I had a good experience with Mayo Clinic's cardiology service. From my initial inquiry, the cardiology team provided thorough explanations and reassured me about every procedure. The communication with the nursing and cardiac physiologists was excellent. I'm grateful for their professionalism and look forward to my tests next year.

Doctors are nice once you get there, but the administration is horrendous. Sometimes I have had to wait over two days to just receive a call back about booking an appointment. This is not something I would expect from the NHS, let alone an expensive private clinic. I have to call multiple times just to remind them to call me back, and god help you if you miss their call

Very expensive for not a full suite of tests. You just get told to exercise, take vitamins and reduce your weight and they may well not get to the bottom of your problem, unless you're happy to pay 'the sky's the limit' for all the extras. Communication is poor, staff foreign but pleasant.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Zaburs zozs and I must say that the doctor's professionalism and care were exceptional. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and the way they explained my medical condition. However, I was disappointed with the experience at the cash and appointment counters. The staff there displayed a rude attitude, which left a negative impression. It's essential for a hospital to provide not only excellent medical care but also a welcoming and respectful environment for patients. I hope that addressing this issue, as it significantly impacts the overall patient experience. "Thank you for your response. I appreciate your willingness to address my concerns. Unprofessional staff working there. Ints Udris gave me the wrong diagnosis and was very unprofessional. Don’t recommend people going here.

God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

Many thanks to Georgiy Tarielovich Basiashvili and the entire urology department for their professionalism, kindness, and sensitive attitude. We were simply amazed by the warm atmosphere that reigned around. We thank the head of the department, Marat Magomedovich, and the senior nurse, Svetlana Petrovna, for organizing the work of their department in such a way that every patient feels comfortable. The IPC is a benchmark for cancer. You can go there with your eyes closed. The doctors and surgeons are super responsive, competent, friendly, with whom you can communicate easily… The nursing staff are incredible too. Always attentive, the care is adapted and always done with precaution. The maintenance staff is competent, smiling,… The establishment is very well maintained. The only downside is that the windows let the cold in a little. We are grateful to be supported by these amazing teams!!

The cross and the banner to reach the switchboard have been going on for years, I am a medical secretary and when I call, I can stay 15/20 minutes waiting to finally have someone on the line. Whatever the time of day, no time is ideal for reaching them. The direct lines are still unavailable, it's the mission to call them!!!

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

Just a gray place, inside and out. I have to come every three months for micro catheterezation treatments for my heart and lungs. Tip: Please do stay healthy so you can avoid this place.. .

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

Would like to say huge thank you to all the personal. This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Everybody here is very professional, very kind and nice people. Wish you all the best, keep doing amazing work

Every hospital should work like this, with staff like this. They are helpful, understanding, supportive and professionals in their profession. You can easily trust them. And yes, sometimes you really have to wait for hours, but you have to prepare for it this way. We can be sure that they will do everything for us

It may sound strange, but it was a positive experience to have a short treatment and then to experience the professional operation of one of Hungary's leading hospitals, the true professional teamwork of dedicated young doctors, nurses and administrators. It was an uplifting feeling to feel this positive, serious, focused, tense atmosphere, as they work tirelessly for the benefit of the patients 12 hours a day. Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

Wonderful service. I was seen promptly and and treated so kindly and treatment arranged. I have such faith in the doctor I saw and will have no worries for my next appointment.

Today I attended the clinic for an angiogram and what might have been a nerve wracking day turned into a totally positive experience. I had an ablation with an overnight stay last week, from which I am making a good recovery. This clinic is is super clean, really well equipped and comfortable. The staff were all amazing which made such a difference to the whole experience. It was an anxious moment walking through the doors, but that soon melted away as I was looked after with such professionalism, kindness and empathy. I felt safe and well cared for. Thank you to all the staff who played a part in my care, from reception, to the cath lab staff, anaesthetist, the nursing staff and to my EP Dr. Haywood. You are doing an amazing job.

A big hospital. Experience only in a maternity hospital, laboratory and emergency room. The premises are clean and there is also an R-kiosk inside. The service has been good so far. Paid parking is a shame. Of course, there is a puck court nearby, if you feel like walking the couple of hundred meters. The bird's song is a fun detail that is made for the door.

Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

The worst place for heart . They just rip off money from people with heart problem . They did open heart surgery for my mom and her heart was not Qualify for and open heart surgery . They just wanted the 60 thousands euro 💶 and my mom passed away after the surgery . Guys be careful with them . I especially wanted to thank the station E 1.2 Tuscany. The nurses and carers there were more than just perfect. I could write an endlessly long text here and still not have said thank you often enough!!!
