It's been a week since my surgery, I'm recovering quickly, I'm feeling better day by day. I just wanted to say that I've been struggling with my health problem for several years. Hospitals and GP doctors gave me medicines and advised me to take painkillers. When I was desperate, I changed my GP. he sent me to The Beaumont Hospital to see doctor David Smith who, after examining me without hesitation, said ok, in a few weeks we will do the surgery, now I can finally function like a normal person, a big thank you to the entire hospital for their help and I would especially like to thank Mr. David Smith, I highly recommend it to everyone Beaumont Hospital. this hospital is top 10 special thank you for great help great atmosphere I felt like in a hotel with doctors special big thank you to Jacky, Olga and Kate

Amazing experience from initial consultation to final surgery and aftercare. Surgeon, Anesthetist Doctors , nurses, kitchen Staff are all amazing .Everything explained step by step.Nothing was too much trouble.lovely clean and modern hospital, lovely food. Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

Excellent team. Everyone were professional, did their jobs with so much care, empathy, and expertise, all with cheerful faces. The hospital is super clean, the best I've seen in the UK. Overall, I I've them 10 🌟 Sending a special thanks to Dr Mamidanna, Nurse Ola, Ana, Kumba and Tia. My meal of prawn and mayonnaise sandwich, vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate was like something from a 5* hotel. Yes,certainly. My surgery took place on 17/10/23. I was treated inhumanly on the day of admission. I am a diabetic patient. From the time of admission till the time of operation I was not offered any food. It was almost 3-4 hours without food. I was shivering. once I come back from the OT my husband went outside to buy food for me. Only then I had some food before my release from the hospital. I had an follow up appointment on 28/11/23 with Miss Madi which I have attended. She didn't look into my eye with care. She was in a hurry to finish my appointment. It was less than 2 minute. She was busy with her mobile phone. If I knew this earlier I wouldn't come long way for this appointment as I have waited long after the surgery for this follow up appointment. I will definitely not recommend anyone to be seen by this Consultant.

was a really great process from start to finish. good discussions and advice with the consultant / surgeon. discussion from anaesthetist was very brief but reassuring nonetheless. everyone at the hospital for consultations to overnight stay was excellent. and post op care with physio is great too.

My treatment during my procedure and after was amazing. The Nurses especially Heidi & Sky were fantastic. I suffer with terrible anxiety and after the procedure my nerves were horrendous. I was having panic attacks continuously throughout the afternoon, together with low blood pressure and the effects of that. The nursing team and doctor were so supportive, kind and caring towards me. They made me feel very safe and cared for even when I was very frightened. After I got up unfortunately I had a bleed from my wound. There were nurses and a doctor with me within seconds of the alarm call. They stopped the bleed and help me to calm down. At this point Heidi made the call the keep me in overnight due to the bleed and my nerves. They were so kind as to let my partner stay with me in the room all night and provided her with blankets, pillows and refreshments throughout the night and into the morning. The overnight team were also incredible with me and I was discharged in the morning feeling relaxed and content that I was okay. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care.

Every member of staff was so lovely, helpful and wanted to help. I have never felt more looked after in a hospital setting so thank you. Massive thank you to every Nurse, support worker, physio that looked after me, not forgetting Mr Shah who did an amazing job of my surgery. I am so grateful.

The staff and care that they provided has been outstanding. I have been in the hospital for 3 days for a total knee replacement, I really could not fault the level of care and attention to detail from any of the staff, from the surgeon to the anaesthetist, nurses, physios and wider support staff. Recovery team, (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) lovely & kind especially one to one nurse, Anne. Physiotherapist, excellent, kind, helpful & knowledgeable. Pharmacist helpful with my meds. Ward staff excellent. Although, I encountered one nurse’s (bedside manner) somewhat curt. Nursing assistant professional, very thorough, helpful & kind. Thank you to all staff & team with my care.

The staff were incredible. They all looked after me so well and made me feel at ease. I was so looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Amy was the primary nurse that looked after me. She was amazing, she explained everything made me feel at ease, talked me and my partner through everything. Miss Hazari is an incredible surgeon and can’t recommend her enough. She looked after me and made me feel heard and listened too. Matt the anaesthetist put my worries at bay. Annie was in the surgery with me, help my hand as I went under and was there as I woke. Paula the nurse at night was amazing and lovely while I was nervous.

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. Even the post-operation sandwich was delicious :) Thank you so much.

What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

I was under Mr Jay Smith and my total hip replacement went very well under his guidance and he has a very caring nature and always took time to explain how important the post care is. I found from the moment I entered the hospital, everyone was caring and service with a smile. Post surgery physios in the ward were excellent as well as after my discharge I was under the excellent care of Tighish, Senior Physio. She is absolutely brilliant and was very caring about my progress and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. On discharge she made sure I knew how important the exercises were for my future progress.

Bishops Wood Hospital continues to provide an excellent service. A professional and friendly service was provided to me by Josephine in the Radiology Department. She was very efficient, made the mammogram as comfortable as possible for me and she checked regularly about how I was feeling.

I had surgery at bishops wood hospital everyone there was so friendly and polite. I had a nurse called Mihaela she was really friendly to me and we had a good laugh. before the surgery she made me feel less anxious. Mihaela looked after me well and so did the surgeons to.

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

My son was treated here for a fractured arm. Dr Burstev did an incredible job both with the surgery and immaculately neat stitches, as with the care and attention given during follow-up appointments. Nurses and other staff also showed great attention and we really couldn't ask for more. Grateful.

the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. They have a long way to go to know that the patient deserves respect and timely attention. THANK YOU HOSPITAL SAMARITANA, FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE. Ski Accident, got here directly by helicópter. I leave few days after very happy and satisfied. I never felt alone, even my family was 300 km away. High profesionals , motivated and open to support on anything that may help. Infrastructure is new and clean. Many thanks!!

I would like to write a letter of gratitude to the all staff of the clinic, especially Dr. Peter-Michael Krieger. During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. Highest level and professionals. Once again many thanks to all your team who were involved in helping my mother.

I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

Bad bad. The treatment is derogatory towards low-income people. If you want to receive good treatment, dress well and show that you are of good economic standing. And if the patients are "eps" things get worse.

This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Helpful,polite, professional. Nurses and doctors are reassuring, humane. Believe it or not they even stand up for patients if one of their colleagues is being dysfunctional. You don't need to fight for your basic rights in this hospital. Thank you to the team!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

I moved fro Vancouver to Montreal for my job. I am shocked to see how horrible the medical care in Quebec despite the higher deduction on provincial taxes and health care that they cut from my paycheque. I hope the one year here in this shixhole pass quickly so I can go back to British Columbia!!! This Montreal is for the Canadian salves not the citizens

What’s wrong with the doctors at the Emergency? I had chest pain, went there, they seemed annoyed that I chose that hospital. When they saw that my pain was not necessarily caused by heart, they refused/couldn’t explain the plain despite being doctors. I get it, you’re a hospital that deals with the heart but the patient who’s having pain in the chest doesn’t know about what’s going on. Why would I donate money to a place that treats you like you’re an idiot for showing up. If I enter the ER, it’s cause I’m feeling extremely bad and it’s an emergency, just do your job, respect your oath and stop acting like patient is wasting your time.

I have been this place two times due to my heart. I know, I should wait a lot to meet doctor, but it was good place and gave me goom impression.!!

My 4 month old daughter just had surgery here. We feel very well cared for. Not only the medical profession has our complete trust, but also the nurses and caregivers are very popular with us with their love for the job - which we feel so much. The value ranges in the clinic are appealing, the free WiFi and the offers in the cafeteria shorten the waiting time immensely.!!

I would like to thank the Heart Center Leipzig. I had heart valve surgery and was given great care the entire time. After the 2nd day I was super fit again and my new heart valve works perfectly. As a patient, you feel that you are in very good hands at the Heart Center and all the employees always have an open ear for the patients. A very special thank you goes to the super nice and helpful staff at Station B4! I can definitely recommend the heart center.!!
