Epidural block in 193 Neurosurgery clinics worldwide with additional parameter

Updated as on Friday 1/12/23 Thier customer service manager contacted me and attended my concern and feedback which they would like to meet up with me for better understanding 🤔 Since I do have follow up we did manage to meet up on 5/12/23. Highlighted all my questions and comments. Hopefully they will take awareness of thier customer service and patients care 😎 on thier staff and nurses. Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. Are we responsible for this cost? Why can the hospital prevent the patient from seeing the doctor and prevent the patient goes for a follow-up consultation to check the wound? Does the hospital really have this right?

RSH provide good services from registration until i discharge from here. Im very satisfied & very thankful to dr thokha & team & all staff in LR. Tk

I found cordiality and care all the time in my hospitalization

Took us 3 hours to get treated with a basic appointment (ear infection) and sort out the insurance stuff, very slow

Hospital is not well equipped to attend cold symptoms at the emergency. You will have to wait for the arrival of an specialist at 10 AM so that he can look inside your ear canal with an otoscope. Even my throat was looked with a cellphone light. A disappointment. See images of equipments that should be part of the emergency below at the national manual of emergency.

I didn’t know you’re supposed to first call 1813 before heading to the hospital for something like a cut, but the nurses and doctors in the trauma centre were incredibly kind and attentive and my injury has healed incredibly well. Huge thanks to the amazing staff!!

I was told that i had broke my bone💔 that was kind of mean💔 but they fixed it so i guess its okay😊 it was free also that is really cool😊😊 in Usa i had to pay 800$ for a blood test😓

I have nothing but praise for the staff of the ward I had to attend. My wife's colostomy kit and bags had gone astray with our luggage on our flight from Birmingham to Copenhagen. With assistance from friends we contacted the hospital, who gave us a complete set of spares and kit to last the few days that we were staying in Copenhagen. I offered payment, which was declined. The nurse who I saw was very kind, patient, understanding and compassionate, especially as the choice of items was so overwhelming and the event so upsetting.

Apart from the confusing way the floors are numbered, this hospital is the best there is in the Netherlands.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.

Imagine being in a wheelchair, trying to get into urgent care for a surgery you had there, and not being helped about when you arrive, somehow managed to get into the triage and then be left alone, then get the need to use the bathroom at a place not clearly design to be used for people with mobility issues, then the only person available to help you is another patient passing by. It's such a shame that all of this happened here, where I have yet to get medical attention for my urgent needs.

One if the best hospitals in Cali. Modern, well staffed, good service

High-end & premium hospital with very poor services. Everything is slow and unsystematic. Average waiting time is around 1hr ++ at each location (from at the clinic reception, meds collection at the pharmacy) The clinic receptionist were very unprofessional, loudly gossiping about their other colleague at the front desk area, I can clearly hear what they were talking while I was sitting at the other end of the room. There are more than 4 counters at the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist was on duty at a time to hand over meds to the customers. I think the service at some gov hospitals are far way better than here.

Exellent service, all the staff, nurse and the doctor are amazing, you know that the are working wholeheartedly. The hospital is clean, treatment is done with procedure which make patient not waiting to long.

You can be in pain in comfort. The service is always efficient, with friendly and comforting nurses and doctors. There is a porter man that will accompany and bring you to xray places. The menu is always yummy and you can choose your food from the menu one day ahead. Everything is healthy but flavourful. The room is a single room with a sofa bed for someone to accompany you. Since I am covered by insurance, the cost is not under me, but I have to be referred with a referral letter and admitted. Otherwise, it would be quite costly to be treated here.

Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Dr. Taori has been my doctor for more than 5 years who not only has outstanding knowledge of my treatment options but also provides the quality of medical care I require. I am so grateful for the excellent care that I received at your hospital. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! RESPECT doctor Dejeu, doctor anesthetist, doctor nutritionist, psychologist and nurse Babi!

I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. The quality of the medical act was superlative. Thank you very much for your involvement and results.

Very unprofessional! I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. At the reception they treated me with indifference when I asked how much longer, they didn't even know. I'm sorry I didn't leave right away

The staff is very good and take care of all details , the room is clean and always there is a follow up all over the day . Catering staff is very nice and provide on time and well -prepared meals that fulfill patient expectations.

A thoroughly professional and pleasant service during my 3-day stay at The Specialty. The staff in Level 1 wards were exceptional and the hygiene and care brilliant. Lovely cafe, too. Prices better than most.

Facilities are very clean, the staff is professional, and respectful! Best in the country. Also the food in the cafeteria is very good.

It is a expensive hospital, but it is worthy. My 1 year old baby was diagnosed with testiculo tumor, he needed to be operated ASAP. Now he is 100% out of danger. Thanks God and the doctors. Never felt more comfortable in a hospital.

I have been a patient at Vivian Pellas for over 9 years in that time I have had 4 surgeries and my wife had her hip replacement done there. My past experiences have been good up until a little over a year ago. Went in for what I thought was hemorrhoid surgery. According to all my papper work which I still have but instead I received a sphincterotomy and no hemorrhoid present at the time. Be carefull there! Still having ongoing problems as a result

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
