Very bad experience today , waiting time for gynaecologist almost 1:30 H:M , pregnant women had to wait for more than 90 min . Doctors timing should be informed at billing counter if not available.

Yesterday, I have visited there for an angiography test of my father in heart department. Honestly saying this is very good hospital with full of amenities and services. The most valuable thing is that all staff's behaviour is good and smooth. Doctors, nurses and other supporting staffs are behaving betterly and are giving their 100 percent to the patient. Patient attenders are also getting good services here like canteen, waiting sofa and sleeping area. I want to thank Yatharth Hospital and team for making such a wonderful staff management. Cost is high but services are satisfactory.

Had great experience at yatharth during our child delivery... Special thanks to my doctor Dr Mamta jha... She is the one the best and experienced doctor in greater noida. We had super smooth process for everything.. Nursing staff and hospital management is super flexible and supportive. Located in sector 1 Greater Noida West. My mother was admitted here for Endoscopic and Gall bladder surgery. Dr. Amogh and Kushal were like a God figure for us as treatment went well and my mother is recovering well by God grace. Further also wanted to comment on the rooms and services. Supporting staff/nurses like Kiran, Oindrilla was amazing . Their services and support I would highly recommend. Keep it up The food was healthy and hygienic as well. Rooms were comfortable with all necessary things available which help the attendant to stay comfortable too.

Very good doctors and support staffs. They have done tremendous job. 1st day experience was bad due to emergency staffs unavailability and rudeness(when we complaint about their unavailability). They were busy in personal calls and gossips( but security guards of emergency ward was very supportive and helpful) but after admitting the patient everything was good. Doctors are very experienced and generous. Support staffs are very helpful and provided good support. Billing department is also very helpful in providing information and discharge was very smooth. I will give 4.5 out of 5(-0.5 due to 1st day experience).

A great place for patients surgery, treatment, medication and health. Staff's behave gently with all precautions and care. Patient will feel another home here in such critical cases. I am thankful to the Hospital and it's services.

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

Comfortable environment and courteous personnel. There room for improvement for test screening arrangement. Not so effective, longer waiting time. Need better coordination.

Their bed was comfortable compared to other 2 big named hospitals. Had abit of difficulties in communication due to some nurse can't speak English. But I will definitely chose here again. Plus they offer menu to chose for every meal.

It's my first time to have health screening at their branch! I can say that their service is superb! The nurses are nice, the doctor is helpful, the staffs are polite! My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

I have been asking for my medical report that supposed to share via email last week. It's been 3 weeks since I have visited the gynae there and already called thrice to check the report status but no proper response from the clinic. Every time the answer is doctor is reviewing the report and we will call you by TODAy!!! But it never happened until today. Very disappointed with the service.

I am a stroke patient here since August 2023 and I have been doing my physio treatment at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre, Klang. I am under the care of Ms Sharynn. She offered her assistance and expertise in her duty of work. Under her care, I got a very speedy recovery and I am very happy that I am able to walk very fast and stable. I like to thank her and her whole department assistance offered to me. All of them are very friendly and helpful.

Doctors are awesome, one of the best in Mumbai. Service is pathetic !!! You go on pressing the call button for hours and no nurse comes in, highly miss managed, you will be going around without any help from here to there (as if it’s a govt hospital) and many such negative things … But again - doctors are really really great here!!!

This experience is even more disappointing than my previous encounters at government hospitals. I was admitted here through emergency last night, and after numerous tests, it was confirmed that I am positive for influenza B. I've been dealing with severe coughing and a sore throat, making it impossible to sleep. At 5 am, I urgently requested cough medicine and a spray for relief, but the nurses informed me that I had to wait for the doctor's morning check-up to prescribe the medication. Despite waiting until 12 pm for the doctor's arrival, the medicine still hasn't been provided, and it has been five hours. They explained that they are in the process of preparing the medicine. Honestly, considering the delay, I'm contemplating whether it would be quicker to go to an external clinic or pharmacy to purchase the medication. It's disheartening to face such delays in a hospital setting, and I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Clean and nice place. But they are too freaking slow. it took more than 1h 30mins from the moment they told us about the ward number until my wife got into her ward. Ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful， understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. I had to be in the hospital for knee surgery of my son. The experience of us surpassed all the expectations. The doctor, an ex army officer, Dr Bura Sindhupakorn, took care of my son as if the patient is his relative. His care, empathy, motivation and overall the positive thinking of the treatment plan was simply outstanding. His continuous monitoring after post operative was unexpectedly good. The international marketing manager, Ms Masha was too caring for my son. Looked after regularly about everything with a very positive attitude. With her, her staffs also were highly professional and caring. The nursing staffs were highly qualified and professional, who took care of my son always. The staffs of King of Bones were polite, dedicated, proactive in proving seevice and professional. The staffs of foreign cell, splecially Mr Nur Hossain and Ms Diya were very much helpful to us. The cleanliness, procedure, follow-up and the ambience of the hospital is really world-class and we were more than satisfied. Thanks to the hospital authority, Doctors, nurses and staffs for such good care of my son.

Feeling blessed to get my treatment in SJMC. The service is good. My doctor is Dato Yip, she is superb, professional and efficient. I also want to express my “thank you” to all the nurse/staff i met along- department imaging, biopsy, operation, ward, educator and etc. They all are very caring, professional and always carry smile on their face. Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately. I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate. Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital. Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.

I felt I was in great hands from start to finish & very much appreciated the care shown. Everyone from the consultant, ward team & theatre team did their very best to provide fantastic care. The physiotherapists were also fantastic & really worked hard to get me mobile & discuss any worries. Having such a great, knowledgeable, caring & welcoming team really does put a very stressful situation at ease - The team at the Albyn is second to none.

Attentive and very friendly staff! I postponed my surgery for so many years and so glad that I did it at Albyn hospital. The whole experience was very smooth and professional. Wouldn't have minded to get pampered by the staff a bit longer. Thank you for the amazing experience!

All the nurses and other staff were really nice to me. Always making sure I was ok before and after the surgery. My only questions are about my surgery which will be discussed with my doctor in a few weeks. But overall I had a good staying at Albyn. Thank you.

Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. I recently underwent a robotic prostatectomy at Princess Grace Hospital. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. The facilities, staff and expertise were of the highest competence and quality. All services were delivered with great empathy and care.

Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.
