Colorectal cancer (CRC) treatment in 871 Oncology clinics worldwide

I went to the clinic for an appointment scheduled for 11am and was only seen at 12:40pm by another doctor. During the wait, I did not receive any clarification regarding the doctor's delay. I found the service I received very disrespectful, as in addition to not having the schedule respected, I was also referred to another doctor. This type of treatment for any patient is absurd, especially in a place where the majority of patients are more emotionally and physically vulnerable.

I was very well looked after by the oncocentro team during my chemotherapy! Team super prepared to help us! my gratitude to Dr Rafael Brant, my oncologist, for his efficient treatment!

My appointment with chemotherapist Irina Yurievna Stradayeva (head of the department) left me with a very good impression. Recently came here to do a CT scan of the pelvic organs. I was satisfied with the attitude of the staff of the center. The results of the tomography were sent by mail. Absolutely no complaints!!

I am undergoing a course of radiation therapy in the center and I am very grateful to the doctors, nurses, receptionists for their attention and attitude. Radiation therapy is not easy. and when you come to the center, you are greeted with a smile, they help you if necessary, they treat you politely, and they do their job exactly - it's priceless! We contacted PET-Technology in Podolsk on January 11, 2022 for a consultation about radiation therapy. From the very entrance I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff, starting with the security guard and the girls at the reception. Everyone was happy to share and advise. We would like to express our gratitude to the radiotherapist E.F. Sufiyanova, the consultation was carried out clearly, professionally, promptly, thoroughly studied the medical history, and the next day marking and radiation therapy were prescribed. After that, they turned to the nurse E.A. Sazonova. for paperwork, everything was done promptly here as well. The next day, O. V. Ryabova, an X-ray technician, arrived with a patient in a wheelchair. quickly made markings and we were escorted to the hospital. The disabled person of the second group had lunch and had a rest in anticipation of radiation therapy. In the radiotherapy room No. 2, we were met by sensitive, friendly and professional girls: Trofimova N.V., Ivleva A.S., Abramova D.A. Here, too, everything was top notch! If possible, we ask the administration of PET Technology to encourage the above medical staff. Very happy and grateful for this service!!!

It's worth checking in sometimes

I was impatiently waiting for the doctor’s report, so I called the customer service on the phone. She was mean and promised me that she would send the results to my email, but she did not. After a long wait, I called again. She was speaking in a provocative manner. I think it's a good way to deal with tired patients

This hospital staff doesn't have value for time at all. Keep offering wrong promises at every inquiry, such as hospital duration of stay or discharge expectation or service request. You feel the cutting cost at every corner except at payment desks Doctor promises you 5 min proceedure and one hour stay easily end up with 10 hours stay with no unusual events, ICU nurse promise to attend you in 2 min end up 20 min They work hard, but patients leave with lots of complains and irritation

Excellent medical service. Great physiotherapy sessions with Mr. Luke Hinds. Also the dermatologist Dr. Habiba provides you with full attention and care during consultation. I would highly recommend the facility as long as you have good insurance. On selfpay, it might be expensive but worth the quality of service.

I had a very challenging experience with my recent medical procedure . I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and had been fasting since 6 am the previous day. When I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment, I was not immediately admitted. After inquiring with several staff members, the receptionist instructed me to wait outside, as there were no available rooms, and my procedure was rescheduled for 12 pm. Feeling increasingly frustrated due to hunger, a headache, and the staff's behavior, I eventually voiced my concerns strongly. Seeing my distress, they accommodated me in the nurse's room. This visit was necessary as my usual doctor had left the country, and I had to consult with Dr. Jamil. However, due to this experience, I've decided not to return to that facility.

This by far the best hospital that I know. The nurses are so professional and the smile on their faces as they do their work ,just tells you they love what they are doing. The doctors, are never pushy or in a hurry. I can go on and on. When the nurses heard that I was from Saint Martin and spoke English,they looked for a young nurse who was an apprentice and from Saint Martin, so she could speak to me and make me feel more comfortable. Turned out the young lady was my family. This hospital is tge best.

The best hopital ever

The clinic is great, in terms of structure, professionals, reception, nurses and doctors, since my diagnosis I was lucky enough to be treated by them, and everything was in the best possible way. Today, due to a change in health plan, I receive treatment elsewhere, but I confess that I miss the entire team where I initiate the first diagnosis. My oncologist was Dr. Paula Diaz, a great professional, humanized, she was an angel. So if you needed peace of mind about visiting the clinic, I can tell you that you can go there without fear, and everything will be fine.

It was great. We were very well looked after, I loved the service provided by all the professionals there, congratulations on their service.

Very clean, judicious, competent nurses, Mônica at the reception became a friend. I recommend.

I had a good experience with Mayo Clinic's cardiology service. From my initial inquiry, the cardiology team provided thorough explanations and reassured me about every procedure. The communication with the nursing and cardiac physiologists was excellent. I'm grateful for their professionalism and look forward to my tests next year.

Doctors are nice once you get there, but the administration is horrendous. Sometimes I have had to wait over two days to just receive a call back about booking an appointment. This is not something I would expect from the NHS, let alone an expensive private clinic. I have to call multiple times just to remind them to call me back, and god help you if you miss their call

Very expensive for not a full suite of tests. You just get told to exercise, take vitamins and reduce your weight and they may well not get to the bottom of your problem, unless you're happy to pay 'the sky's the limit' for all the extras. Communication is poor, staff foreign but pleasant.

Terrible experience, completely incompetent.

God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

We were simply amazed by the warm atmosphere that reigned around. The IPC is a benchmark for cancer. You can go there with your eyes closed. The doctors and surgeons are super responsive, competent, friendly, with whom you can communicate easily… The nursing staff are incredible too. Always attentive, the care is adapted and always done with precaution. The maintenance staff is competent, smiling,… The establishment is very well maintained. The only downside is that the windows let the cold in a little. We are grateful to be supported by these amazing teams!!

The cross and the banner to reach the switchboard have been going on for years, I am a medical secretary and when I call, I can stay 15/20 minutes waiting to finally have someone on the line. Whatever the time of day, no time is ideal for reaching them. The direct lines are still unavailable, it's the mission to call them!!!

These people are butchers..They just want your money...The first thing they wanna do is surgery....They left my thyroid worse ... should have never touched it ... should have given me thyroid hormone I needed...I am so sick I can't hardly work...Stay far away from this place.

Well Furnished! BUT!!! But the management is still low. And one more thing , medicine price inside the Hospital is high. Hospital management should work on pricing and in the hygienic section. according to new rule, you need to pay a portion of your bill regularly and you need to buy medicine separately.

Although the new building is in construction, it serves a great deal to its patients. I wonder how a private hospital serves better than all other big names with great ratings. Most of the local and poor people heavily depend on this hospital. I think the hospital is going to be the best one in Chattogram in no time. I bet the service from the expert doctors will make you feel at home. If you can consider the old clerks, you can feel free to take the service from here. The hospital is building the best labs in the city.

The care is very bad! Appointments are given months in advance to specialist clinics, but they don't keep those appointments either! Most of the doctors are retired and overworked. The money we pay does not go where it should!

My mother took cancer treatment here. Doctor GANGOTHARI gave chemo tablets to her. She has very worst attitude and treating patients very badly.I agree doctor should not hide anything regarding treatment. But we said doctor you can tell anything to us but please don't tell infornt of my mother. But she hasn't hear anything, she told my mother that we are giving tablets to make you survive for next 2 or 3 months. Her confidence level is completely broken and my mom was shattered. Now we lost my mom 10 days back. This is not a right way to treat patients. Doctors like her should learn how to speak with patients firstly before to treat.

Worst service. Worst management. Worst staffs...Worst doctors.. they said your file is missing. Missing missing.. no proper answer. Both old and new cancer hospital both simply waste. I request to all Better go some other hospital if you wish to continue good treatment. Adayar cancer institution is giving me frustration.

I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.
