Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Hospital staff is very helpful n polite. You would get the best doctors and nurses out here…. It is clean and hygienic. Car parking can be a problem out here but you can park your car outside the hospital. You can find ample space to sit with your relatives outside the building. My father at home was hospitalized with cancer. We become indebted to. Doctors, nurses, everyone, be kind. Everyone was polite and I felt at ease.

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. I had self funded surgery here 6 weeks ago. My surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing. 10/10. The nurses I had when I came out of recovery were great. Attention to detail, caring, wonderful. The nurses I had the following day were average. The surgery cost $11950, I was in hospital less than 18 hours. My admission was messed up, so after fasting from 9pm for an 8am surgery, I wasn’t admitted until after 4pm. Surgery went great and was out of recovery by 8pm. The next morning I wasn’t given any fluids or anything and was discharged not long after waking. I was given the wrong discharge papers and medication scripts too. Please do better in future. I would definitely think twice about having surgery here again.

All the staff at the Wesley are amazing. Even when staff are super busy, they are friendly, they make time for you and your every concern. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.

My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Have been coming here for one year plus for various reasons but I absolutely dread it every time since I would end up waiting for over an hour just to meet my doctor for 5 minutes and then the payment would take over an hour after that. Recently it has gotten so much worse. Doctor asked me to do an MRI for my ankle and they told me to be there an hour early. In the end, I had to wait for over an hour just to be transported to the MRI center. The person at the registration counter at the MRI center was really rude and gave me judgemental looks too. I was then asked to make a follow up appointment to review the MRI scan with my doctor. I tried to make an appointment online through their system but didn't get a response from them then they suddenly called me on the day itself and asked "are you coming for your appointment right now?" when I wasn't notified that my appointment is confirmed so I couldn't make it. I tried making an appointment online again, but didn't get a response through email or call. I tried calling them but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally got to talk to someone, the call got disconnected.

Was given appointment at 4pm but waited till 8pm. When ask, nurse give a very stupid excuse 'first come first basis'. If first come first basic then WHY GIVE TIME AND ASK NOT TO BE LATE???? This is ridiculous! So call private hospital but system sucks!!!! Is worse than government hospital. So many bad reviews with regards to waiting time, nurse rude and yet no improvement. Respond to review was 'cut and paste'. The management, please look into it seriously!

I m very disappointed with the system of client appointment at this hospital. Totally waste of time! 3 times was here, and all times I spent 2 -3 hrs!!! Where doctor see me only for 3-5 min. So much time takes to register, then to wait the appointment (initially the appointment was fixed, but always have to wait). And then to wait to pay for appointment. Second time the doctor was very rude when I asked him about my problem. Then he says “why I have to repeat so many times to you to understand..”. I was really trying to understand that I need that surgery he was suggesting me.

This hospital is the epitome of atrocity globally. My father was admitted due to a heart-related issue, and they subjected his frail body to numerous tests and experiments, further weakening him. Despite his delicate state, they proceeded with the bypass surgery without assessing his thin and feeble condition or considering whether his body could endure the procedure. The experiments conducted by them ultimately cost him his life. The doctors displayed a complete lack of support and denied visitation. During my last attempt to see my father before the surgery, they refused entry, escorting him to the operation theatre without allowing a proper farewell. From a distance, my father kept looking at me, desiring to meet, but these heartless individuals denied us that privilege. The management is deplorable. My father meant everything to me, and now, we are facing financial hardship, finding ourselves on the streets. In just four days, they generated a bill of 8 lakh rupees. I earnestly implore you to refrain from choosing this hospital based on the harrowing experience my family endured. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else, but the decision is yours. The repercussions of such suffering only affect the families involved, not others.

Recently i admit my dad in Metro Hospital under Gastrology, we have a worst experience, - The doctor in gastro OPD recommended , sleeping pills to a serious liver patient, my dad, which is wrong as per medical science. - OPD to Ward - Ward To HDU - in just 1 DAY - NO improvement only worse condition in 4 days - - The nursing staff is worse in ICU HDU , which is the main thing they do not have the correct knowledge. - Very much Money Minded Hospital .

Wow, delete this? Do you think it hurt because it was so realistic? This hospital doesn't really deserve a single star. Unfriendliness is basic, and sarcasm is a bonus because they ignore patients and criticize them. Also, they don't even know the quantity of supplies they have to manage, so they confidently say they are bragging about it, and when I ask if that makes sense, everyone tells me to put up with it because they don't have any. It's ridiculous, they say it's an essential item, but then they suddenly say it's okay if they don't have it, lol. They took hundreds of dollars of money, but they were really unfriendly as they kept all the money to make sure it was good. Why are you working because your preparation is inadequate and everyone says you don't know what to do?

A large hospital dating from the 70s, partly renovated, with many specialties and relatively correct care but very uncertain depending on the services as in many public assistance hospitals in general... We can therefore go there from heaven to hell, often with adorable and caring teams in intensive care or intensive care units and other totally overwhelmed teams with little regard for their patients because they are understaffed in many others services...

On the 3rd floor Orthopedic department: Caregivers, nurse, friendly staff overall 👍 Arthrodesis + laminectomy operation Dr Solène Prost service teacher Tropiano All the pain went well and was well treated. 5 days hospital Return home for 4 weeks to recover peacefully. Then start of physiotherapy rehabilitation.

I was taken to the Urgences here by ambulance and I have never had such an awful experience. The nurse who was looking after me was completely cold and uncaring despite the fact I has a blocked intestine and was not only I’m agony but kept blacking and vomiting. At one point when he saw me vomiting he said “don’t you think you are exaggerating a bit”! It took 6 hours before I had a scan and in that time I was left alone and given no blanket despite being soaked in sweat from the pain. When I finally went upstairs to the operating theatre, the experience was much better. I know this hospital has some great doctors and the surgeon who operated on me did an amazing job. My criticism is uniquely directed at the a&e “urgences” here which is just not good enough. All the staff were uncaring and cold and I felt scared and abandoned which is not what one should feel in hospital. Sorry, but a little more humanity would mean less stress to patients!

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

I had a planned ORL surgery with Professor Mirghani and his team, the team was very professional and I am very happy with the results. I had a good experience at the hospital which is modern and comfortable.

I was recently hospitalised for an operation, I found the doctors and nurses very kind however the people at reception are not friendly at all , particularly this lady, probably in her 50s with vision glasses on. I approached her to help me with the information to avail the taxi service ( which a patient is entitled to and is being paid by Social security) and since my French langage skills is not good, I opted to talk to her in English, she could converse in English but she kept arguing with me that I am lying about not being able to speak french. Even though it’s not her job, I choose to be nice and insisted that I am not comfortable in speaking French, she asked me for my cart-vital just to prove her point to me that I have lived enough time in France to be able to speak French. Instead of helping me find a taxi, she kept arguing and accusing me of lying. I was in pain and could not stand there arguing with her so I opted to just leave after letting her know that she is not being nice. I could still hear her arguing and probably cursing while I was leaving. Later, I regretted not noting down her name so I could complain to the management of hospital. A lady probably in her late 50s, of black origin and wears vision glasses ( explaining her features since I didn’t write down her name) I hope not other patients have had the same experience.

I went in via the emergency room as I had severe stomach pain. Although it took until the evening to get me admitted, the doctors, nurses, and other staff were kind and attentive. I have to say I was very hesitant to go in due to the reviews. I even held on to the pain for two days. But my experience wasn't entirely bad.

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

Horrible! Dont go to this clinic. The most unfriendly employees I have experienced in this Hospital. Yes I do speak spanish but once I didnt understand smth the lady just ignored me! Errors start already in front of the Clinic. Apparently they don't know the difference between a Swiss flag and a medical (red!!!) cross. So my question: is this a Swiss Clinic??? Of course not...

My mom got a well planned surgery in this Clinic. Excellent outstanding service what a relief. Fast service, very diligent and well trained all staff. Great place to get well and get some recovery. If you get sick go there you will be fine quickly. Do not visit Los Nogales clinic or La Colina. Marly is the best! Thank you all for your service! Mom is doing great. The doctor was very profesional!

We took our son because of pain in lower abdomen, and met more than kind, careful and friendly personel, who had so much patience due to our lack of German language knowledge and provided explanation in English. Appendix surgery has done the same day-we were alowed to be with our child during the wake from nnarcosis and during ghe whole process frindly and kind nurses provided the best possible care. A big thank you to every single person who was a part in this journey. The only.unpleasent experience was the worker (lady) in accounting deprtment-she was so rude and impolite and clearly showed that she is more than annoyed with my bad German. So much that she was cinic and ironic. But I didn't want to give one star less because of some frustrated national-oriented insignificant person :-)

Just was released yesterday after being admitted last Thursday in need of a pacemaker. My husband and I were so pleased with our experience. Dr Marlon and Dr Francisco from the cardiology department were amazing. I was treated very well. I will be forever grateful.

Such an amazing experience! I went to the emergency with a stomach issue and they immediately took me in for checks and tests. Super professional - totally recommend!

Terrible (i.e. no) pain management after severe accident. Got also pain chock due to rush in changing linnen. As I chose to be operated at my home hospital (one of the top three hospital in pelvis operations in the whole World) they got upset and delayed my ambulance flight with a day (by not filling in papers on time). You can imagine the cost of having an ambulance flight waiting for you one extra day..
