ATTENTION! With that such leader of the hospital definitely the customers can’t get good service. Very rude only thinks about how to get benefit from others even from the workers. Very disappointed of their service only working for money !

Very POOR quality of service for the price, lack of communication between doctors and nurses, wastes the customer's time, repeat visits to the doctor and paid tests. It's very difficult for the child, they have to cry for the blood test, the nurse can't even find the vein, and they have to do the test again and again because of their own fault.

Full service private hospital in Ulaanbaatar. My son was delivered here and we use it for most doctors visits. They don’t do most trauma but they do most everything else. When I had appendicitis they took care of me quickly and safely. Good experience all around.

2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. My brother and his wife, my sister were in HCMC last month, they all came here to see the doctors by that time. We must admit that the medical service at Vinmec Central Park deserves a solid 5 stars. The staff , especially all nurses were so empathy and helpful. The doctors spent time to explain everything so clearly, addressing our concerns with patience. When we come to collect medication at the pharmacy, we were impressed by the organized and tidy of this place. The hospital facilities are so clean. Overall, the level of care and attention to patients' needs truly set this hospital apart, making it deserving of a top-notch rating.

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.
