to go to talk to a manager in his glass office. This guy not only charged us 5000 Reais which is an obscene amount, but had zero empathy or people skills.
And to think that the doctor actually wanted her to stay overnight, probably to be able to bill me ten times as much!!!
This hospital has some serious issues.

Everything was excellent, from the operating team (special thanks to the amazing doctor Alexandre Santa Cruz, the best orthopedic surgeon there is!!!) until the nursing staff (impeccable and extremely professional, available and kind), the cleaning service (very effective) to the food!!!! (I never ate so well in a hospital!!!). The medical and customer care are so good that you enjoy being there and feel extremely safe and protected until you are ready to return home! Congratulations to all parties!!! I fully recommend this hospital!

I will only speak about the doctor who treated my husband, who underwent neck surgery on 04/10/2023, leaving in this space my thanks to him.
doctor LEONARDO KRUSCHEWSKY, I could not fail to register my enormous and pleasant surprise when I came across a doctor of your professional competence and sensitivity. I just have to thank Dr. Glória Bonfim for reading it indicated me to perform my husband's surgery.
It is in these moments of extreme fragility that the good doctors we find make the whole recovery process easier.
You Dr. Leonardo is a professional of extraordinary competence, in addition to being an incomparable human being.
All your phone calls and messages will be recorded, not just on the cell phone, but in my affective memory, letting me know about my husband's condition, the course of the procedure he was undergoing, and all your recommendations. Thank you for your care, attention, support and concern.
Your medical knowledge is extraordinary, but being dedicated and knowing how to deal with patients and their families, as you know, is a gift!
May your competence, respect, and kindness be an example and inspiration for many other doctors.
May God bless you always
ever. ever.

Excelent reception. Now think of a signaling Babel. I went to take my wife to the emergency, from the avenue I saw the totem indicating Emergency and I went straight. When the employee arrived, he did not let us in because it was an emergency only for the ambulance. Good thing my wife wasn't having a heart attack. It was a deep cut on the lip, which is to say, it could be expected. I thought, wasn't it more sensible to write Ambulance instead of Emergency? Is there an ambulance without an emergency? I had to go back to the avenue for a long walk, until I reached the entrance again. Once, in the courtyard, I went to the huge emergency sign. Again I was returned. Ambulance patient only. In our case it was through reception. As my wife could walk, she got out of the car and went to the reception. I got in and went to park. I parked, went to the counter there was, registered and went to the elevator. I didn't. Poor signage. I went back and asked for help. The very polite employee escorted me to the elevator and sent me to the ground floor. Whoa!!! On the signboard it indicated emergency on the first floor. Well, by then I was also in need of medical attention. The service was excellent. Please take care of this signage.

I arrived at 11 pm with my 88-year-old grandfather with lung cancer, already at the entrance to the door the security guard said that the service was taking a long time, that the waiting time was around 6 hours, he said that to see if I would give up and look for another hospital , so I said I was going to wait the same, then he sent me to the triage. The nurse already arrived "armed" saying that it would take a long time for the service that was full and such, again to see if I gave up. I said I was going to wait even if it took a while, so they had to answer us because they saw that I wasn't going to give up. We were attended to at 7:30 in the morning and there was only us and two other people waiting for the service.
The male nurses seem like brutes without any delicacy to draw blood from elderly people, they have to guide them better.

I had a gallbladder removal operation a week ago, a lot of attention from Dr Cinthia's medical team and more to the nursing technicians in the postoperative period, several times coming to check if everything was ok or in need of something. Bathroom in the patients' room also everything ok, well-structured room.

My 15-year-old son was received at the hospital with severe abdominal pain, on the same day he was medicated, examined and the medical team performed exploratory laparoscopy surgery, removing 50cm of intestine, all on the same day I arrived with him without a precise diagnosis .
He was hospitalized for 6 days after surgery.
Absolutely ALL professionals were extremely cordial, attentive, careful and most importantly, LOVING, both with him and with me and my wife who accompanied the entire period.
I have nothing but praise and thanks for the entire HCPA team, from their welcome at the outpatient clinic's entrance to the moment we passed the gate to discharge them, simply all the blessed people that God has placed in our path were exceptional professionals.
I rated everything full marks as there was no 11 or more!
I wish this institution a long life and my deepest gratitude to everyone who took care of my most precious asset!
If possible, the administrator of this area of opinion, transmit to the professionals who treated the patient Otávio Mirailh Seehaber, who stayed in room 925c our eternal gratitude the desire for more and more success in their lives!
Franz Seehaber son and Elen Mirailh, responsible!

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary.
Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would.
They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible.
After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure)
the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed.
The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it.
So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one.
So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I was in the emergency room on Monday 01/17 at night.
Although few people when I arrived, the mess was widespread.
Dirty and cramped medication rooms. Employees' cell phone ringing during work hours. Delay in service and lack of information. Many employees with part of the uniform.
I have been going to the hospital for over 20 years and the situation has never been worse.

I had a surgical procedure and stayed at BLOCO E and was assisted at the admission reception by Maurício, who explained everything about how the hospital works and how my stay would be. Great service.
To get to the block, very well signposted on the ground.
Nursing team on the 7th floor, very attentive: Fabiana, Valéria, Beatriz and Alex.
The room is very comfortable, with a sofa bed for accompaniment and the differential is a balcony with blinds that work by automation.
Still in the room, they have a digital safe, minibar (not stocked) and television with a network of paid channels such as HBO, Telecine, in addition to a board with all the information on the patient and the care team.
Bathroom equipped with safety bars and bath chair.
Super recommended.
Appropriate meals, according to the type of diet. I requested an extra meal during the night, as I had not had dinner after the procedure, and I was attended to, without any problems.
I came back to edit the review, because today, after 24 days after performing the surgical procedure, I received a billing email stating that I was overdue with payment. I found it strange, since I was hospitalized for coverage by my health plan, so it was not a private hospitalization.
At the admission reception, we are handed several papers for signature, including some pages of items that, according to the attendant, some plans do not cover. Values from absorbent to other items. Products with symbolic values from R$ 0.09 to much higher values.
Among all the papers, to finalize the entry into your hospitalization, you must sign all of them.
Behold, when I received the return of the e-mail from the billing area of the Hospital, which I questioned what it was about, I was informed only today, after questioning, that my plan did not offer coverage for leg R$ 674.72 + anti sock thrombus R$ 224.00 + blue magnetized box with needle counter R$ 0.01 (yes, charge of R$ 0.01 one cent of a real), totaling R$ 898.73.
At no time were we informed that my plan did not offer coverage for these items, much less did they go to the room to talk to my companion or much less at hospital discharge did the nurse or anyone else communicate with us about such charges.
Ok, the plan does not offer coverage for any item, but the Hospital has an obligation to inform the patient in advance of the billing.
The amounts they are charging me are relatively “low”, as they are just two items, but there could be a few more digits and there could be other items that the plan would not cover and would simply be taken by surprise with a charge for something that I was not informed.
I was disappointed with the communication from the hospital, which until then, I had found everything wonderful and had rated it as a 5, because of that, it dropped to a 3.

I have been here several times, but today seems to be the time that this hospital's ER is the least prepared. Having passed through covid season peak now the hospital seems not being able to cope with the current influenza surge. The expected waiting time for a clinic evaluation, not considering possible needed exams or medications is of 4 hours! Seems that there is no medical staff at all right now. However the nursing and administrative staff are whatever possible. Hope somehow they can cope better with this seasonal flu...

Like many reports here, there is no way to give this hospital any stars. My son was seen in the emergency room on April 4 with chest pains. He had blood tests, X-rays and later a CT scan because the cardiologist could not find where the information was. Medicated and hospitalized. The next day, the 5th, I went to the hospital to be with a companion, and during the time I was there there wasn't even a doctor to go see him, ask how he was feeling or inform
about your case.
I was outraged by the lack of information and neglect and I went to the medical center to ask if the doctor would pay him a visit and the nurse's answer was that the doctors came by in the morning and in the afternoon. Around 4 pm and after I complained to Dr. Thaísa went to the room and talked to him, but she couldn't say what was happening to him, only that they were "suspecting" myocarditis and she didn't say anything else. Around 5 pm we went to the medical center again to ask questions and Dr. Thaísa informed that they had not found anything in the tomography and that neither in the lungs (according to her, the lung), there was no alteration and that they would do an MRI. I was very irritated by having to charge the doctors for a position, since it is their obligation to inform a patient or family of their diagnosis and they were medicating without knowing for sure what the problem was.
The resonance was scheduled because I fought so much, one day for a blood test, X-ray, tomography and another day for another blood test and tomography. As I said to the doctor, this treatment is even acceptable in the SUS, but in a private hospital that carries a weighty name, it is unacceptable.
He spent another night in the hospital not knowing what he had. The next day, April 6th, I arrived at the hospital around 12:00 and all hell broke loose at the reception. I am disabled and I use a cane to get around and when I arrived the receptionist was looking for something in a notebook, I think the person forgot something in the room and went to look for it. The receptionist didn't even look at my face even though I told her good morning, I stayed up for 5 minutes until I asked her to release me to go up to the room because I had a cane and I had been standing for some time and then she would continue to look for it, the answer was for me to wait because she was helping the woman and then she would help me. There are no chairs at reception and I stood for another 5 minutes until she finished what she was doing and not happy she threw my document and badge on the counter.
I got to the room and my son was in the MRI. Soon after, Dr. Iven went to talk to us and said that he really had myocarditis but it wasn't serious and that one of his lungs was also inflamed, contrary to what Dr Thaísa said. 4 people passed by the bed next to my son and left quickly. The last patient in the next bed was a physiotherapist and the husband of a physiotherapist at the hospital who seemed to be dancing samba in a bar. If those who should set an example don't have the slightest composure, imagine the rest? The cleaning staff without the slightest ceremony, they speak loudly, talk on the cell phone, noise of messages like I don't care. In the end, the only things are the food and the nurses Amanda and Claudemir who had empathy with us. To be bad you still need to improve.

I arrived at 7:50 for my 8:15 appointment with the dermatologist. It was 9:00 and no one called me. When I asked why, it was because they had forgotten to let me know that I had arrived. The 9:15 customer was being served at 9:00 and I was still waiting. This happened on the 2nd floor with the receptionist Fernanda when I was going to visit the dermatologist. Total lack of respect for the patient, I was late at work for the appointment, I arrived half an hour before the scheduled time and was seen more than 1 hour late because they forgot about me. And if I hadn't gotten up to ask what time I would be attended to, I would simply have spent the day waiting without anyone saying anything. Willingness to come back here is zero!! It's not the first time I've been treated badly.

I arrived to be attended with a positive diagnosis for covid!
The hospital is cramming people with respiratory symptoms into a room (diagnosed or not) and leaving everyone waiting for more than 2 hours.
When we questioned it the receptionist says it's not her problem and she can't do anything.
People in urgency getting worse and nobody does anything! No wonder this hospital is rated SO BAD!
I'm low on urgency despite having significant symptoms, I understand. But, if I'm not sick enough to need hospital attention (even though I've been referred by the plan's medical team) I'd rather be sick at home where I don't contaminate anyone than being huddled in a hospital.
TOTAL DISRESPECT!

The truth is that there will be good experiences and others not so much, even because there are many boring people in the world too =p.
My experience was incredible! Unlike other people, we were sent (me and my accompanying brother) to a room until my surgery was released and I can report the excellent structure, I loved the balcony in my room

My sister-in-law has CELIAC DISEASE underwent a procedure with anesthesia and had to fast for 8 hours + 1 hour delay in the exam + 1 hour and 15 minutes of procedure + 2 hours of observation. Ie,
when she returned, she needed to eat to our surprise the Hospital HAD NOTHING TO OFFER GLUTEN-FREE FOR CELIACONS. They only gave her a hot apple maguary juice (awful) she made her sick from the procedure, it got worse. The nurses and staff did not even know about the disease and the food restriction related to Celiac Disease (which is not their fault) but the hospital did not train and guide the staff. Absurd!!!
They said that the restaurant was outsourced, that is, trying to pass the problem on.
The restaurant is INSIDE the hospital dependencies as the ONLY OPTION.
And there is also NOTHING WITHOUT GLUTEN FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CELIAC DISEASE.
Where the food has to be prepared in a place EXCLUSIVELY FOR CELIACS, or acquired by exclusive suppliers. As in Fleury, for example, to NOT HAVE CROSS CONTAMINATION with foods with gluten.
The contempt for the fact was when they came to tell me that the restaurant had scrambled eggs.
Eggs don't have GLUTEN, but the utensils and the kitchen HAVE A LOT. In other words, putting the health of the sister-in-law at risk within the hospital itself.
And again if the restaurant they allow within the hospital space does not have food suitable for Celiacs. The responsibility is in any case ENTIRELY WITH THE HOSPITAL.

Excellent hospital, organized, clean, impeccable service. Super modern structure, well lit and with totems (you have help if you need it). The exam service is terrible. I scheduled 3 times, the 3 times I had an error or absence in the procedure by the hospital. One day the correct protocol was not passed. Another day the professional was absent. On the third day, the exam was rescheduled in half, and I almost lost an entire afternoon of work waiting for them to resolve the situation. The doctor even accepted the fitting of the missing exam only if I "remained available at the hospital". Very disrespectful and inconsiderate of customers!

This review is not for the hospital's medical and nursing staff, which, at least in my experience, were great. All very attentive and available.
The administrative part that was shameful. I had an elective surgery scheduled for more than 15 days, which was canceled less than 24 hours in advance due to lack of equipment. The hospital rents this equipment from third parties, and no one has confirmed its availability for the date. A whole agenda of the medical team and mine had to be redone to find a new date. Also, the hospital didn't even bother to contact me to apologize for what happened.
Another criticism is about communication. The companions are completely without information about which room you went to, when you can visit and etc. The only way is to ask different people several times and hope that someone finds you.
If management reads the comments, please hire a production engineer. Your internal processes clearly need improvement.

The sign that indicates the service time says that the simple query can take up to 90 minutes to happen. I took my fiancée to the service and, after 2 hours seeing other patients in the same priority level being called before, the receptionist said that the time is “up to 240 minutes”. When we asked where this information was, he said "I'm the one saying it". Bad service, employee Tainara unprepared and rude. He lied that the computer was without a system, and 5 minutes before he informed us “by the system here” that we would be next (and another 2

It is inadmissible to leave an 85 year old man in a chair waiting so long. It's 11 am until now on hold to finish the service to my father. If the person is already going there badly, in a delicate state of health, this long wait only makes the situation worse; since my father's plan is private and not even a bed was available. I ask the management of the hospital to pay attention to this, because this is not happening today. That they take really effective measures to improve care.

The Hospital has been modernized, is well equipped but still lacks in care. especially in terms of the telephone, where you spend a lot of time calling, call until you drop and you can't make an appointment for an appointment or exam. I think that a robotic system for whats would solve this problem, there are several programs that do all the scheduling and control of appointments and exams, freeing up professionals who are scarce at some time of the year due to holidays.

I want to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of my grandmother Nair Martins dos Santos for years, unfortunately there were 4 recent hospitalizations, and in July 2022 she passed away, but I know that she was very well assisted and the doctor knew how to prepare us with care, she said : Make the most of it, because her candle is already going out... :( and it went out on 07/01/2022. Gratitude for taking care and affection with the family members who came from SC to see her and say goodbye. Too bad I don't remember the doctors' names, but if you see this compliment, you'll know who they are Thanks again to H. Dorneles Hospital.

I was very disappointed with the service, I always heard very good things about it, but my experience was very bad, I had no follow-up, no one to ask if I knew about a diaper, advise on bathing, check if I had milk, if I knew how to breastfeed , if my baby was latching on correctly, apart from the fact that the room I stayed in looked like SUS, I think SUS would be better, there was no proper cleaning in the bathroom, only the first bath was with the nurse, nobody told me anything about the next baths, I had to guess, apart from the fact that the food wasn't the best and the lunch was too poor. Look, unfortunately I am very disappointed with the hospital, at the most important moment of my life, I felt like I had been thrown there!

Before anything else or complain, I want to praise the super helpful reception staff, the 2 stars are for them because I would give 10 but I would give *0* to the doctor I saw on duty today, in short, I stopped by the Ipiranga unit in the orthopedics emergency room at 6 pm :30 on 01/05/2023 a super rude doctor on duty attended to me because my left hand was hurting below the indicator since early on , I am allergic to AAS Sodium dipyrone, Ibubrophene and non-hormonal anti-inflammatory drugs that had already been mentioned in the screening and also Identified with the red allergy bracelet that I believe would be for the doctor to pay attention to something that the doctor did not notice, and even so the doctor wanted to medicate me with anti-flamatory. I sent it to the doctor and she said the following: "It gets difficult". I asked about the need for an X-ray on the hand, she said that there would be no need and said if the pain persisted at the site for me to go to a clinic specializing in orthopedics. In short, I didn't understand what I was doing at your hospital, the only thing I was sure of was that I was very irritated, unhappy with the terrible and rude service of the doctor, and detail she had her mask down the whole time. Reaffirming that the reception staff were super helpful from the beginning of the service until the moment I opened the written complaint at the reception that I could barely express myself because I was so angry. I only come back to this hospital really in an extreme case.

I want to start by saying that, if it were possible, I would do the review without giving even 1 star.
It is not today that I realize the decadence in which this hospital finds itself, however, with each visit, it is getting worse.
The day before yesterday, on the day (02/11/2022), I went to the same one because I had been feeling very ill since the morning.
Upon arrival, I went through the screening, reception and consultation — which I have nothing to complain about, as they were extremely helpful professionals — but my problem (as always, by the way) started in the medication room.
As I settled into the chair, the nursing technician came to talk to me to inform and administer the medication, however, she came to me super rude, without even saying her name. He confirmed my data and, when he found my vein, he put the needle in everything - to the point of making me scream in pain and ask to apply it to the other arm.
I then asked if she could get a finer needle, but I think it was even worse. I felt even more pain, but it worked and she administered the medication.
Before the medication runs out, Dr. had already passed and talked to me to see how I was doing. As he was still in a lot of pain, he said he would administer another medication and did so.
When the first measurement was over, I tried—unsuccessfully—to call the professional to exchange the empty container for a full one.
I waited more than 15 minutes until another patient arrived and could ask the technician who was medicating this same patient to administer the new medication. After a few minutes, he came back with the same.
After some time, I noticed that the medication was not going down and I spent a few more minutes calling someone, until the cleaning lady who was in the room answered my request and called the 'professional' who initially attended to me.
She came, opened the medication and returned to her post to talk to the other colleagues.
The Doctor. passed again and discharged me, but I was only able to leave after almost 1 HOUR of the doctor's last visit because I was completely ignored and my mother had to look for me inside the medication room.
A total disregard for the patient who is already in a vulnerable state and in a lot of pain.
If possible, stay AWAY from this 'hospital' 😉
