The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Going there for the first time, getting information and seeing the Doctor was fast and easy.

Went to see a doctor who claimed he had been trained at Johns Hopkins. His degrees were completely fake. Unreal. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

First timer in the house! Overall enjoyed my stay here. The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get! Your attentiveness and soothing voices really helps me thru some rough times here. Thank you! ❤️ Oh! And the food selections in the room are really good too, always go for the Japanese food. The medical team are very good from the Doctors to the supporting staff I was there for surgery and it all went well. They nurses makes you feel saved and in good hands the hospital environment very clean and well trained staffs and toilets so clean. The worst hospital with inhumane and brutal doctors. A word to doctors there "You may remember one day when you are dying what you did to your patients" if you are heartless and you dealing with patients lives just for business, then you are cheapest kind of inhumane and dogs are much valuable. the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. I would like to write a letter of gratitude to the all staff of the clinic, especially Dr. Peter-Michael Krieger. During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. Highest level and professionals. Once again many thanks to all your team who were involved in helping my mother.

I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

Make an appointment, it's simple... the specialist never arrived, they send you a message to ensure punctuality out of respect for the doctor's time but they do not respect yours, they left me waiting for about 30 minutes, they charge the consultation at $1500, not cheap for the service. a private clinic, anyway, thank you!

I am an American on an extended vacation here in Mexico City and I saw Dr Luis Villalobos Perez. Hands down he was the best doctor I have ever seen in my fifty years of life. He truly took time to discuss my health problem and my history and he gave me a thorough physical exam, I feel like I have not had an actual physical exam since I was in high school. It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.

I wasn't going to write a review (I'm so over all this), but I feel compelled to after reading a review that was extremely similar to what I experienced here for COVID-19 treatment. I tested COVID-positive on January 3rd and started Paxlovid. I saw my neighborhood doctor on January 4th. I am vaccinated (and boosted) but am at high risk with asthma. I was given steroids and breathing medicine. I was instructed to go to the hospital if I got worse. I got worse. The following evening, my oxygen dropped below 80. Scared, I called an ambulance and requested to be taken to this hospital as it was supposed to be the best. They took my oxygen in the ambulance and immediately gave me oxygen. I was on oxygen the whole time in the ambulance. I was taken off oxygen when I arrived as my saturation reached the high 90s. I requested the antiviral remdesivir. The doctor refused to give me the medicine. I explained how my condition worsened despite days on Paxlovid, steroid injections, oral steroids, bronchodilators, and rescue inhalers. He could not have cared less. I requested to leave as the doctor was not going to treat me (he charged me, though). The doctor told me there were other ID specialists. I requested to speak to one of them, and the doctor left. While waiting, someone else came in and said there were no other ID specialists there, so I paid and left. It should be noted my saturation had fallen to 92% by that time. I struggled at home with symptoms for the next few days. I continued testing positive after completing Paxlovid. My condition worsened, and I returned to the neighboring doctor about a week after leaving the hospital. Still symptomatic and COVID-positive, he examined me and found pneumonia. My labs were also abnormal, showing evidence I had developed blood clots due to COVID-19. He prescribed medicine for pneumonia and clots (which worked). All this could have been prevented. Trying to get my medical records from this hospital afterwords (for insurance) was like pulling teeth. It took forever to get my records, and when I finally did, I was shocked. The doctor noted that I said things I never did. My signature was forged on the documents. Worst hospital experience ever. Very expensive and received no treatment. The administration is a nightmare as well. Avoid it if possible.

We have been living In 3 different countries for the past 9 years, never experienced anything as bad. We have a a top insurance but they “suddenly” only excepts credit card payment. Stayed for additional 5 hours because they did not let’s leave. No one speaks English except the doctors. However, doctors are very competent and reason for not one but two stars.

Absurdly (like, for real) expensive for a very mediocre level of service. I went to the urgency center, and i found it very useless that on every stage (reception, triage, first and second doctor) they asked me the same questions. The doctor took more than half an hour to arrive. The receptionist has misinformed me and I did a very expensive (since I’m traveling abroad) call which wasn’t necessary at that moment. Also, several times there were several people coming in at a time, also unnecessary, certainly didn’t create a feeling of comfort. The room in which I was attended was small and the door was never closed.

Excellent nursing team, I had problems on a few occasions releasing the medication (bureaucratic part), but something punctual. The team was very attentive and dedicated to the patient. Very happy to recognize the quality and exceptional service of the entire team.

Great service, especially from the receptionists and customer service assistant. I didn't really like the hematologist's care, but everything else was very good.

I gave priority to starting treatment at the clinic, on the recommendation of an incredible doctor. I was received very well by Dr. Clarissa and Dr. Liliana who are accompanying me in this process, but the reception team, appointments, among others, do not have the same desire to help, I believe that they are not strongly aligned with the purpose of the institution, there is no point in having welcoming doctors and the other sectors are involved in the process . Immediately they need to go through a recycling, the clinic has to be a welcoming and harmonious place.

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. I used to get my appendix out here. They're not that good. In the operating room I woke up during the operation and no excuses but since then I have had nightmares for years afterwards and I still have documents from that time and will now check for damages. Back then I was 10-11 years old and today I'm 47 and was hunting for it Nightmares whoever it happened to. And do you also have documents with the name of the treating doctor? Don't go here. Even my grandma was in there because of her hip and after that it went downhill. I'll never go to German slaughterhouses again. If you come abroad or go to neighboring countries, the doctors are better, even when taking blood there are differences. Bad doctors, some people really express their displeasure and I think that the 4-5 stars were bought by the hospital. You have been silent for years. Nowadays you can also watch it on television. In Denmark you doctors have a bad reputation. If you ever want to emigrate if you are a doctor then why not go to Denmark because it is noticeable here how bad you are and some people behave like they deliver in the hospital, they would have been sorted out here long ago. Who else is laughed at in the op? Maybe there's more than the hospital can handle. You can always start a survey that can be done publicly and at the chamber. The more you report what happened to you, the sooner the bad doctors come out and who didn't treat you well. If they are immoral to you, report them to the chamber and you'll sort out the black sheep. They paid so many to get the stars. And so many people giving full points says it all. If you don't want any damage then it's better to go to another hospital. And that will be everywhere soon. Besides the exam. I also send it to the Medical Association. A German woman recently lost her job in a retirement home because she drank on duty. She goes back to Germany with greetings to a retirement home there. Very bad reputation when it comes to doctors.

My mother had her thyroidectomy surgery done here recently. She was hospitalised for a total of 5 days. Her Thyroid gland was exceptionally huge, but Dr Marius Kivilis managed to remove the entire gland in one surgery. He has done a fantastic job and my mother's recovery has been very smooth. It was a very difficult surgery that we passed with ease. The nursing team were exceptionally kind and attentive. They were going above and beyond their duty to ensure the patients and their families felt comfortable and cared for. You could see that they care for you as a person who is going through a hard time, as opposed to "another patient" who will be leaving the hospital soon. The ward was clean and airy, with plenty of natural light. overall, we were very satisfied with the procedure and the service, Thank you Augusta Krankenhaus! :)

Extremely negative experience, after having traveled more than 100km and 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment scheduled for December 4 at 1:20 p.m., for possible breast cancer, I learned on the spot that it had been brought forward to 9 a.m. without being informed . Despite the advance of almost 30 minutes for each patient, the two doctors present categorically refused, without even coming or apologizing to carry out the planned examinations. Probably a golf course or a houndstooth hunt planned for 4 p.m.??!!!. No consideration or humanity on their part. So I stay with my anxieties and my doubts until a possible another appointment.

Hospital Paulistano is excellent, incredible professionals from reception to departure, delicious food, I was very well assisted by neurosurgeon Dr Adil Bachir and Dr Rodrigo during my anterior and posterior lumbar arthrodesis surgery, on the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae, almost 8 hours, doctors on duty, very human and attentive, wonderful nursing technicians, excellent nurses, excellent and committed physiotherapists, it was an immense joy 1 day after the surgery to get up from the bed and walk around, without any support. My mother waited for my surgery in a room, fully assisted by the staff and nurses, thank you in advance for so much effort and care. Congratulations to everyone involved. The only negative point is the shower, which doesn't heat up very much.

Today I had it at the oncology outpatient unit with an appointment more than 30 days ago. When I got there I found out that it was no longer scheduled. Because my plan, which was Amil, changed on 11/01/23 to Bradesco and they simply didn't send me a confirmation email. In other words, lack of respect and I missed two appointments, one with the oncologist and another with the general surgery team (which has already been rescheduled 4 times since September) Today I was rescheduled for 11/24 by the oncologist and the general surgery team oncology on 12/11. I complained to customer service. What I heard was . I'm sorry ma'am, let's find out what happened. Very inhumane towards cancer patients. And on June 14th of this year, during my first surgery, they lost all my exams from the surgical center back to the room. What I heard from the Surgical Center Manager... I trust my team... This has never happened... In other words, I'm the one who fights behind the exams to continue the treatment. I had to go to the Lavosier and Tecnolab laboratories to request a duplicate of the image exams.

I had knee surgery on 6/24. The service was all polite. They always ask you to arrive two hours before surgery completely fasting. Before the surgery I spent time with nursing, with an anesthesiologist and with my doctor. All facilities clean and well organized.
