Always treated well and have had multiple surgeries with the highest level of compassion and care. Couldn't recommend any higher. World class facilities, Doctors and med students/residents, nurses are extremely respectful of patient wishes and exceed professional standards. All support staff I've encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming and would ask you in the hall if there was anywhere specific you were trying to find and if they can help in any way. The Doctors and nurses were extremely accommodating of my specific (non cardiac) issues and needs at the time and worked with me on them for a comfortable experience. The surgeon it's named after actually operated on my Opa (grandfather in Dutch) and the surgeon who did my open heart surgery was studying under the Facility's namesake and remembered assisting on Opa's surgery because it was one of their first surgeries he assisted on. So he opened up and operated on my Opa and myself. Working on 2 generations of 1 family decades and half a Province apart is quite the interesting thing in my opinion. If you or your loved ones are required to be here you're in very good care under MANY VERY SKILLED hands.

Experienced two months with the institute. The Doctors and Nursing staff were awesome. The panel of doctors managing my case were very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest advances in cardiac treatment and rehabilitation technologies.

Was very nervous about getting bypass surgery on Feb 1st 2023 ,Very professional Doctors who take the time to explain procedure and keep you informed after surgery. 2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. Thank you very much to everyone who makes INCOR the hospital it is. Keep going like this!

I have been hospitalized for 3 days for heart failure, the therapy is private and a luxury. The gastronomy is a 10, the attention of the nurses is excellent. Cleaning 4 times a day. The place is wonderful.

I was hospitalized for 2 days in this clinic for an operation and the truth is that everything was a ten! The clinic is a luxury, at least on the floor where I was (9th) with nurses on duty all day, nutritionist, surgeon, a whole team of people on top of everything. An excellent human group at work and not to mention the food where you can choose your own menu. Thank you all for making my stay a luxury, I never thought that a visit to a clinic could stop being an unpleasant experience (it will never be a good thing, nothing like the house but it was bearable) I recommend!

Images: 1 hour for reception (enter the system) and 1 more hour for them to call me to carry out the study!!! I have an appointment made 3 weeks ago. They attend to spontaneous demand and with shifts all in one place, they call in order of arrival and only 2 people receiving (there are 4 positions) and they are VERY BAD EDUCATED. A SHAME. Worst ER I have seen, the nurses show zero compassion, waiting time is endless, no proper process for taking patients in is in place, not clean, every time I go there’s blood on the floor which is not cleaned right away. People are left to die, some bleeding some in pain & no one cares. Twice now that I go & I wait hours even before I make it to Triage to get my information taken & i end up leaving.

I was delighted with the treatment I got at Joe Brant last Wednesday, the 18th of October. I arrived around 4PM with a finger I had cut off (I had it with me) and one that was basically dangling. It was a table saw accident. I was greeted immediately and directed to the waiting room. I did have to ask if they should put my finger on ice with the hopes it could be reattached. That was done. The triage nurse was great (sorry, I didn’t get her name) and the person who wrapped my hand the first time equally as great. I eventually got to the back (it was a busy time) and Dr. Terry Hatch came in and assessed my fingers. He told me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. And then set the wheels in motion. I was re bandaged, sent for X rays given tetanus shots, and then Dr. Hatch came back in and began to work on shaving the bone etc and stitching up my fingers. It was decided that the one would not be reattached, but the other one was to be repaired. I felt very well looked after by the main nurse assigned to me, Dr. Hatch and pretty much everyone else. Dr. Hatch was calm, professional, pleasant and excelled at what he did. All my questions were answered simply and calmly, no matter how silly they may have been. I had some prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, and a referral for an appointment for a plastic surgeon (follow up) before I left. I can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and the nursing team in Emergency. Thank you so much for what you do, and the way you do it. David

Had the greatest if you can say at the ER today. Great people, hard working. Taking care of the sick. Me included. Nurses were awesome, triage fast and friendly. It was a great experience! From the gate to medical care, I was treated very well. Initially, I received information that the expected wait would be two hours and I decided to stay calm, settle in and wait. The important thing was to have already gotten there. After all, everything that seems bad can certainly get worse! So, everything worked out! The doctor on duty is super TOP, attentive, very assertive for her young age. The nursing technician Arnaldo with the hand of an angel that I didn't even feel the discomfort of access. For the laboratory exam I was seen by Jefferson and when I thought it was going to be horrible, he was already done!🫠 The doctor who took the shift and discharged me was also great!!! I went to the hospital a few times, both for consultation and emergency. What I can say is that the Hospital is very organized, has very well trained staff, I have always received very good service on the phone. I saw a lot of people criticizing here and I decided to tell my positive experience, it doesn't mean that I didn't encounter problems, such as a consultation that took 2 hours to wait, but in this case it was an isolated professional, I don't believe that the hospital itself is bad, but Like everywhere, there are good people and others not. The rating I give is 5 stars, as most of the staff are attentive, careful and the structure is excellent! In short, Hospital Santa Joana is of excellent quality, has very well-trained staff, they answer the phone and answer your questions very carefully. I attributed my bad waiting experience to a specific doctor, the others were excellent, so a very good hospital, congratulations!

I had to take my 3 year old daughter to the pediatric emergency room and unfortunately I experienced racism from the first contact with the doctor asking me if I was the mother, because my daughter was white. I've never seen a children's professional not interacting with the child, not conditioning, nothing... Super rude, cold, indifferent. I observed her serving a white family and it was totally different. I felt violated. I don't recommend Santa Joana!

Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was discharged from other hospital and was advised to wait for call after 18 hours of excrutiating pain, I was sent home with nothing just that re-assuring words from not-so-friendly nurse that "doctor will just call me" and Leukocytes already almost doubling, CT and UTZ both showing abnormalities, as a healthcare provider myself, knowing something is already wrong, decided to go to Sunnybrook. The moment you enter ER, you will greeted by friendly old lady who will assist you on their process of registration. ER nurses are very friendly and doctors will let you feel you're human with feelings. They're all efficient and knowledgable. I was admitted shortly after and did not wait long. I will be forever be grateful.

September 6, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today, I had an appointment with my MS doctor at Sunnybrook. Having been here for appointments in the past, I've always been impressed with the high-quality service they provide. Parking is conveniently located near the front entrance, and there are nearby pay stations for easy access. Inside, they have hand sanitizing stations and provide masks, and you'll find plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions and guide you through the hospital. Wheelchairs are also readily available at the entrance. I have the utmost satisfaction with Dr. Lee, who consistently takes the time to address all my questions and ensures I have a clear understanding of my medical plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such excellent healthcare services.

Visited Sunnybrook Hospital as a guest of a patient. Volunteer staff was very helpful and able to guide us to the correct wing of Hospital. There is an ATM on the 1st floor close to the information desk. There are hand sanitizing throughout the hospital and at the main entrance there is also a self dispensing mask station which was very convenient. Gift store had very friendly staff and there was such a wide variety of toys, puzzles, t-shirts, stationary, greeting cards and everything in between alongside some gadgets. The areas of the hospital visited were very well kept.

We're here now and we've had a wonderful experience. Remember with all these negative reviews that you're more likely to leave a review if you're upset, and less likely to leave a nice review if you're satisfied, like this one. We're foreigners on vacation here. We were treated fairly and promptly. We were able to speak English to two staff members during our time here. I guess I won't go into our personal medical records, but expect to pay around $50 USD (September 2022) for your initial consultation. The prices have been fair and reasonable. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone did their best to make us comfortable and helped us understand what was going on.

Like any overcrowded and messy public hospital, just a bit cleaner and better equipped. Fair enough if you go private or thru a third party insurance. Sign in the Hospital's insurance system at your own peril, a shameful scam they call Health Plan (Plan de Salud). Mind the difference, it could cost your life

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Second time this week I spent this week in the emergency room of this hospital, because the medicines prescribed by the doctors are not relieving my pain, I have flu-like symptoms. I haven't slept almost at all this week and today in particular, I stayed up all night feeling a lot of pain. It is not possible that I will have to go to the emergency room for the third time. If I go, it won't be in this hospital. Update: I went to the emergency room for the third time this week, but in another hospital, I was howling in pain, I knew something was wrong, as I was feeling very ill and didn't get better with any prescribed medication. I was diagnosed with sinusitis in another hospital, I remember that the last doctor at this hospital said it was nothing serious and didn't even give me an antibiotic and said it was influenza. They gave me nausea dosage in the amount for a child and not for an adult and in a greater number of hours. I no longer trust this hospital and will not return again.

Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. After waiting for 2 hours, our daughter was called to help and, to my surprise, they didn't allow the father to go up, they let the mother go up alone with a 10-month-old baby and three bags. Lack of space, lack of planning, lack of training or lack of humanism? Unfortunate...

Terrible hospitalization, few employees, they make the patient do the work, you need to call or ask for sheets, pillowcases, bath towels via QRCOD, I asked for a bathtub so I could bathe my baby, it took more than an hour to arrive, the employee who brings it the bathtub cannot bring towels, the patient needs to use the hospital system to request towels, sheets, pillowcases, hygiene items... and 1 item at a time, in an order you cannot, for example, request sheets, towels and blanket, you have to order one item at a time for the companion and the patient. I am the companion responsible for my 5 month old baby, I also have the flu, I requested hot water to make tea at 10 pm and they told me that the kitchen in a HOSPITAL does not work at night, I have never seen this, an emergency room, a patient in hospitalization and not having hot water. They serve 3 meals a day, breakfast at 7:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm, during these intervals if you want to order something via app, you cannot go down to reception to receive it, no one at reception can go up to bring your food and no staff can look at your child who is hospitalized for you to go down to reception for 3 minutes to receive the food, you are forced to go hungry or buy it at the hospital cafe. My rating for hospitalization is terrible, if I need it again I won't come back here, good accommodation but the system is terrible service, not even a public hospital is that bad.

Super-fast screening and registration. Examination and medication expedited. However, when they send us to that little room to go back to the doctor, you forget about life because it seems like they will never see you. And it's not the first time. Today I ordered to cancel and left. I arrived before 8pm, it was around 7:30pm, everything would have ended quickly, if it weren't for the wait to see the doctor again. They should monitor these doctors who keep the door closed with no one inside, while mothers and fathers are waiting for a report. It is, at the very least, a lack of empathy and respect for the health of little ones. Now with these traumas, I probably won't take it anymore. If I need it again, I will go to São Luiz. But, I congratulate Dr Daigo, who once, when I was being seen by him and needed to return, as soon as he saw me, he immediately called me and immediately released us, since there was no one else in the waiting room. Super attentive, agile and helpful.

Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

I’ve been in the er waiting room for 3 1/2 hrs now and haven’t been seen yet and when I got here there wasn’t any one else here. now it’s full of patients. I worked in an er for years so I understand the situation and process of seeing patients but just because I wasn’t bleeding and wasn’t screaming in pain I was put on the back burner.

My wife has been coming here for long time because she has a pacemaker/ defibrillator for over ten years. Couldn't tell there was anything wrong with other than that. September 7, she had an amulet placed in her heart because she couldn't take blood thinners. Week later she had lost 4 pints of blood. They had to repair the leak. While she was in surgery they did CPR on her. Not blaming anyone for that. On November 16 she was transferred to heart hospital because she built up with fluid. We were in there for 11 days and everyday I asked them what the game plan was. It was always still trying to get the fluid off. Nothing else was ever brought up to me about them trying to do anything different but giving her diuretics. NOTHING!! I'm not a doctor or nurse and I sure don't know every question to ask. They sure as hell didn't offer any information. Dr Lane was even going to send her home 9 days later. We told him no. Not until we knew what was going on. A day later her defibrillator shocked her because her heart rhythm went crazy. Never told us how bad her heart was. Two days later they still just said they had to get the fluid off. Did find out that my wife had stage 3 kidney failure. Also had to ask them to check her liver enzymes since they were doing blood work every day. Found out she had cirrhosis of liver but that's all the ultrasound showed. They never told me there were other options they could do to try and help her heart. I finally got my daughter-in-law up there that's a nurse practitioner. She got in and started going over everything asking questions about the other options that was never mentioned to me. She had more information in 15 minutes that they had given me in 11 days. That's just tells me that they don't care about all of their patients. Over at Baptist now and has gotten more done in 4 days than they did in 2 weeks. Got 30 pounds of fluid off in 4 days. Her heart is still real weak but getting a little stronger each day. These people actually seem like they care about their patients. Especially her cardiologist. She takes time to talk to us and explains what they can and can't do. I think GOD that my daughter-in-law came or my wife would have been dead. Don't need any excuses from anyone at heart hospital. Don't want to hear that you're sorry for what happened either. I already know how sorry you are.

My 1st appointment with Dr. Lo was on 06/28. I was given an EKG and after reading the results and consulting with me regarding my medical history, Dr. Lo listened to my heart and was able to get me approved for an Echocardiogram and lab work immediately 2 hours later. Getting 3 tests performed in 3 different departments in the same building on my 1st appointment was not only convenient but crucial. I received a call 24 hours later and was advised that I have a complete heart block and that Dr. Lo wanted me back immediately and scheduled me for surgery Monday 07/03. It's been 6 weeks since I received ER heart surgery and a pacemaker to save my life. Thank you Dr. Monica Lo and your team at the Arkansas heart hospital for going above and beyond for a new patient that was literally on borrowed time. I had an excellent experience! I was admitted for knee surgery and the hospital staff were wonderful to me. Committed, welcoming and willing to help with so much affection, in all sectors. One point of attention: the room I stayed in had a musty smell, the only negative point of my stay.

I've been a patient at Centro Médico da Cardio for years and I really like it, but today I needed to be treated in the hospital's emergency room and I thought it was terrible! Despite there being only 2 people in front of me when I arrived, I was only seen by the doctor more than an hour later. Furthermore, the doctor on duty said he would do a blood test and a CT scan. Hours after taking the collection, the employee told me that he was going to send me for reevaluation. At this point, I asked about not having done the tomography. After much confusion, it was discovered that the doctor had not made the request. When the two results finally came out, another doctor assisted me in the reevaluation, gave me the diagnosis, walking down the corridor, directing me to the exit. When I arrived at reception to leave, I realized that the access was still in place at the time of the contrast injection. And the employee even asked me why I hadn't reminded the staff to remove it... Right at a time and place where I needed attention and support, I was treated this way. I don't intend to go back!

My father was hospitalized for 5 days there last year. The hospital structure was more modern than before. The staff are generally attentive, but I had a few problems: 1. The corridors where the hospitalization rooms are located looked like a fair because of so much commotion. The employees talk loudly, laugh loudly without respecting patients and companions. We're not going to the hospital for a vacation. It's stressful for the family and it's not comfortable to sleep in a hospital!!! Even at 2:00 in the morning I could hear the staff laughing and talking at the ward reception in the corridor. Absurd. Lack of education and compassion for those who are suffering. 2. Companions also have to reduce the volume of their voices in the corridors. They need to put up notices in the hallways or guide them. If you want to talk loudly, go home! 3. My father spilled water on the floor so I asked someone to come and mop it up, but no one came. I asked again and nothing. I ended up throwing the bathroom towels on the floor to dry off. My father could be at risk of slipping at night. I have already spoken to the administration and I hope that these situations have improved.

Majority of our experience here has been great, however since we spend most of our time in the Nicu with our baby boy, you would think that the nurses who are watching them follow some type of guide to respectfully work quietly so that the babies who needs rest can rest peacefully, but no! That’s not the case, they gossip out loud with one another, they slam drawers, trash lids, and more. Our kid has a heart condition so resting is the best thing for him to get him where he needs to be for his surgery. He is always startled or woken up by all of the noises going on. All I ask is that you guys respect the needs of the kids who needs to rest and try not to make so much noise or talk so loud, especially if is just about gossip. Thanks

UCLA should be ashamed to call itself a hospital . I placed a negative review of UCLA, Ronald Reagan Hospital A few days ago and I see it it has been removed. First of all upon my arrival at the ER, after requesting That all of my doctors be within my network I was told by the person checking me in ( cold As a bottom of a rock ) it is against the law for him to tell me if the doctors are within network. Which I know is against the law in California. This place is basically not any better, and has lower standards than any Third World country hospital. If I was able to give it a zero or even minus I would. There was basically a dozen seats in the ER for waiting so as you are exposed to any illness. I was seen after five hours for a heart problem There is nowhere to charge your phone, so as to keep in touch with loved ones. People are spread out and strewn throughout the hallways ( including tents, just outside the ER ) with no privacy and total humiliation. The ER is full of homeless, looking for a place to sleep. I will continue to post continuously, until my experience is not deleted. If you have or care for your loved ones, do not bring them here like I said, this is below third world healthcare standards

I gave birth to my daughter here in early 2022 & will be giving birth here in early 2024. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for OB care. I live in Tarzana so the drive while in labor was not fun & I could have gone to a much closer hospital but I trust UCLA Westwood more than any other ER/OB department & can’t imagine having gone elsewhere. The labor & delivery nurses are compassionate, informative & kind. My Dr. Is Dr. Zapata but she wasn’t on call when I gave birth so I saw another Dr, so sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing and I felt in very capable & caring hands. I recommend this hospital for anyone I know who’s pregnancy for maternal & postpartum care. I’m very surprised the rating isn’t higher as overall the doctors are wonderful, up to date, the nurses are very capable & always warm in my experience. Also, it’s such a well maintained campus with updated equipment & very clean overall.

Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. You can see the hatred they have for their work, which they project into customer service. The only good people are those in the goal and the laboratory!

I have blood cancer, so I get test at other testing place and than go here for treatment. Lots of waiting, I have to go down street to pay for service. Than more waiting. Not bad place, but everyone seems to be confused. Other than that, it's fine

Terrible service in the laboratory area…. Too long waiting time for fasting patients, which makes the results of some exams very unreliable. Two hours to care for only 25 patients. We arrived at 7:30 and we got file 82... it's 10:26 and they are only on file 57. At that rate, 6 hours waiting for a blood sample to be taken from the patient

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.
