Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Big problem in car parking and patient can suffer or any thing can happen 🤔 if you enter hospital entry gate 5 and 6 . Max hospital giving more facility for giving extra money for vvip parking 😑 . See photo 📸 and plz stop ✋️ money heist in your country There are no parking person in field or parking lot . Half hospital parking lot is empty because of no entry 🚫 but hospital staff is good

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! PHP Coordinator Mr Anil Kumar is also another reason who gives his 100% to resolve and manage all issues.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Top Dentist anywhere. It's hard to praise Dr. Alonso enough. Im positive there is nothing he can't do. Here is the straight scoop for Americans. Speaks amazing English so communication is simple. His website is set up so that if you follow and do what it says then you will be surprised at how easy everything is. The quoted cost was actually higher than the actual cost of my treatment. My cost in the U.S. and at a quality dental office would have been in the range of 25-30k. Yes.. no joke!! My cost was around 9k. In the U.S. the dental procedures, and they were NUMEROUS would have taken literally a year and im being conservative here. My time spent was 5 days in the office with a return visit in the future for the finished implants. Virtually painless....and the assistant was actually a Dentist as well and she was Fantastic. State of the art equipment....seriously my Dentist in Miami does not have this. I could go on and on and would be glad to assist anyone with their decision. If you have never traveled to the Dominican Republic and are apprehensive...well don't be. I was picked up at the airport by a transportion gentleman that works for the office. Spoke English which was great because my Espanol is horrible. He drove me to an imaging center a few blocks away and back and to my hotel that was convenient to the office. Of course back to the airport when I left. The dental office will assist you with pretty much everything so no worries there. Santo Domingo is safe. Just use your head and stay in good areas like the dental office. Very nice area with a great place across the street to eat (or soup and a latte)..In my case. I can't wait to go back and finalize everything then do some hiking up north in the Jungle!!! Dr. Alonso is first-class, a dental artist and is doing a lot of people a whole lot of good. I work in the medical field and was hesitant to travel outside of the US for this treatment. I did my research and would see Dr. Alonso again tomorrow if I could. Dr Jonathan Collado is the best and most recommended dentist in Santo Domingo. His high level of professionalism and experience makes him a top dentist . His staff is amazing and welcoming. Rosana is amazing, very sweet, and professional . I’ve had veneers done and couldn’t be happier ! Also had my family’s dental procedures and braces done at this clinic .. They have it all here.
