Pulmonary hypertension treatment in 613 Cardiac surgery and Vascular surgery clinics worldwide

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

Just a gray place, inside and out. I have to come every three months for micro catheterezation treatments for my heart and lungs. Tip: Please do stay healthy so you can avoid this place.. .

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

Would like to say huge thank you to all the personal. This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Everybody here is very professional, very kind and nice people. Wish you all the best, keep doing amazing work

Every hospital should work like this, with staff like this. They are helpful, understanding, supportive and professionals in their profession. You can easily trust them. And yes, sometimes you really have to wait for hours, but you have to prepare for it this way. We can be sure that they will do everything for us

It may sound strange, but it was a positive experience to have a short treatment and then to experience the professional operation of one of Hungary's leading hospitals, the true professional teamwork of dedicated young doctors, nurses and administrators. It was an uplifting feeling to feel this positive, serious, focused, tense atmosphere, as they work tirelessly for the benefit of the patients 12 hours a day. Special sincere and grateful thanks to Dr. Zoltan Salló for his kindness, attention and professionalism!

Of course, there is no doubt that the knowledge of the doctors is outstanding, and the nurses are kind and patient with the patients. It is difficult, but it is possible to find paid and non-paid parking spaces 🤔

Recently I had to admit my mother here in an emergency. The staff is very rude and they didn’t allow me to be with mom as a primary caregiver. In fact they didn’t inform me anything about my mom’s health condition what treatment was going on etc. they treated us all as if my mom was put in a jail. There was no emergency help staff who could guide and explain us through all the protocols. We were restlessly waiting in panic until the morning to wait until doctors consult. The staff didn’t even give the basic information like her BP stats and what food she had eaten. I believe we have the right to information and doctors are supposed to give us the periodic updates on the medical conditions. They kept everything under the wraps in the name of hospital protocol which we were never informed before admission. We had to forcefully take discharge and move her to another hospital where her health improved significantly

Doctors of course were good, nurses n ward boys r also nice. Main is d rooms n hospital maintenence as compared to what they are charging per patient is in absolutely pathetic condition. I wonder in our country we never get quality as compared to what one is paying for.

My mom was admitted to this hospital on 16th May for AVR & Ascending Aorta surgery. Surgery was successfully done by Dr. Ramakanta Panda. Best part of the hospital is Dr. Panda and the nursing staffs. The nurses took care of my mother like their own family member. Sister Sape, Pranita & Pallavi are few names that I remember. All others were equally good. Sape is missing from the photos but I will always remember her. Hoping for the best.

Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. Shockingly bad experience. The basics are missing. Postscript 31.8.23: It was particularly unfortunate that even the relevant customer feedback was not handled properly and honestly towards the customer, but the course of events and the facts were distorted. The real quality of operations can be seen in the professional and customer-oriented handling of complaints and reminders. The service promises on the Heart Center's website are empty.

As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

Wonderful service. I was seen promptly and and treated so kindly and treatment arranged. I have such faith in the doctor I saw and will have no worries for my next appointment.

Today I attended the clinic for an angiogram and what might have been a nerve wracking day turned into a totally positive experience. Every member of staff, without exception, was welcoming, friendly, highly professional and efficient. I had an ablation with an overnight stay last week, from which I am making a good recovery. This clinic is is super clean, really well equipped and comfortable. The staff were all amazing which made such a difference to the whole experience. It was an anxious moment walking through the doors, but that soon melted away as I was looked after with such professionalism, kindness and empathy. I felt safe and well cared for. Thank you to all the staff who played a part in my care, from reception, to the cath lab staff, anaesthetist, the nursing staff and to my EP Dr. Haywood. You are doing an amazing job.

A big hospital. Experience only in a maternity hospital, laboratory and emergency room. The premises are clean and there is also an R-kiosk inside. The service has been good so far. Paid parking is a shame. Of course, there is a puck court nearby, if you feel like walking the couple of hundred meters. The bird's song is a fun detail that is made for the door.

Hey! I was a client at Nova in the heart department and at TAYS heart hospital for surgery. Yes, there is high-quality healthcare in Finland.

Always treated well and have had multiple surgeries with the highest level of compassion and care. Couldn't recommend any higher. World class facilities, Doctors and med students/residents, nurses are extremely respectful of patient wishes and exceed professional standards. All support staff I've encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming and would ask you in the hall if there was anywhere specific you were trying to find and if they can help in any way. The Doctors and nurses were extremely accommodating of my specific (non cardiac) issues and needs at the time and worked with me on them for a comfortable experience. The surgeon it's named after actually operated on my Opa (grandfather in Dutch) and the surgeon who did my open heart surgery was studying under the Facility's namesake and remembered assisting on Opa's surgery because it was one of their first surgeries he assisted on. So he opened up and operated on my Opa and myself. Working on 2 generations of 1 family decades and half a Province apart is quite the interesting thing in my opinion. If you or your loved ones are required to be here you're in very good care under MANY VERY SKILLED hands.

Experienced two months with the institute. The Doctors and Nursing staff were awesome. The panel of doctors managing my case were very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest advances in cardiac treatment and rehabilitation technologies.

Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Where can I find out the prices for the services of the Heart Institute?

Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

The worst place for heart . They just rip off money from people with heart problem . They did open heart surgery for my mom and her heart was not Qualify for and open heart surgery . They just wanted the 60 thousands euro 💶 and my mom passed away after the surgery . Guys be careful with them . I especially wanted to thank the station E 1.2 Tuscany. The nurses and carers there were more than just perfect. I could write an endlessly long text here and still not have said thank you often enough!!! We tried to get a consultation with an arrhythmologist, but the organization of registration in the clinic is worse than probably in a separate village. We made an appointment at 1:30 p.m., paid for the service, the doctor arrived at 2:00 p.m., and a line formed out of nowhere. Why then set an appointment time? It is necessary to write - on a first-come, first-served basis and not to mislead people

2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. Thank you very much to everyone who makes INCOR the hospital it is. Keep going like this!

TOTAL BOTTOM IN THE MATTER OF SERVICE. Appointment for x-ray of the esophagus with contrast in October. Due to the patient's long commute, i.e. 400 km, I called to confirm the day before the examination and there was a surprise: the lady claimed that we were not on the list. I have been a patient for many years, but the scale of bitterness has become overwhelming... lack of organization, lack of respect for the patient's time, telephone registration - I don't know if it even exists? There is no way to call, and when it is possible, the only information is that there are no places available.

THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF WAITING Total inconsideration! We arrived at 7:40, 20 before the shift as indicated. One comes because one has cancer, not to eat Galician-style octopus, which is worth the wait. The waiting room was already packed at that time, which shows that they give many more shifts than they can physically do. Doctors are the best but administratively an absolute disaster, lack of respect for other people's time and zero empathy

I rate 3 for the studies carried out, good treatment, punctuality, etc. And the admission is organized. I should put an * for the surgery, where I thought I was in the worst public hospital. I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour.
