I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

Just a gray place, inside and out. I have to come every three months for micro catheterezation treatments for my heart and lungs. Tip: Please do stay healthy so you can avoid this place.. .

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

Would like to say huge thank you to all the personal. This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Everybody here is very professional, very kind and nice people. Wish you all the best, keep doing amazing work

Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

Wonderful service. I was seen promptly and and treated so kindly and treatment arranged. I have such faith in the doctor I saw and will have no worries for my next appointment.

Today I attended the clinic for an angiogram and what might have been a nerve wracking day turned into a totally positive experience. Every member of staff, without exception, was welcoming, friendly, highly professional and efficient. I had an ablation with an overnight stay last week, from which I am making a good recovery. This clinic is is super clean, really well equipped and comfortable. The staff were all amazing which made such a difference to the whole experience. It was an anxious moment walking through the doors, but that soon melted away as I was looked after with such professionalism, kindness and empathy. I felt safe and well cared for. Thank you to all the staff who played a part in my care, from reception, to the cath lab staff, anaesthetist, the nursing staff and to my EP Dr. Haywood. You are doing an amazing job.

A big hospital. Experience only in a maternity hospital, laboratory and emergency room. The premises are clean and there is also an R-kiosk inside. The service has been good so far. Paid parking is a shame. Of course, there is a puck court nearby, if you feel like walking the couple of hundred meters. The bird's song is a fun detail that is made for the door.

Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

The worst place for heart . They just rip off money from people with heart problem . They did open heart surgery for my mom and her heart was not Qualify for and open heart surgery . They just wanted the 60 thousands euro 💶 and my mom passed away after the surgery . Guys be careful with them . I especially wanted to thank the station E 1.2 Tuscany. The nurses and carers there were more than just perfect. I could write an endlessly long text here and still not have said thank you often enough!!! You are amazing - the entire station ❤️ To all the people out there who need help with heart problems, I promise you won't be in better hands!!!!

TOTAL BOTTOM IN THE MATTER OF SERVICE. Appointment for x-ray of the esophagus with contrast in October. Due to the patient's long commute, i.e. 400 km, I called to confirm the day before the examination and there was a surprise: the lady claimed that we were not on the list. I have been a patient for many years, but the scale of bitterness has become overwhelming... lack of organization, lack of respect for the patient's time, telephone registration - I don't know if it even exists? There is no way to call, and when it is possible, the only information is that there are no places available.

Be careful in this clinic!!! Due to staff shortages, employees are prohibited from taking sick leave. Serves employees with ARVI, influenza and other seasonal diseases. There is a real risk of not only not being cured, but also of catching something contagious as a gift. For me, this is a so-so bonus program!

We had an appointment with the surgeon on October 23, 2023, paid for the consultation, and the operation was scheduled for October 24 at 21:00. In addition to the cost of the operation, the cost of the consultation was also included in the bill. When asked why there was another consultation if it was yesterday, and today we came for the operation, the administrator’s answer was that this was a repeat consultation. Actually, the doctor performed the operation, no so-called consultation was carried out, but an extra 2200 rubles. no one removed it from the bill. There are no complaints about the doctor’s work; the operation was performed well.

So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!
