My experience with Mediclinic is always great irrespective of the branch I visit. They have a wonderful set of Doctors and staff. You feel well informed and respected . I visited Dr Israa (Internal Medicine) a week ago for myself and my daughter. She was very polite and provided me a personal touch in her treatment. I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

I had minimally invasive surgery and stayed 4 days. The nurses and doctors were all very friendly and helpful, the hospital and patient rooms were quiet, clean, and smelled fresh. I usually have a hard time sleeping in an unfamiliar place, but the hospital bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable and the nurses gave me something at night so I actually ended up getting the best sleep in years. Evening rounds came in at 10:30 PM and morning was 7:50 AM so my roommate and I got our 8-9 hours sleep and went home rested. Big thank you to all doctors and nurses at Albertinen Krankenhaus.

Came to Notaufnahme with racing heart, palpitations and chest pains with breathing issues. I wasnt sure whether it was serious enough considering how full the hospital was and i felt embarrassed to go. Nevertheless, i was treated warmly and respectfully during my long and expected wait (its an emergency room people, chances are someone is going to be sicker and more needing of help than you!) . The staff were under pressure with so many sick people and i was happy to wait. They found me room to stay overnight as the Cardiac Unit was full, and still i was treated respectfully and with dignity. I too am a foreigner, with questionable German skills but i try and found no racism as other have said. Im now in the cardiac ward and grateful that im being cared for. Still! Thankyou to lovely Notaufnahme Doctor, the Cardiac team, the nurses at 2A and also now up in 6B. Everyone has a sense of humour and are so friendly! I recommend this hospital 100% you are in good hands! Chill!

We can tell Dr. Highly recommend Geibel and his birth team! We felt totally taken care of and extremely looked after. Apparently they still exist, competent doctors with empathy who listen and take their time.

A family member spent a month in different wards of this hospital this year due to cancer. Internal and external communication resembles a catastrophe: • Some doctors hardly speak German • No uniform diagnosis, every doctor told something different • Lack of emphatic behavior in the doctor-patient conversation, pure transmission of medical information • Important PET examination in external facilities had to be postponed because sobriety was forgotten The nursing staff and the senior doctor in rehabilitation, Mr. Krasniqi, who was the only one who tried to build a bond with the patient and respond to feelings, worries and needs, remain positive in memories

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. First call to your secretariat to make an appointment, and I might as well tell you that the secretary should review her way of responding and explaining things without necessarily being haughty, and ridiculous as she says so well. .

This hospital sucks, avoid this hospital as much as possible!!! Went to the emergency room with my daughter for her ear, the doctor says wait a minute and after waiting half an hour it didn't come off anymore, but he was walking back and forth in his workspace .... grrrrr we are just left without further information.

People's health no longer comes first, is a commercial hospital just like all other hospitals, there are a few good doctors but also a few serious bunglers: Dr. De Kelver, Dr Segers, these are not good Dr and have no conscience...

Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. Totally thrilled and equally disappointed at the same time. From the surgical team, preparation, operation and recovery room as well as the care on ward 3 B, everything was great 👍. I wouldn't be here today after 9 days without these helpful people. Thanks especially to Dr. Hessler who operated on my lumbar spine. I was very disappointed 1. that there was no physiotherapy in the house that would have mobilized me a little better. And 2. and I personally find this the worst: I had to fill out and sign a lot of forms so that everything was done for the AHB when it came to discharge management. Unfortunately everyone was sick and no one cared. Anyone can get sick, but then the work that has been left behind has to be caught up on. The patient relies on it. If I hadn't asked by phone today, I would have waited a very long time. And then I received a statement that couldn't be true. You are no longer a patient here, you must contact your treating doctor. I immediately called the health insurance company; completely wrong statement. The application can be submitted until the time for AHB is over. The discharge management was instructed by me to take care of this through my numerous signatures, regardless of whether I was still in the hospital or not. Very bad management.

Very quiet and in nature, which is a clear plus point for the location. A lot more care could be taken in the green area. Some of the staff are extremely friendly and you feel very welcome and comfortable. On the other hand, you also feel like a number or object that needs to be repaired quickly and disappear as quickly as possible. Everyone should be able to have a smile and a touch of friendliness. From the preparation in the hospital room to the immediate preparation for the operation with anesthesia to waking up after the operation, everything was very exemplary, so I felt very well taken care of. Unfortunately, in the hospital room you noticed that the next patients were waiting and you had to put your shoes on as quickly as possible and it was best to run away. The explanation for further independent treatment was like an attack for me. The light came on early, people asked for names, ran their fingers along my leg to see if I could feel everything and then, without checking whether the seams were ok, I said “then you can go home now”! There was still blood in one spot, which was then taped up and they said, now they can go home. In addition, they have never had anything to do with such tablets/medications, injections and changing bandages, explained quickly and they can handle it. When I asked again, I responded with annoyance, as if I had to know. Ultimately it's not rocket science, but with so much information after waking up, it's a challenge. The operation and doctor were great and the handling was a bit of a flop.

I heard a lot about this hospital, but I think the service is average. But it is true that many good and experienced doctors do chambers here. But there is also a flip side to the coin of this hospital. The worst hospital I have ever visited, the staff is thinking that they can figure what problems are important and which are not. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. The next day morning another doctor said that I should have come earlier 🫠 I hope they will be treated like they treat other people!

No complaint about medical stuff. They are kind and very professional as always, however woman at reception with red hair at that info point kiosk at entrance is very arrogant and rude not only to us but while i was waiting there same behavior with all other patients.

I wish you a good day. In June 2023, our 89-year-old mother was operated on in your hospital. She was operated on by Mudr. Turčan, Mr. Prime Minister of the private gynecologist. Mamma center in BB. He performed the operation in an absolutely professional manner, for which we thank him very much. My mother, but also the family, were very worried about putting her to sleep, as she has a very weak heart and, of course, her old age. She was anesthetized by the head of the OAIM department, Mudr. Paľúch Štefan, who did his job absolutely professionally. After the operation, he gave us the necessary information, assured and reassured us that my mother was transferred to the ward in a stable condition, where he took the initiative to check her. In this way, I want to sincerely thank him for our family and my mother for everything he did for her, for his fantastic care and spiritual support. I sincerely thank the Surgical Department - Hospital Agel Žiar nad Hronom. I met incredibly nice medical staff in the department, helpful, smiling, without any signs of nervousness or stress. I also rate the cleanliness of the ward and the food very positively. Although I had a prescribed diet, the dishes were excellently flavored. Special thanks to the mayor MUDr. To Ján Grolmus for his human approach and urgent solution to my health problem. I needed a full body MRI as soon as possible. I contacted the SM Clinic. I signed up for an overnight stay to get a discount. The study did not last long. I received the results the very next day.

An ultrasound of the heart of a 6-month-old child was performed by the wonderful doctor Ilya Igorevich Kravtsov. The appointment was carried out professionally, the results were ready immediately, on the same day. The doctor explained and described our situation in detail.

I was treated for a dislocation at this medical center. They quickly did an X-ray and an ultrasound. Anesthesia was used during treatment. The dislocation was old and the treatment process was not easy. But I'm glad that everything worked out in the end and I feel great now.

The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

Shame and shame on this place, where you are greeted by disgruntled receptionists who probably didn't understand what it means to be helpful and nice when you greet patients and their attendants who come to undergo one or another medical procedure, simple or complex, it doesn't matter - you can't contact or talk to them, make eye contact , and even when you turn and ask, God forbid, more than one question, you are met with disdain, lack of interest, eye rolls, and today, from my experience, it came to her raising her voice, of course. Amazing medical center! I had an operation there and was hospitalized for 24 hours after the operation. During my hospitalization I received treatment, information, personal treatment at the highest level! Good food, television, toilets and super comfortable beds in every room! The lobby is designed and pleasant to be there, art depends on the editor of all the rooms and the common area. There is a cafe at the entrance. What's more, they don't have parking. With me I will definitely come back here!

I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !! Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening! Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

This hospitals hiring practices are down right racist the hr department is deceptive and i see why this campus has a high turnover rate. If you are a person that speaks up for yourself and don't fit the so called culture don't apply you won't last long they will gaslight, be dismissive and show down right racism in you're face. This review is more from an employment perspective and how the hospital operates behind the scenes. There’s a reason why UCLA is popular… they have money, mostly state of the art equipment, the hospital is clean and well designed but what happens behind the scenes is just plain scary. I worked here for about 3 years and was regularly dealing with high school drama, backstabbing colleagues, and abusive management. When you’re working somewhere that has a reputation, everyone will try to throw you under the bus in order to lift themselves up in front of management. Lies, deceit, manipulation, etc. UCLA is no exception and they did nothing to prevent this. I’ve worked for 4 major hospitals and UCLA is low on that list as one of the worst hospitals I’ve worked in. The culture here is very toxic and I know a handful of people who have also quit for similar reasons to the ones I cited.
