Good morning, is there anyone who can give me information about this hospital in terms of deliveries? It is one of the options that they give me to have my baby, but I don't know how the treatment will be there, I thank you.

The worst hospital and disastrous care by medical staff and nurses. Last August 6 in the early hours of the morning I went to the emergency room, they took some tests and left me waiting for a long time, without giving me results, despite the severity of my symptoms. I went to look for the doctor who authorized the tests and she answered me very rudely that I had to keep waiting, because she was very busy with a procedure (she was chatting on her cell phone). I had to go to the San Ignacio Hospital and there I had adequate and better care, by far. I do not recommend going there to Hospital San Rafael.

My family member was hospitalized in bed 611C, the nursing staff in charge was very complacent in their care, always finding excuses for the delay in their care.
The worst happened on Saturday, December 24, the doctor authorized the departure at 11:00 a.m., I entered the clinic at 1:00 p.m. and no person from the nursing department was aware of his departure, after finding out in other units I They said that I had to look for the cardiology doctor to get him to let me out, at three in the afternoon the head nurse on duty appeared and told me the same thing that she will look for the doctor to give the order, but she did not tell me where to find him Only a lady who was attending to the entry of visitors on the first floor gave me information that directed me to find the doctor, who informed me that he had not been able to print the exit order because they had not invoiced a cardiology procedure that They had practiced it on December 24, in short, I had to personally carry out all the steps to get the order to leave and at this moment, being ten past five in the afternoon, I have not been able to get them to give me the clearance. lida.
The shift manager and especially a nurse on the floor, have been very negligent in their work and their care has been lousy and of very poor quality.
When I managed to get the order out I will write again.
