I've been to Dar al Shifa Hospital several times, and it's undoubtedly a large and modern facility. The staff, especially those at the information desks and security, were exceptionally helpful, making my visits more comfortable. I received excellent care from the skilled doctors and nurses when I sought support in the ENT and General Surgery departments. However, there are a few issues to note. The hospital's parking lot is consistently full, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, there's an option to park behind the building. One downside is the appointment system; it can be confusing and inconvenient to have to wait in line with people who don't have appointments, even after scheduling one. Additionally, the pharmacy on the ground floor is frequently busy, resulting in longer waiting times. Despite these downsides, the hospital's overall care and support are commendable, and I appreciate the dedicated staff.

I visited today for a bad flu i had which turned out to be bronchitis. I saw the ENT doctor because there were no female doctors in the emergency clinic/rooms at the front. The doctor and her staff were very kind and professional.

Hadi Clinic has a modern new facility and a wide range of specialist services ( i visited a therapist). The staff is incredibly helpful, which is great. However, the clinic is very busy, with a high number of patients daily. The downside is the long waiting time for insurance approval, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the parking situation is quite challenging due to tight and limited space. Despite these challenges, the Hadi Clinic provides good service and has a dedicated team.

My recent visit to hadi dental was deeply disappointing due to excessively long wait times. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting far past my scheduled appointment. The lack of communication and consideration for my time was frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has left me hesitant to return in the future.

That was an awesome experience. I've arrived and within 10min I was already talking to a doctor and the team there solved my problem within another 5min and I could return back home. They've also been really nice and explained everything well that they did. Compared to any other hospital in Vienna this was truly a treat

Friendly and competent staff. I went here after I fractured my ankle and the weekly appointment after. The wait times were not too long and the staff were able to answer any questions I had. If you are in the area and have the option to choose which hospital to go to, I recommend this one.

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

Good hospital services

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. Thank you for all the love and care, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, they made this struggle easier, they all brought me a lot of confidence and serenity. Thanks mainly to Dr Giuliano, for all his professionalism and clarity. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Second time this week I spent this week in the emergency room of this hospital, because the medicines prescribed by the doctors are not relieving my pain, I have flu-like symptoms. I haven't slept almost at all this week and today in particular, I stayed up all night feeling a lot of pain. It is not possible that I will have to go to the emergency room for the third time. If I go, it won't be in this hospital. Update: I went to the emergency room for the third time this week, but in another hospital, I was howling in pain, I knew something was wrong, as I was feeling very ill and didn't get better with any prescribed medication. I was diagnosed with sinusitis in another hospital, I remember that the last doctor at this hospital said it was nothing serious and didn't even give me an antibiotic and said it was influenza. Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. Congratulations to the hospital, which recognizes its team and always values ​​the people who work there. I also mention the cleanliness of the hospital and the rooms, which are cleaned constantly. My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued. A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. Rude doctor with bad communication, clueless on what was happening with test results and was very confused about the results and did not know what was happening.Whole experience really poor!We are not sure if we will ever get over this disastrous experience.We would not even give a single star to this doctor.

The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

staff is very friendly, everything is kept clean and sanitary. the nurses care about their patients and everything is done quickly. when we first checked how long the waiting period will be, it said 3 to 5 months, my gp sent a mail, agreeing to the waiting period, and around week later i got a letter with my appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later. very happy with all the help and support i got from the staff!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

Absolutely horrible service. My father broke his arm and we had to wait like 10-15 minutes just checking in. And then they gave him a terrible cast and diagnosis. We had to come back to the US and go to our local Kaiser Permanente to get actual care for my dad. Please avoid this place, especially if you are visiting from the US. Horrible service. Showed up here with a case of Food Poisoning and was turned away because my symptoms were "similar" to Covid-19. The front desk person told me to wait outside, didn't even ask me simple questions such as if I had a cough or shortness of breath and after "speaking with her supervisor" told me I had to go to the General Hospital because Velmar was "full". Such a lie! If it was full, why wasn't I turned away when I first showed up? I went to Clinica San Fernando after and was seen by a great doctor there. My cardiologist and urologist have their offices at Velmar and I will let them know I won't be able to attend our appointments anymore at this hospital, because they deny service to people in need.

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. Chaotic and no communication between departments. My 6 year old daughter was referred by a paediatrician from the same hospital for an immediate ct scan and the staff in the ER made her wait for 2.5 hours before telling us that we had to have various blood tests before they will do the scan. When we questioned the reason for only telling us that after 2.5 hours they accused us of attempting to cut the queue. Bizarre. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Bahrain, so no need to suffer like we did.

Worst hospital in bahrain. Really unprofessional staff including Drs. as well. Out of 100, 80 times Drs. are clueless what they are doing. For a minor case they take years to resolve. They give appointments after months and once you are in hospital to attend the appointment you need to wait 2 to 3 hours for your turn. I don't think qualified and competent persons are running this hospital.

I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.
