Emergency on sunday morning, professional servis, all in one place, x-rays, ultrasonic, labs, all pretty fast, nice nurses. Do not use nearest first toilet at ground floor, use the other one, check out the paper, otherwise... In general, best solution, if you need a help urgently.

The worst hospital I have ever visited, the staff is thinking that they can figure what problems are important and which are not. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. The next day morning another doctor said that I should have come earlier 🫠 I hope they will be treated like they treat other people!

No complaint about medical stuff. They are kind and very professional as always, however woman at reception with red hair at that info point kiosk at entrance is very arrogant and rude not only to us but while i was waiting there same behavior with all other patients.

The worst hospitalization I've ever had. Mean nurses, no one wants to help, one time I was yelling for help from 16:00 to 20:30 to only be said to shut up. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Very disappointing experience. My mom fell very sick while on a bus traveling from Austria to Poland through Czech Republic. She fainted, vomited, had seizures and was unconscious for 40 minutes while waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took her to this hospital, wasted time on checking her insurance instead of helping first and foremost, and made her wait for a check up for an hour in an emergency department. Later, after receiving medical help my mom felt very thirsty and asked for a glass of water. She had to ask several times different staff, and all of them didn’t bother to help and just said there is no drinking water available (however, my mom could see two bottles of water on a table and an electric kettle, probably the staff’s, but obviously they didn’t want to share). My mom felt dizzy and weak, and yet had to get up and go to toilet to drink tap water. Just after 2 hours of staying in the hospital the staff asked my mom to vacate the bed even though she still felt very dizzy and nauseous. Just a reminder: she was in a unknown city in a foreign country took off the bus because of an emergency medical accident. The hospital staff couldn’t care less, they just asked her to leave because according to them she already “got all needed medical assistance” and “ready to leave”. She had to quickly book a hotel room and leave. When she asked to help at least with getting a taxi, the staff again acted reluctantly and didn’t help in the end. Unempathetic, unhospitable and unprofessional. Me and my family members have experienced medical assistance a few times in several countries but never had such a bad treatment.

Definitely among one of the best teaching university hospitals in the Country, spacious, with a lot of subspecialities including cardiology, gastroenterology, ENT, etc..

Very efficient. Arrive and take a ticket then wait to be called. They take your details and then you are seen according to your needs. English is spoken.

Doctors are quite busy but friendly. On the other hand, outside staffs are rude they dont speak english , if you are foreigners or without appointment its gonna terrible .

If you come here be prepared. I came for an infusion and left whit a thrombophlebitis. I waited 11 hours in the emergency and did not get any painkillers. I am working with my lawyer to sue them, don't go here.

I had a thigh lift in April after a massive weight loss . It was cheaper than the UK but not particularly cheap. The results are awful. Still so much skin left, hardly made a difference. I complained to the clinic and was told by Dr Justan than I expect too much in a very short, abrupt reply. He was the same in person. I was desperate to feel better about my legs so I went with it. I’ve since seen my UK surgeon who did my breast uplift, arm lift, tummy tuck and he has told me the results are awful. Low scars, far far too much skin left, a handful from groin to knee still needs removing. Please do your research. I tried to save money by going here but now need to start again and save money to get fixed !

I thought my friend was describing the bedsores her father had while he was there and that they had to take him away to prevent his condition from worsening. Unfortunately, then a relative of the family went to this clinic for joint replacement surgery, and while being taken from the recovery room to the lower level for recovery, a young girl drove the relative and overturned the wheelchair. Accidents happen, but the behaviour of the doctor standing next to me debating with a lady was outrageous. Instead of being a doctor, he brazenly demanded money, saying he didn't see any other way to help. Not only is this kind of "failure to help" behavior criminal in the Czech Republic, but it shows the human and professional garbage that works there. This is my opinion, after the experience of a relative. And before I didn't believe my friend that this is common there, when she had a problem with her father's bedsores, after our family's experience I have a personal opinion that is never there again, this style of health care and doctors' behavior where I want to put my relatives or God forbid to lie as a patient myself.

I had breast augmentation in October. I was booked in for implants and restructure after substantial weight loss. For the first 3 months everything looked fine but when the swelling went down my new breasts started to droop. I took the advice of Dr Justan who advised me I didn't need implants, just augmentation. This was very poor advice or a money making exercise. The Surgal Clinic now want nearly three times what I initially paid to put an implant in with full augmentation. Very poor advice and after service. They have tried to blame the elasticity of my skin being very good hence the droop but an experienced surgeon should have identified this. I am now booked in to an English clinic, where I should have gone to start with. The clinic itself is extremely nice, like a 5* hotel with excellent staff it's just unfortunate that the surgery isn't the same.

They giving your personal data to Delta Generli bank, after that operators from bank call you every 3 weeks and trying to sell you insurance, avoid this clinik....

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

I would like to very much thank the entire operating team of doctors and nurses of Anesthesiology for their professionalism, sensitive attitude, attention to patients, and also say words of gratitude to the entire team at the trauma department of the hospital. If you're a tourist, for your safety please DON'T go there. No English, not helpful, non professional and most of all they insisted that I pay although I was explaining to them that I have a proof that I have a European insurance card. After a lot of time, they called the only doctor that could speak English and he explained to me that there was a misunderstanding because they didn't believe that I was a citizen of the European union. How is that possible while I gave them many time my ID with belgian nationality and proof of European insurance??? The second doctor also gave me pain killers and apologized that the first doctor didn't give me any and didn't explain me what happened. I will file a complaint mentioning the name of the incompetent nurse and doctor because it's not normal to be so incompetent while having a big "European union" flag in front of the hospital while not knowing the applicable rules. I had to stay there until midnight to solve it while I was I pain. My attempt to give them my phone with Google translate where useless because they didn't want to help. A big thanks to the second doctor.

Was treated with much care and professionalism. In 5 minutes the procedures had alread started and everyone did their best to overcome language barriers. Thanks!

We have been unable to find a doctor who will accept English-speaking patients and I HAD to use the hospital emergency today. My daughter was ill. I didn’t know which area to take her - adult or children’s - she is 15. The intake clerk downstairs was obviously a bit irritated that I didn’t understand her but she was willing to use her phone to translate and instructed me to go upstairs to the children’s ward. I was a bit confused because there isn’t a check-in window in what appears to be a waiting room. You must press a buzzer next to the closed door. I had to watch someone else who came in after 🫣 to see what to do. The nurse didn’t speak English but the PA (or perhaps she was a doctor) spoke well enough that we managed. (I got the impression that if we had been Ukrainian, we would have had to go somewhere else for treatment. But we’re American and have foreigner’s insurance.) We were treated kindly and well. Fortunately it wasn’t a busy morning so my daughter was seen immediately. I was also pleased by how nice the lady at the pharmacy downstairs was. She spoke English and made sure I understood how to take the medicine prescribed and also that I had a copy to give to insurance for reimbursement. I didn’t know to ask for that and am grateful.

If I were to evaluate the surrounding area and the outside of the hospital at the moment, it looks like a battlefield in terms of repairs and modifications, but the hospital itself is more important 🏥, and I already evaluated it once and my evaluation has not changed, i.e. I will never allow it to go to the FN, great doctors and, of course, nurses, with whom my patients communicate first. Above-standard care, just great respect and admiration for me. Thanks to all the medical staff 👍💐👏👌

On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!

Not as professional and friendly as they promote, all about earning money from you or your insurance but with very little care or treatment. All year with appointments and specialist for cancer an tumours ,scan after scan but not any diagnosis or treatment and suffering with swollen eye, colour change, nose and cheek burning pain and insane pressure on head and face but still no help , even though colour change on scan for my rights side of brain , cyst inside my face and gigantic problem at the back of my head and they say no problem and haven’t operated or treated. I hope I’m not dying but still don’t have any diagnosis or confirmation of anything.Now thinking I need to go to another country for help ? Wouldn’t recommend to nobody?? They won’t do anything about these reviews and even give the same answer to each person.

Avoid this hospital! I had to visit the hospital because of a sinus infection, but was rushed into several entirely useless procedures just to hike up the bill. The whole experience was horrible with unfriendly and rude staff. However, the worst part was that a nurse stole 340 euros from my purse in my handbag that I left in the examination room with the nurse when I was pushed into a toilet for another useless test. The hospital operations reeks of scamming people in every possible way. Despicable behaviour preying on people in a vulnerable situation.

Avoid this hospital My husband was admitted to this hospital in 2021, 2022 and 2 days ago. In 2021 I visited him on a Sunday, and he was on the floor (with a broken leg) trying to get onto the sofa, to get out of the window as he was hallucinating. He was on the second floor! The window was then closed and locked but no-one had noticed my husband on the floor, which is a worry. I then had to push for a brain scan, which, according to Xanit showed nothing abnormal. He has now been diagnosed with dementia at Guadalhorce hospital, so I chose to go private again to make things happen faster. We saw a neurologist at Xanit who said he should be hospitalised. When we arrived at the hospital it took over 20 minutes to park as the car park was full, then when we got to reception there were almost 35 people in front of us. We were over an hour late to get to our appointment and then the computers went down!!! We had to go down to Urgencias to be admitted. They told me he had to go to a hospital in Malaga. I then had to go back to the neurologist, as Urgencias refused to call him, and he told them to admit my husband. There was an amazing lack of communication, and the girl who was in triage was basically rude. We were then subjected to a 2/3 hour wait, then taken to a surgical ward where the nurses all moaned about the fact he was being taken into this hospital. I speak and understand Spanish so was very aware of the things being said and I am absolutely horrified at how we were treated. He was hospitalised on Wednesday, and we were told he would get an MRI and CT scan. My husband was aggressive, and I was told I had to stay with him 24/7. This is not why I’m paying private health insurance. I was told there are insufficient nurses to deal with all the patients they have, so I had to stay. The MRI and CT scan didn’t happen as the machine had broken down!!! My husband was very agitated, and the neurologist and I agreed he would be better at home. Therefore, we had to make an appointment for the MRI and CT scan (29th November) I waited over an hour to make this appointment, while my husband was in his hospital room. There were 6 people in front of me, and one person in reception, who decided to deal with people who jumped the queue and one friend (I think Fran was his name). Reception staff are awful and provide terrible customer service. They wander away on their phones when they feel like it and don’t appreciate that people visiting the hospital may be dealing with life and death situations. They are abysmal and need training. I see from these reviews this has been going on for over a year, so I’m not sure if my comments will make any difference at all. Absolutely shocking service. On a brighter note, when you actually get to see a specialist, they are amazing.

Recently went in as a day case for a diagnostic procedure. From start to finish they made my time there almost enjoyable!!! The reception team, nurses , theatre staff and the Consultant were all brilliant. Communication was second to none and the teams we are all straightforward and uncomplicated. A credit to Fairfield Independent Hospital.

Absolutely shambles of a place can't run outpatient clinics on time .. Seems there time is more important than yours BE AWARE... It like there doing you a favour by operating clinics on a weekend ..!!! Unhelpful staff AVIOD ...

I am completely disgusted at how they view their patients. It seems as though the medical staff only show the care that comes with their job when you are employed or local to the surrounding area. If you are simply an independent carer for your autistic child then they will cast you aside, simply sending you somewhere else without even asking about your condition or symptoms. They truly know how to make you feel like a burden, as if you shouldn't have even stepped foot on the premises and I truly believe they are aware of this. I am a widowed Catholic mother of three with no support, visual issues and am single handedly guiding and aiding my autistic child through life. I come here for extrema pain in my back and they simply send me away after an uncaring talk. The medical staff and those incharge can easily solve this problem by climbing down from their ivory tower and acknowledging that we are all humans and are all entitled to the care we so rightly deserve. Absolutely foul.

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. Thankyou all so very much x Paul Campbell.

For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

They don’t give an estimated waiting time for surgery- they kept pushing my surgery. I had to stay without eating any food or drinking any water for 24+ hours as they kept pushing my surgery. But overall the staff and doctors are very kind. They took care of me really well even though I didn’t speak German!

This place really deserves 0 stars. I’m sure there are hospitals in third world countries that have better service than this place. First of all, the Emergency Room receptionists don’t speak even basic English . Which is unbelievable being in a large international city with a high population of foreigners. They were basically unsympathetic and useless despite me being doubled over in pain. Where do I even begin with what I experienced here? I was admitted at 5am on Monday morning. The place was empty. Despite this, no one ever came to check on me for hours after putting in my IV and I woke up to it sucking my blood out. My toilet didn’t work which was a nightmare with constant vomiting and diarrhea . There was no toilet paper and despite me bringing this up to someone several times throughout the night it was never replaced. Because I had no way to flush the toilet or given any alternatives (even a trash can to vomit in would have been nice) I was forced to just keep stacking all my expulsions into the blocked toilet. For my second IV the nurses put it in wrong, no one noticed until the doctor came in hours later and saw it. I decided to discharge myself and when I left I saw all the nurses and support staff in the hallway chatting about their weekends and playing around on their phones. Absolutely despicable. Since this has been noted by several other reviewers, I believe there needs to be some firing of personnel and change of management. The room itself was also very unhygienic and reeked of urine and homelessness (similar to Hauptbahnhof) which made my already bad nausea even worse 🤮🤮🤢. The negligence at this hospital is out of this world and should be called out.

My sister had a serious operation in this hospital 4 days ago. After the operation, she spent the first night in the intensive care unit. My sister was very satisfied with the treatment in that department and felt calm. After transferring to the public sector, everyone is still very kind and helpful. Very clean hospital, with professional and lovely staff. And also the atmosphere is beautiful.

Today we visited the allergy department with our child. I really liked the service. The doctor spoke very nicely with my child. The inspection was good. We did an allergy test. Everything is fine and I'm very happy😊

My husband received wonderful care at A&E and intensive care after experiencing a heart attack on holiday last October 2022. Speedy treatment and attentive nursing while in CHU for two weeks prior to repatriation to the UK. Could not have had better treatment. A huge thank you to the doctors and staff who looked after him. We are very grateful.

My brother Christopher had the most excellent care in accident and emergency for a pulmonary embolism. I know he is very grateful to the drs and nurses that night. They were kind caring and amazingly speedy to diagnose and find a medication. Compared to the normal experience in the U.K. the French system that night was incredible and they also called him back for a check up in a week, again with an amazing dr so sympathetic, that would be two to three months in the U.K. The staff treated him with dignity and compassion. I got the referral of a doctor, ginecologist for a problem that I have been dealing for too long. The doctor received me in few days after the contact and was quite receptive to my concerns and requests which required diligent action in a short period of time due to my work leave (also very short). We set a date for the sugery and I was impressed that the contact was very speedy and allowed me to send every remaining document by email . I asked for a quotation of the total price, that was sent to me few days prior to the sugery, in which stated the total value of the intervention and hospital fees. All the inconvenience started after surgery: the nurses not atentive at all, always in a rush to fill you up with drugs and leaving you behind without even trying to understand what was going on for each case since they receive many pacients for plastic surgery therefore they assume all patients are there for the same " vain" reasons. I was there for other reasons, but even so I had paid my entire bill like anyone, so I deserved the private quality service I was paying for. The health assistants were also very rude and whenever I would press the button to call for assistance during night shifts , they were the first to come instead of medical nurses and they were the ones to evaluate weather you were or not entitled to be given assistance. I required very scarce times their assistance and just preferred to crawl by my on and manage what I needed. I stumbled once and no one came to check up on me, if there were consequences. Water was giving rarely, some would save the bottles if you had other sitting on the night stand. 3 days enduring that, without being able to complain, or having relatives come and check for me. My family leaved in another city. (Husband who stayed with the kids). After i left the nurse who took the last cateter made me bleed perfusively and i almost fainted. The personel took me to take the cab with no wheelchair, I had to walk for 10 min after being laying for 3 days. I have been living in Paris, hospitalized there, lived in US also hospitalized there, been in a private clinic in Brazil where I gave birth South africa private hospitals and also were really wonderfully treated. This was by far the WORST experience and service provider! NEVER will I recommend it nor use it any time !

I have contacted hospital via email on 03.10.2023, to specify the price of chemotherapy course for my father. Today is already 30.10.2023, and I still didnt get any response. I am not a doctor, but I am sure that response for a people who need a chemotherapy course couldn't be around one month. In case you value the lives of your loved ones, please do not contact this place.

Infrastructure of the clinic is a disaster. I couldn't even find an elevator to other floor, then I waited for 15 minutes in wrong places, it its not clear where to go, no one tell you the right place to wait. Why not to do 1 reception and then lead people to consultation directly, this micro management is awful

I, or we, would like to thank the doctors and nurses who looked after and cared for our father and husband from the bottom of our hearts. The situation wasn't easy for us, but everyone always answered our questions openly and honestly, even if they asked the question 20 times. They stood by our side in his and our most difficult hour. The ITS2 is not a ward like any other, but people with heart work there ❤️. Thank you thank you thank you

They are really unfiendly. I am learning German because I live here but my german is not sufficient enough to book medical appointment. If you can't understand me that is okay but you don't have to be rude!

Nurses are kind, the place is clean. You must speak german at least on a minimum level and understand what they say to use the services.

Zero Stars. This hospital should be shut down immediately. Came in via Ambulance who by the way, pulled over in the middle of the drive so tell me go to an ATM to get cash… Hello my fiancé is dying here… Get to the hospital and immediately get separated and told she can’t have her phone because she’s not in good enough condition… excuse me? Wanted to know when i could see her and translate because she’s japanese and knows very little english… Wasn’t allowed to do that. No status updates, and waited hours with drunk, sick, agitated homeless people for her to walk out feeling no better at all… Nothing positive at all

I have read the other negative reviews and they mirror my esperience. I too was a visitor to Paris from the U.S. I was transported to this hospital after tripping and falling on the sidewalk. I was subjected to blood tests , an ECG and a cranial x-rays and the staff never answered my questions about why the tests were necessary. Just like the others on this site they paid little or no attention to the contusions on my face or my clearly apparent swollen wrist- no ice packs or wraps. After waiting in the ER for approximately 6 hours after arriving I informed the doctor I was leaving. She became angry , said they were busy and she asked that I remain in the ER for another hour to await the test results. When I refused she told me to leave. When asked would someone assist me with finding a taxi to return to my hotel, she just walked away from me. I will have my doctor look at my wrist when I return to the U.S. If I could have given them a zero or no stars I would have done so.

A visitor to Paris, I had a fall and hit my head on some steps. I was taken by ambulance to this hospital. Ambulance I could fault, spoke English and was very caring. Different matter when they dropped me off at this disgusting hospital. I have spent time in a hospital in Ghana West Africa, third world, it was streets ahead of this filthy disgusting hospital. There were no redeeming features, staff awful and rude. They would not let my husband accompany me so I was on my own with people who spoke on English. Took blood without gloves or washing hands. No access to water and was told I was very dehydrated, hello where do I get a drink, when I asked for water was told this is not a hotel. Many X-rays,scans, reports ( 7 hours) I walked out. They initially would not let me out but I made such a fuss they let me go. I did not pay a cent. I have now arrived back home in Australia and I find a bill waiting for me. I m not going to pay it they should be paying me for the trauma I endured. I had a fracture in my hand and they totally ignored that, went to a pharmacy and they bandaged it up for me. I would be prosecuted if I took my dog there. Thankfully this did not spoil my visit to Paris.

I had a planned ORL surgery with Professor Mirghani and his team, the team was very professional and I am very happy with the results. I had a good experience at the hospital which is modern and comfortable.

I was recently hospitalised for an operation, I found the doctors and nurses very kind however the people at reception are not friendly at all , particularly this lady, probably in her 50s with vision glasses on. I approached her to help me with the information to avail the taxi service ( which a patient is entitled to and is being paid by Social security) and since my French langage skills is not good, I opted to talk to her in English, she could converse in English but she kept arguing with me that I am lying about not being able to speak french. Even though it’s not her job, I choose to be nice and insisted that I am not comfortable in speaking French, she asked me for my cart-vital just to prove her point to me that I have lived enough time in France to be able to speak French. Instead of helping me find a taxi, she kept arguing and accusing me of lying. I was in pain and could not stand there arguing with her so I opted to just leave after letting her know that she is not being nice. I could still hear her arguing and probably cursing while I was leaving. Later, I regretted not noting down her name so I could complain to the management of hospital. A lady probably in her late 50s, of black origin and wears vision glasses ( explaining her features since I didn’t write down her name) I hope not other patients have had the same experience.

I went in via the emergency room as I had severe stomach pain. Although it took until the evening to get me admitted, the doctors, nurses, and other staff were kind and attentive. I have to say I was very hesitant to go in due to the reviews. I even held on to the pain for two days. But my experience wasn't entirely bad.
