I spent three days with my son in this hospital and I received very good care! I need to highlight nurse Sabrina Toledo who welcomed him during the screening and proved to be an extremely competent and above all human professional. She is one of those professionals who really makes a difference and raises the level of her chosen profession. During the three days we stayed there, we were treated with great attention and care by all the emergency staff, reception, administration, cleaning and all the teams who were really dedicated not only to my son and our family, but to everyone who was hospitalized there. Thank you very much!

Today I underwent emergency care for the first and last time at this hospital. Very bad, very disorganized and time consuming. They don't take care of people, we spend hours in a waiting room, they don't do exams (just the covid test), I was waiting in the medication room, along with people being medicated to take the covid test, when I went taking the exam was in a room with damaged machines in the corner and two torn chairs, worse than the SUS. I saw people arriving in very bad shape and having to wait a long time to be seen and there were lots of giggles and side conversations from the nurses in the hospital corridors. I arrived at the hospital crying with pain and left with a prescription for medicine and without being medicated. I had symptoms of h1n1 and when I asked the doctor if she would do an exam, she replied that they were not available at the hospital and if I wanted, she could give me a referral and have it done privately outside. In the "reception", which is a type of screening, they don't measure fever or blood pressure, the guy just asked a few questions and barely let me talk about the symptoms, and he already gave me a green sticker to put on my bracelet. I've received much better care at SUS.

We all know that the nursing profession is highly responsible and requires a lot of attention from this professional as it takes care of human life. We all know how much excessive heat harms attention and the quality of service, whether in any area, but especially for those who need to take care of their health. life, as is the case of technicians and nurses. It turns out that the corridors on the HED bed floors do not have air conditioning for employees, with temperatures above 40⁰ in the summer, these poor professionals are forced to work dripping with sweat, sometimes even with deconcentration and their memory fails, and they can come making mistakes unintentionally due to the strong heat in the corridors, wrong medication for patients, etc. Patients have air conditioning in their rooms, but the corridors and other facilities where technicians and nurses circulate do not have air conditioning. This is inhumane and those who can pay the price for this are the patients since the HED administration sacrifices its nurses by not providing the basic things that are the appropriate temperature to work, how can you work in such heat? How to concentrate? So every time a family member is admitted there, they will be cared for by professionals who are under strong pressure and heat.
