An elderly man was admitted for examination. Attending physician - +74954146567 - Yulia Andreevna Prus. Refuses to talk to relatives. Doesn't fit the phone. The information from the patient is contradictory. We can't get any results.

The center is huge and looks big and modern. They do rare tests here, but they told me they only paid for a referral. There is a buffet. Toilets are few, uncomfortable and without paper. From the metro to the cardiocenter, bus 660 runs about 20 minutes in time.

I used to get my appendix out here. They're not that good. In the operating room I woke up during the operation and no excuses but since then I have had nightmares for years afterwards and I still have documents from that time and will now check for damages. Back then I was 10-11 years old and today I'm 47 and was hunting for it Nightmares whoever it happened to. And do you also have documents with the name of the treating doctor? Don't go here. Even my grandma was in there because of her hip and after that it went downhill. I'll never go to German slaughterhouses again. If you come abroad or go to neighboring countries, the doctors are better, even when taking blood there are differences. Bad doctors, some people really express their displeasure and I think that the 4-5 stars were bought by the hospital. You have been silent for years. Nowadays you can also watch it on television. In Denmark you doctors have a bad reputation. If you ever want to emigrate if you are a doctor then why not go to Denmark because it is noticeable here how bad you are and some people behave like they deliver in the hospital, they would have been sorted out here long ago. Who else is laughed at in the op? Maybe there's more than the hospital can handle. You can always start a survey that can be done publicly and at the chamber. The more you report what happened to you, the sooner the bad doctors come out and who didn't treat you well. If they are immoral to you, report them to the chamber and you'll sort out the black sheep. They paid so many to get the stars. And so many people giving full points says it all. If you don't want any damage then it's better to go to another hospital. And that will be everywhere soon. Besides the exam. I also send it to the Medical Association. My mother had her thyroidectomy surgery done here recently. She was hospitalised for a total of 5 days. Her Thyroid gland was exceptionally huge, but Dr Marius Kivilis managed to remove the entire gland in one surgery. He has done a fantastic job and my mother's recovery has been very smooth. It was a very difficult surgery that we passed with ease. The nursing team were exceptionally kind and attentive. They were going above and beyond their duty to ensure the patients and their families felt comfortable and cared for. You could see that they care for you as a person who is going through a hard time, as opposed to "another patient" who will be leaving the hospital soon. The ward was clean and airy, with plenty of natural light. overall, we were very satisfied with the procedure and the service, Thank you Augusta Krankenhaus! :)

if you have an emergency, run away from this place, they are the worst people, the doctor on the ambulance who got us there was begging them to accept a patient who had a big cardiac problem and the doctors from this place sent him away, later that night he had a big cardiac crysis and almost died, we went to another hospital who immediately put him in ICU, wondering how the other hospital could do this. These people can't treat a sore throat, or our patient arived there before our envelope of money for the doctors did.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

Visited here on 13th March 2023 as my mum had wrist fracture. Overall it was a good experience. Dr Dana and her team, emergency department staff and x-ray staff were very professional and helpful. They did tell us where to make the payment. However, the amount to be paid was a bit confusing. Regardless of what the doctors did, the amount were the same for the first day and following day. If you need immediate assistance, go to their emergency department (legevakt) instead of the main entrance. Search for "Tromsø kommunale legevakt" on Google map.

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

Terrible facilities, the room we paid for without heating, the chair old and hard, the recliner broken... a 29-inch television located almost on the ceiling of the room. TERRIBLE SERVICE from the guards, they have ZERO empathy, AGREE in all areas, because before going I contacted them to see if they would let me in, the nurse said no problem, to mention that it is on the second floor in the short stay When the security personnel arrived, they asked me and I told them where I was going. They asked me for the name of the patient and when I told them they started searching and told me in an annoyed tone: “IT'S NOT TRUE.” A tall lady with glasses who was sitting there started rude to tell me that there was only for pregnant women, so I dialed to confirm and the RUDE lady started telling the other guards not to let me in because there was another person there that I was talking to, they really treat you like If you were committing a crime, instead of having empathy, the lady who works there is super rude, YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS because they told me that "THIS IS SHE WAS" I mean, she has several complaints, I told them that they had told me that it was possible, that I would not have gone there without asking, and they would not let me in, and they told me that the nurses and doctors DID NOT HAVE A VOICE OR VOTE, that they should dedicate themselves to their own thing, I asked them to file a formal COMPLAINT or at least a suggestion and With a mocking tone they told me: THESE ARE NOT HOURS and they passed me on to the admission card, for what? If she is the same, she told me that the only ones who had “the power” were the guards and that if they said no, it was NO, so I told her that my annoyance was that I asked if it was possible to enter, before going, and that right there they asked and told me that if the corresponding area and that I had not driven there for this to happen, she told me that she could not do anything, so AGREE IN ALL THE AREAS, so I returned and They marked me again, the nurse said to let me in, OF COURSE YOU COULD, and I told the RUDE guard again along with that lady, and another man arrived and they asked him if it was possible? Good Hospital, If any Emergency then come to this Hospital. Dr. Jagdish Parikh Dr. Chirag Parikh and Dr. Nabar are really very good doctors staff also supportive to patients and visitors.

The hospital is good but some staff as usual are very insensitive specially sonography department and the staff. My father on wheel chair he had sonography appointment but bcas of some issues i needed male staff .. the sister denied saying untill u admit we can't give male attendant. Than I request her to keep my rest files with her and I'll go inside the sonography room with my father she denied for that either. Than they said we will nt give you sonography report on the spot I said it's urgent as he needs to be operated rudely the Dr says ' Humko aur bhi kaam hai and patient hai, hum sirf aapke liye nahi baithe hai' so mine is a scheduled appointment and I was before time n you very well known that how many area the sonography has to be performed and I'm paying for that. So you should have given the rest appointments accordingly. So now next day that too after requesting they said to come and collect at 11 am as I had Dr appointment but than also it was not ready and they said it will take time so I had to scream and get the work done all this after they knew how emergency it was. Now as my father was on wheel chair so when we reach the hospital gate their some car was inside the premises and we had to stop the car at gate n take him inside so the nurse came to drag the chair but while going the cab driver was very old so he couldn't take inside I told the same nurse let's pull the wheelchair outside. Now conveniently she denied giving the reason ' Hospital wheel chair are nt allowed to cross the hospital gate' like really I saw with a straight face n told her wat happened when we arrived bcas ur hospital car was there than the rule change. She behaved deaf hear but I told I'll complain she was affaired than. Even the male attendant was sitting and not wanting to help. Seriously sonography dept and staff needs to be better this gives Hospital a negative remark but hospital is really good !

Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.
