Waiting times of more than 9 hours!! Cannot recommend going there if there is any other option. Absolutely understaffed. No air conditioning in the waiting room. The vending machine only takes coins, therefore big risk for dehydration. Haven’t had a worse experience in a hospital ever.

Being a tourist in Bologna and having to attend Pronto Soccorso was daunting, however my experience of the treatment I received was first class. Most of the staff spoke English at a level that I could understand what was happening regarding my treatment, from doctors to porters. I am very grateful for the medical care that was provided during a time of stress and pain.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.

They have a terrible Surgeon, is name is José Antonio Soriano, he was my surgeon and the results of the operation were disastrous, he only cares about money , and not about his patients. I filed a complaint at the hospital and the didn’t do nothing

Terrible experience. I tested positive for COVID three days ago, and began Paxlovid and fever reducers immediately. After three days, I am still having symptoms and testing positive. I called the ambulance to bring me to the hospital. My oxygen was 81 (after a dexamethasone injection and tablet today). The paramedic gave me oxygen right away in the ambulance. The doctor was useless. He refused to prescribe remdesivir. In nonhospitalized patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 who are at high risk of progressing to severe disease, remdesivir should be started within 7 days of symptom onset and administered for 3 days. The doctors name was Dr. Diego Lecona. I showed proof of my asthma and low oxygen saturation from prior attacks. He did nothing to help me and didn’t give me the medicine. All he did was charge me over $300 for a useless consult. Never again

Unfortunately I became quite I’ll on a recent trip to Mexico City. The physician on call for the hotel direct me to this hospital. My care in ER was efficient, caring and appropriate. Lilliana and Mezil in Er were so caring and great communicators. I was admitted and again impressed with the care of the team. Very professional and respectful. When called received prompt response. My physician, Dr Jessica was knowledgeable, great personality and did follow thru with communication upon my return home. Highly recommend and hope in US we can rid our staff of the EMR demands that take them away from the bedside. Perhaps then we can be as attentive as the team in this hospital. Thank you to the nurses, housekeeping and residents as well!

Imagine being in a wheelchair, trying to get into urgent care for a surgery you had there, and not being helped about when you arrive, somehow managed to get into the triage and then be left alone, then get the need to use the bathroom at a place not clearly design to be used for people with mobility issues, then the only person available to help you is another patient passing by. It's such a shame that all of this happened here, where I have yet to get medical attention for my urgent needs.

High-end & premium hospital with very poor services. Everything is slow and unsystematic. Average waiting time is around 1hr ++ at each location (from at the clinic reception, meds collection at the pharmacy) The clinic receptionist were very unprofessional, loudly gossiping about their other colleague at the front desk area, I can clearly hear what they were talking while I was sitting at the other end of the room. There are more than 4 counters at the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist was on duty at a time to hand over meds to the customers. I think the service at some gov hospitals are far way better than here.

Exellent service, all the staff, nurse and the doctor are amazing, you know that the are working wholeheartedly. The hospital is clean, treatment is done with procedure which make patient not waiting to long.

You can be in pain in comfort. The service is always efficient, with friendly and comforting nurses and doctors. There is a porter man that will accompany and bring you to xray places. The menu is always yummy and you can choose your food from the menu one day ahead. Everything is healthy but flavourful. The room is a single room with a sofa bed for someone to accompany you. Since I am covered by insurance, the cost is not under me, but I have to be referred with a referral letter and admitted. Otherwise, it would be quite costly to be treated here.

Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. The quality of the medical act was superlative. Thank you very much for your involvement and results.

I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. My dad had died yesterday due to pure negligence. My dad was awake and alive but very exhausted. His blood was 6.5. What killed him was the 8 hours of waiting for the doctor to arrive and make a decision. When that happened, it was too late, and I lost my dad, for ever. I was told that the hospital is broke, and don’t pay salaries. I highly recommend everyone to NOT consider any hospital in Irbid.

The hospital is a large and major medical edifice in northern Jordan, serving a large segment of citizens, providing comprehensive medical services of high quality. There is no doubt that the large number of auditors affects the quality of service administratively. Large parking is available. There is more than one prayer room, but more attention is needed in the cleanliness inside the prayer room. The WC public health facilities are unfortunately not clean, and most of the reason is the misuse of patients and companions, and some of them smoke in them!! And the facilities do not have toilet paper! However, there must be a comprehensive program for the cleanliness of these facilities by the cleaning authority.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. Had to wait 3 hours to get discharge & to get a sign The billing front desk was rude & talking nonsense & was-giving excuses with no artifacts. Adding some pictures as evidence.

Nice hospital with experienced Doctors.. Hygiene is well maintained here. My father's PTCA/Stenting was done from here. Very satisfied from the treatment.
