Facilities are very clean, the staff is professional, and respectful! Best in the country. Also the food in the cafeteria is very good.

It is a expensive hospital, but it is worthy. My 1 year old baby was diagnosed with testiculo tumor, he needed to be operated ASAP. Now he is 100% out of danger. Thanks God and the doctors. Never felt more comfortable in a hospital.

I have been a patient at Vivian Pellas for over 9 years in that time I have had 4 surgeries and my wife had her hip replacement done there. My past experiences have been good up until a little over a year ago. Went in for what I thought was hemorrhoid surgery. According to all my papper work which I still have but instead I received a sphincterotomy and no hemorrhoid present at the time. Be carefull there! Still having ongoing problems as a result

Very rude behavior from receptionist. Two times i face like these.. That is the only reason iam sending now.Atleast keep some peoples they are talking politely. On 23/10/23 Mrng 8.30 am one lady call back for appmt booking that time.i ask just token number.. She is shouting wait... Wait.. Wait... Atleast she can tell i wl tell u sir.. Like that.. No enough parking space, bad reception experience, waiting 40 minutes while having a scheduled appointment, not clean, nurse interrupting the patient while talking to the doctor without knocking the door or asking and no stock of medication.

Horrible experience. They have advertised for early breast cancer detection offer,really nice promotion but when you get to the hospital nobody seems to be aware. The reception team at the emergency is friendly and professional. The reception at the radiology department is extremely un professional,completely clueless about the offer, I suppose simple phone call amongst the hospital team could have resolved the issue. Eventually they sent me to gynaecology department, here the nurses though seemed not to be aware of the promotion handled the issue professionally, but were not able to assist. The service was ok. Doctors were friendly. But for a private hospital they should be ashamed of the facilities they have. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Very old furniture. Not well maintained at all. There is a smell of mold. The rooms look like the 60s rooms. Everything was old and in very bad shape.

ATTENTION! With that such leader of the hospital definitely the customers can’t get good service. Very rude only thinks about how to get benefit from others even from the workers. Very disappointed of their service only working for money !

Very POOR quality of service for the price, lack of communication between doctors and nurses, wastes the customer's time, repeat visits to the doctor and paid tests. It's very difficult for the child, they have to cry for the blood test, the nurse can't even find the vein, and they have to do the test again and again because of their own fault.

Full service private hospital in Ulaanbaatar. My son was delivered here and we use it for most doctors visits. They don’t do most trauma but they do most everything else. When I had appendicitis they took care of me quickly and safely. Good experience all around.

My brother and his wife, my sister were in HCMC last month, they all came here to see the doctors by that time. We must admit that the medical service at Vinmec Central Park deserves a solid 5 stars. The staff , especially all nurses were so empathy and helpful. The doctors spent time to explain everything so clearly, addressing our concerns with patience. When we come to collect medication at the pharmacy, we were impressed by the organized and tidy of this place. The hospital facilities are so clean. Overall, the level of care and attention to patients' needs truly set this hospital apart, making it deserving of a top-notch rating.

Doctors unprepared to provide PA care. As it is the only hospital in the city, professionals should have more experience.

I am completely outraged and frustrated with the service provided by Hospital São Camilo at the Ipiranga Unit in recent months. I had the misfortune of needing to go to the hospital a few times in a short period of time, and every time I went I had a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on the day before yesterday, which was the last straw, and my cup of patience overflowed. The day before yesterday (11/21) I went to the hospital at 11:05 pm, with a severe migraine, nausea and weakness. When I went through the triage, they didn't even check my temperature, my blood pressure was high (14/9) and as the nurse said “it must be nothing, it could be because of your pain”. So far I agree, it could be because of the pain or my pain could be because of the pressure. I received a GREEN bracelet! Taking into account that the hospital follows the Manchester protocol, because of my absurd pain (those who have migraines know what I'm talking about) and because of my high blood pressure, I shouldn't have to wait for care for 2 hours (which is what says the Manchester protocol for the color GREEN). But they gave me this bracelet, and several people passed in front of me, it took more than 2 hours to wait to speak to the doctor, that's why I showed my indignation at the delay, because if I had remained quiet I would have waited another 2 hours. And the reception says that other people passed in front of me because they were other doctors, or it was orthopedics, or a general surgeon or Covid. And they also reiterated “you already and next time, the doctor was collecting the returns” IN other words, more people passed in front of me who were being discharged from the hospital, and yet were already medicated. Therefore, I was forgotten at reception with the pain they call N°10! And everyone knows that the more irritated a person gets, the worse the pain and the worse the pressure. So seeing my despair, where I was almost fainting from the pain, the receptionist asked me to go to the triage to re-evaluate my condition. Arriving at the screening, the blessed one looks at my face and says “Well?” I explain that the reception asked to reevaluate me and he responds “How? The reception?" I said “yes, the reception, the girl who is there at the tables”, and he replied “Really the reception?” I said yes!" and I pointed to the person, then he looked like he wasn't happy and checked my blood pressure again, it was still 14/9! After that I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was called, the receptionist was already desperate too, calling the hospital and informing them that I was feeling ill. Everyone passed by me, and did NOTHING! I was called to the doctor's room at 1:11 am, they made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, which according to the Manchester protocol should have been attended to with an ORANGE bracelet, and within 10 minutes. I can and I feel entitled to say that it was a failure to provide help, as my clinical condition was delicate, and the screening data and my face did not deny this, quite the contrary, they affirmed it. In a hospital like São Camilo, where I have been treated since I was 7 years old, when it still had the pediatrics area, you have left a LOT to be desired. You are a PRIVATE hospital, in case you forgot, if you are “short of professionals” hire more professionals. FOLLOW the protocol that YOU yourselves say you follow. Why a person almost fainting from pain, WITH ALL SURE IN THE WORLD, is not a green bracelet. And if it's too much to follow a WORLDWIDE protocol, STOP using and deceiving the people who will be served. Don't give me speeches about “we were without doctors”, “the four doctors who were attending were from other areas”, “your high blood pressure must be nothing”, “can I give you medicine X?”, “they are taking care of cases more serious than yours”, “the doctors were just going through the returns” because I'm TIRED of your lame excuses. I prefer you to take the time you would spend responding to me and review your services and professionals, why I felt neglected and in a hospital that for me was an example.

This team knew how to help me when I was really bad, they held my hand, and always gave me words of comfort. Unparalleled empathy. The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. But like I said they can improve. But as for the professionals, they are very attentive and excellent, I can confirm that 🐘😁❤️☮️ I've been going for years! Today, November 24, 2023, I make public our experience in this hospital, we arrived with our little 1-year-old son who had dislocated his hand and it was swollen, we were admitted and the girl took care of us very well, I have no complaints, she sent us to traumatology where we lasted approximately 3 hours, after that time we returned to talk to the girl who treated them and she told me to wait for a doctor to come out of the offices and ask him if he could treat us and that's how we waited for about 1 hour and a rude, poorly educated doctor came out. And for me without a vocation, he told me that the orthopedic surgeons were in surgery that I had to wait and be ready to be grateful that they were there and lastly he asked me where I was from. He can't take it anymore and I left that place crying with my son, what a lack of empathy if they treat people like that, I don't even want to imagine how without it with children. Very bad experience and I hope that doctor doesn't have to happen because we live through it. (I am the child's mother)

They claim they have a guardia or emergency but in reality they dont. You won't find a doc but you'll find loads of support staff. Not helpful when they've got support staff but no docs or nurses to actually help. It's claimed to be one of the best hospitals for kids but good luck trying to see a doc. My 5 year old had a fever for 3 days and convulsions so we decided to go to this hospital. Arrived and waited an hour for no one so I went banging on the guardia door, spoke to informes, admisión, orientation, etc but no help. I had to burst into their lunch room where at least 5 nurses were sitting down chatting just to get help. Screaming for help is the one way to go. You need to make a stink, bursting into rooms to get help. That's not how a hospital should run. Why must you have 5 people in informes, one in admison, one in orientation and ZERO doctorss???!!!! They've got no problem sending security at me but a doctor they don't have.

Went at 11:30 and was out by 14:00. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Used my Canadian passport and received all services free of charge. They took chest xrays and sent me off with the proper prescription, which I was able to buy from down the street. Thank you to all staff that helped me out! Keep up the great work! 👍

I came here because of an intense headache that I had a week ago, with my mother with high blood pressure (20 something) they gave her 2 pills and said in 2 hours we will call her to see if she stabilizes if not we will hospitalize her And 5 hours ago they told me they'll call you right next door it's 11:20 p.m. I just went to complain and they say: there I'll check if they're free and they'll take care of you... I would strongly advice foreign tourists against this hospital. I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and was immediately contacted by the International Patient Service. They're supposed to make your life easier but are actually an excuse to overcharge you without ever helping when needed. I've ended up paying over 500 USD to see a doctor and get some exams done, probably double of what I'd pay in Germany. They're very blunt about it and wrote to me they apply different tarifs to foreigners. We've all got a travel insurance, and I'm totally ok with a bit of a mark-up, but here I feel like a cow that's being milked to the very last drop.

Excellent care, medical equipment and building. They really serve you very quickly, you can request half shifts yourself without any problem. At the entrance table they welcome you quickly and explain everything to you What you need to know.

The girl in laboratory box 1, (a blonde) was disrespectful and did not help me solve the problem.
