I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

Unfortunately I've had to visit this hospital 5 times in the last few years for different type of emergencies for my self of for my loved ones. In every single one of them my experience was terrible: the doctors and staff seem annoyed that you go to them asking for help on an emergency. They are rude, angry, slow, and in many cases clueless on how to help and definitelly indifferent to your pain and need of urgent assistance. No human touch at all. That is, when there were doctors available, some times there were not even there when they were supposed to be. Additionally, if you are a foreigner and don't speak the language they'll definitelly won't make an effort to understand you.

I visited the hospital twice! Dr. Aikaterini Sikoudi treated me very well! She is always very professional and she understands every customer’s needs.

I came here after my GP sent me here with a very nasty swelling of the ear, I was admitted urgently and was provided with excellent care. I thank Dr. Aikaterina Sykoudi for her very professional and above all human approach, which showed that even such an unpleasant situation can be handled very sensitively.

As the year is long, I don't go to the doctors. Therefore, I do not know what the procedures and approach of doctors are today. Anyway. Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. Raising your voice, And I was nice. According to them, the three-day head impact associated with headaches is probably not essential to solve, only 3 minutes. It was enough to advise where to call at such a time, since I need to leave on Monday and we also had a public holiday here. I am sick of it.

4 months ago surgery in this hospital for surgery, nightmare and trauma you don't want to experience. Nurses behaving arrogantly, reluctantly, unempathetic, the very bottom of humanity. When you have problems after surgery, they make a person into a psycho patient, that they make it up. Doctors are reluctant but happy to get noticed for nothing. After months of suffering, I went to a clinic in the Czech Republic, where they immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis and did not claim that my pain was in my head. Rather, they thought that I came from some developing country. Our healthcare system is a complete mess both professionally and humanly. Honor to the huge exceptions that sooner or later get trampled out of sk and thanks to which I didn't give up and kept looking for my dg. If you have a problem, go to Šaca and the emergency room.

We needed a wheelchair for a patient with a disability. You will be sent to the department where you are to be treated at the Utgen primary. In our case, the 15th floor. On the 15th, they told us that we should ask for a wheelchair at the central department. Then go back downstairs and convince the staff there to lend it to us. Ingeniously solved services for patients who waited outside in winter for 35 minutes leaning against a pillar because they couldn't move. It's a shame that I can't post a photo of this communist truck!!!

Today my father was discharged from the internal ward for a pulmonary embolism. What he experienced there with the cleaners is simply unfathomable. Rude, arrogant, humanity means nothing to them. They raised their voices at the patients, ran into the room in the morning with such a roar, with the intention of waking them up, and even when that didn't help, they shouted at my father that hey hey hey we're building. My father, who is seriously ill on the devices, should have been sober and not put up with such inappropriate behavior of the cleaning ladies. It seems that they consider themselves to be of a higher caste, because what they allow themselves to do to patients is unparalleled. Unfortunately, they spoil the good name of the hospital. Someone competent should sort things out with them and order a course in empathy and, above all, decent behavior.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the emergency room staff and especially with the approach of the nurses. My son had a coughing fit, I rang the bell about 5 times and no one answered. After 20 minutes, the nurse came out and was quite unpleasant. It would probably be possible to complete training on empathy towards patients and family members. . I don't even want to imagine what would happen if a patient came here with a bloody injury. Apparently, he could also bleed out here, since the bell is only there to be when no one responds to it.

It's a shame that the hospital associates with doctors like Dr. Katarína Szentesiová. Seeing the effort to change, but doctors like Dr. For every step Szentesi takes the hospital forward, the next three steps back. The arrogant approach and the investigation from a distance of 5-6 meters, from a chair, only underline the sentence: it is better to die than to go to the emergency room in Dunajská Streda. One such doctor is enough, and all the others who do their work with an interest in the patient and his health have no chance to convince a disappointed patient. It's a real shame, the whole hospital. She might look special, but she will never be like this...

An unknown number of people wait for a CT scan at the orthopedic clinic. I couldn't do it even after two days and 7.5 hours of waiting. There is total chaos here during the reception of patients. It's the worst hospital I've ever experienced in my life, they don't deserve a single star... I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wish you a good day. In June 2023, our 89-year-old mother was operated on in your hospital. She was operated on by Mudr. Turčan, Mr. Prime Minister of the private gynecologist. Mamma center in BB. He performed the operation in an absolutely professional manner, for which we thank him very much. My mother, but also the family, were very worried about putting her to sleep, as she has a very weak heart and, of course, her old age. She was anesthetized by the head of the OAIM department, Mudr. Paľúch Štefan, who did his job absolutely professionally. After the operation, he gave us the necessary information, assured and reassured us that my mother was transferred to the ward in a stable condition, where he took the initiative to check her. In this way, I want to sincerely thank him for our family and my mother for everything he did for her, for his fantastic care and spiritual support. I sincerely thank the Surgical Department - Hospital Agel Žiar nad Hronom. I met incredibly nice medical staff in the department, helpful, smiling, without any signs of nervousness or stress. I also rate the cleanliness of the ward and the food very positively. Although I had a prescribed diet, the dishes were excellently flavored. Special thanks to the mayor MUDr. To Ján Grolmus for his human approach and urgent solution to my health problem. I left the hospital after 4 days with the feeling that the patients in the glowing surgical department are in the best hands of professionals who do not lack empathy.

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

Those who work in surgery should be ashamed of themselves. Care is worth nothing. My grandmother is lying in the dirt, the sheet is pure blood and disinfectant, the blood is smeared on her hands. Completely dried out, his mouth is on a pot, he can't get up, he can't drink, they don't even look at them for hours. When I ask the general practitioner, the patient doesn't even know who it is until I show it to him, and even then he just blurts out something and leaves, and I don't have time to ask. My mom was amortized in a week. And unfortunately, it's not the first such experience. This is anything but a hospital!!!!!!

My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful - no crowds, no shouting or rushing. Great employees - positive attitude towards the patient, ready to help (greetings to the receptionist from 19/10/23, very nice and helpful, and to the nurse ;)

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. In general, the hospital is good, I recommend. Their only disadvantage is poor management, and untimely approval of preliminary plans and estimates. The price tag is adequate, but if you go through a check, prepare for the amount not 110,000, but from 130,000 (if you are about 20 years old) and from 250,000 if you are about 60. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.
