Even though I don't speak Hungarian, I felt very well looked after in this hospital. Very good doctors and the care was friendly, professional, pleasant - my highlight was of course the English-speaking nurse. I only have good memories!

1 star only because the examination took place. The appointment was scheduled for 3.50 p.m.... The lady told me to arrive at 3.30 p.m. and I went in for the examination at 4.20 p.m.... no information about the delay... no help and no information during registration and how to fill out the documents... .

I would like to appreciate the incredibly wonderful warm ladies at the registration desk on October 27, 2023, working at 6:30 p.m. Thank you We need such people in this crazy world.

I wholeheartedly advise against visiting Mrs. Zofia Jamrozik-Kruk. The doctor is so rude that it's not worth talking to. The whole visit had a very pretentious tone, and let's not forget that we come to the doctor for help, not as specialists who should know everything at the door. The irony with which the conversation was conducted and the final lack of diagnosis, and all this for PLN 200

The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Very good experience giving birth at this hospital. Respectful and empathetic professionals and a comfortable room. Also had to go to the emergency room twice for events unrelated to the birth and both times I received very good care and they ran all the necessary tests. Good pediatric care as well. Everyone from administrative staff, to nurses to doctors are polite, nice and helpful which I really value. Makes all the difference.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

My time as an inpatient at Ross Hall went smoothly & I was made to feel comfortable & felt that everything was explained clearly & staff ensured that I was never in need. However, the discharge process could be a little more streamlined, but other than that I was impressed with the service I recieved.

I can honestly say I was delighted with the whole experience. I have never had an operation before and was totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The staff at Ross Hall are nothing short of excellent, my consultant was amazing, the porters, reception staff, and especially the nurses, who went over and above for me, were just great. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ross Hall time and time again.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part. The surgeon Dr Paterson was every thing you could hope for instantly brings that energy were you feel safe and grateful he’s carrying out the procedure. Well done Ross Hall Hospital!

Recovering from a total knee replacement and could not have been in safer hands than at Beardwood. All the nurses who looked after me were a credit and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very well looked after and I am sure will recover more quickly as a result.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Overall a 1st class performance in my opinion, thank you so much.

Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.

I had the great fortune to have surgery and a 2 night stay at The Chiltern Hospital as an NHS patient. The whole experience was exceptional, I could not have asked for more. Service was amazing start through finish. Staff took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable throughout. My nurse Ram, surgeon Mr McElroy, physio Kate, antithesis Dr Bakhshi and all the other staff I interacted with on the floor were extremely patient, friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Claire was excellent and most attentive. All the staff were amazing. The rooms are lovely (albeit a bit noisy road side but I was a day patient so didn’t matter). Theatre nurses were so kind. Ms Rajeswari saw me before, immediately after and before I went home and was most reassuring. Anaesthetist K O’Connor kept me chatting while putting me under so I never had any stress or tension. It was overall an amazing experience and makes me grateful for my private medical. Thank you all. Down to the sandwich and tea. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly and got a phone call 9am next day to ensure I was ok. Thank you.

I was so impressed with my care at Princess Margaret. Every single member of staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. Right from the receptionist on my way in, then the porter who showed me to my room, the lady who took my lunch order and then of course all of the HCA’s, Nurses, Theatre Practitioners etc. Miss Predolac was a star as always and my anaesthetist was also great at putting me at ease from the get go. Unfortunately I’m rubbish with names but I would like to do a special mention of the breast nurse - she was absolutely fantastic and tipped my experience over the excellence edge. Thanks so much.

Following on from my left elbow replacement I had all of my post operation physio carried out by Hannah at the Sloane Hospital in Beckenham. Hannah was very attentive, understanding of my limitations, listened carefully, managed and monitored my progress and was very warm and friendly. Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

The staff were incredible. They all looked after me so well and made me feel at ease. I was so looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Amy was the primary nurse that looked after me. She was amazing, she explained everything made me feel at ease, talked me and my partner through everything. Miss Hazari is an incredible surgeon and can’t recommend her enough. She looked after me and made me feel heard and listened too. Matt the anaesthetist put my worries at bay. Annie was in the surgery with me, help my hand as I went under and was there as I woke. Paula the nurse at night was amazing and lovely while I was nervous.

From the moment Isle of Wight NHS transferred my care to The Hampshire Clinic, the level of communication and care was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way with extra care and thought about the length of my stay and the need to travel to and from the Island to Basingstoke. When there was an unavoidable delay in my operation, the whole team ensured that it was rescheduled and happened within 12 hours of the original time. When I responded badly to the anaesthetic, the night team were kind and patient, keeping me hydrated and comfortable until I could tolerate fluids. I received outstanding care and feel fortunate that the NHS referred me after being by in their waiting list for so long. It has made me seriously question the benefits of private hospital care and should I need treatment again in the future, is a route I would definitely explore. Thank you to Mr Sethi and the whole team.

I have always had nothing but the best care from all the members of staff at The Hampshire Clinic. They are all , Friendly, approachable , knowledgeable in their field, and caring. I've stayed in hotels and had less satisfactory service.

The staff , nurses and receptionist are all amazing and super friendly . My consultant DR George Goumalatsos is just fantastic . I have had a previous surgery with him in 2019 and I honestly feel I couldn't have asked for a better doctor . I know my road isn't closed just yet as awaiting on some rest result , but he has reassured that we will do another surgery once he has my test results back and help me feel like a brand new woman and free me from this horrible disease. His knowledge is just amazing. Thank you to all at the Hampshire clinic for the great work .

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. Even the post-operation sandwich was delicious :) Thank you so much.

What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. I can't thank all the staff at The Christie enough. I had a minor procedure with them and during my time there felt truly cared for and supported. I was kept up to date every step of the way, my doctor and the nurses all listened to me, answered questions and I'll be forever grateful for their help!

I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. They are efficient, caring, compassionate, honest and help me so much. If I want to talk, someone is always available, my specialist nurse always gets back to me if I have an issue or need results. The most important thing is how they raise the bill The first question is, are you coming at your expense or at the expense of the government? 70% of the bill was deducted after they discussed that these things I did not benefit from, how do I pay their money Then they discovered that they were wrong and returned the extra amount Unfortunately, the ignorance of the disease is being exploited by the Arabs

This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

Husband on last day in China had a seziure he was taken by ambulance 3 ks away to Puhua hospital. Only waited 15 min as roads were quiet at 6am . The treatment was first class from room staff.. office staff to tests . MRI CT EEG from talking to 2 doctors given medication we were able to get flight home that night . Saying to hotel receptionist ... travel insurance... tourist hospital... English speaking are the main words to relay in any country.

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

The best doctors , the fastest and quality services, translators, everything you need! They deserve everything for how they treats us, our healthy and lifes.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.
